Liked everything really. NIce balcony, kitchen and bedroom. Its all so clean and modern and the air-conditioning is great. Lovely to have a couch and lounge table as well.

The bathroom is a squeeze, but its no big deal as the rest is so good

The apartment was stunning with high quality finishes, friendly staff and a perfect location, Athena even messaged us out of the blue to offer our room early.

En plein centre de la vieille ville, l'appartement est tout neuf décoré avec goût et très bien équipé. Petits cadeaux de bienvenue, Salon/cuisine équipé avec lave vaisselle table de cuisson (pas de micro-ondes) chambre séparée moderne avec literie confortable et petite salle de bain (assez fréquent sur l'île) Il y a aussi un petit espace commun piscine dans un joli petit patio au rdc. Athina et son papa, nos hôtes, ont été très sympathiques et disponibles. Entrée sécurisée et check in tardif possible.

Rangement un peu juste dans la salle de bain. Stationnement laborieux et difficile en ville en haute saison mais il y a un parking payant à 5 mn indisponible le jeudi de minuit à 16h00 pour cause de marché

Estaba muy bien situado prácticamente en el centro del pueblo, tiene un parking al lado por lo que es fácil aparcar. Muy limpio y decorado con mucho gusto.

The property is in a great location. It is modern with large, well equipped rooms. Communication was excellent with Athena and it was important to her that we were met in person. We will definitely return.

This is more an observation than a big negative. The chairs on the balcony are too large for the size of balcony so you can’t sit comfortably and have to take the chairs inside to fully close the shutters.

The location was excellent, the quality of our apartment was luxurious and most of all the Athina who runs the accommodation and reception was an incredibly friendly and helpful host - she was available to us on WhatsApp day and night and made our stay really easy. I highly recommend this accommodation for your stay in Rethymnos!

This property is stunning! Great location, well looked after and a good sized apartment

My only note (and it is so small) is that it’s hard to open and shut the shutters on the balcony with the chairs and tables.

Werkelijk alles, de ongelooflijk vriendelijke en hulpvaardige superhost Athina, de geweldige service van de host, altijd bereid om mee te denken, taxi’s te regelen, een huurauto, tips voor restaurants te geven etc, de suites en de inrichting en uitrusting, de ligging van de accommodatie, alles was perfect geregeld, schoon, heel en verzorgd. Wat mij betreft echt een nieuw niveau van gastvrouwschap en gastvrijheid in het algemeen. We komen graag terug.

Er is werkelijk niets wat niet in orde zou kunnen zijn.

It was located so close to shopping and restaurants. Athina and her brother and father were very helpful with our luggage. We left early in the morning and they walked up to our ride. I would definitely recommend this property.

We had fantastic four days in this wonderful accommodation. It was all as described and even more beautiful. It was extremely clean and everything of great quality. You feel at home and are in 50 meters in the middle of the old town, which has a lot to offer. Special thanks to Athina. She was available the entire time via WhatsApp, gave great tips and was always friendly and helpful (as well as the rest of the team on site) I can 100% recommend this accommodation, the team and this great medium-sized city. A great starting point for excursions in all directions - Yamas!

Δεν προσφερόταν πρωινό, κάτι που θα ήταν μια ευχάριστη προσθήκη. Κατά τα άλλα, όλα ήταν άριστα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο, μοντέρνο, ανακαινισμένο και πολύ ήσυχο. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί, ενώ η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική για την εξερεύνηση του Ρεθύμνου. Συνολικά, είχα μια εξαιρετική εμπειρία και θα το επέλεγα ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.

Θα ήθελα να υπήρχε και πρωινό.

Fantástica ubicación en el old town de Rethymo! Y no sólo eso, la habitación muy grande y cómoda, dividida en tres espacios: habitación, salón/cocina con sofá y baño.

Si tuviera que decir algo, sería que el baño era un poco pequeño, pero a nivel de prestaciones era perfecto, así que no es una queja sinó un apunte.

The room was amazing and in an excellent location right inside the Old Town yet very quiet. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night, but we will definitely be back for a longer stay!

If you’re planning on staying here, just book it — don’t second-guess it. Athina was phenomenal from start to finish. The attention to detail before and during our stay was unmatched, and being personally greeted by her, her father, and her newborn baby made it feel like we were welcomed into a family, not just a hotel. You can tell this is a family-run business that genuinely cares — about the property and about every guest who walks through the door. The suites are beautifully laid out and immaculately clean — I truly can’t say enough about how spotless the entire place is. Athina was wonderfully communicative over WhatsApp, gave us fantastic local recommendations, and even booked a restaurant reservation we’d asked about. She loves what she does, and it shows in everything. This will be the only place we stay every time we come back to Rethymnon — and I’ll be telling everyone I know about it. Thank you, Athina!

Selber Bewertungen durchgelesen und dadurch Vorfreude entwickelt, war natürlich jedoch skeptisch ob das wirklich alles so sein wird. Es war sogar viel besser super nettes Personal wunderschönes Zimmer und perfekte Lage. Sauberkeit 1A. Wenn noch einmal Rethymno dann genau wieder dieses Zimmer. Kann ich wirklich jedem nur weiterempfehlen Hammer

When having a rental car, parking can be difficult. There is a parking lot relatively close. Mind the payment situation: be sure to request a (multiple) day pass in order to enjoy a more favorable priced fee. Yet with the property itself no issues.

Prachtig, schoon en modern ingericht appartement aan de rand van de oude stad met een heerlijk bed! Dagelijkse schoonmaak ook top! Uitstekende ligging en toch rustig. Alles is op loopafstand. Athina was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Het was warm dus ook fijn gebruik gemaakt van het kleine buitenbadje om af te koelen. De auto konden we 4 dagen parkeren (parkeerlocatie ontvang je van Grande Madonna voor aankomst) voor €20,00. Tip: bij aankomst binnen 15 minuten dag(en)kaart kopen. Ik beveel dit verblijf van harte aan!

Apartament bardzo komfortowy, czyściutki. Bardzo miła właścicielka nas przywitała. Byliśmy z nią w stałym kontakcie przez whats up. W apartamencie bardzo duża kuchnia, malutka łazienka, wygodne łóżka i mały basenik, który był dodatkowym atutem pobytu dla naszego 12 letniego syna. Apartament znajduje się na Starym mieście. Słychać dzwony kościoła z rana ale nam to nie przeszkadzało.

Ciężko jest z parkingiem. Niedaleko jest parking publiczny ale płatny.

L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter le centre de rethymnon. Les équipements sont confortables. ( literie et ustensile de cuisine de qualité ) Mention spéciale au personnel qui est disponible à l’écoute et de très bon conseil. Le ménage est fait soigneusement Je reviendrai dans ce logement l’été prochain !

Great location in the old town, very central without being noisy.

We loved this apartment. Everything was new and well decorated . It was immaculate. The bed was really comfortable. We enjoyed having a small balcony to sit on. It was very well situated for both the old town and beach. It was quiet and away from traffic and we slept well. Athina and her family were welcoming and helpful. Messaging before arrival was excellent and it was very easy to access our apartment on arrival. Really appreciated the water, wine and raki in our room on arrival. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It is an entire spacious and modern-facilitated apartment! Very clean, bright and well designed. Wonderful location in the old town and easily access to anywhere in the city. The stuff is so kind and friendly; check-in and -out are all well communicated and managed smoothly.

I got the room on the ground next to the road. The room doesn’t access to the courtyard nor the pool as the picture suggested.

I stayed at Grande Madonna Luxury Boutique in Rethymno for just one night, unfortunately, because the experience was exactly what you hope for when you travel. The cleanliness is absolutely impeccable, everything feels perfectly maintained down to the smallest detail. I had a ground-floor apartment with a separate entrance directly from the alley, which adds a lot of comfort and privacy. The hosts are wonderful people, very kind and attentive. Communication was excellent from start to finish, with no issues at all. Definitely a place you’d return to without hesitation.

Excellent location for exploring the Old Town area of Rethymnon. We were met at reception and given information on the best place to park. Very clean apartment and was cleaned for us most days.

The TV signal was sometimes unreliable.

Αν και φτάσαμε πολύ αργά στο κατάλυμα, στις 22.00, η επικοινωνία το ενδιαφέρων, το check-in και το καλωσόρισμα ήταν άψογα. Οι οικοδεσπότες Αθηνά και Στέλιος αλλά και το προσωπικό ήταν πάντα στη διάθεση μας να μας εξυπηρετήσουν με χαμόγελο και Κρητική φιλοξενία. Το δωμάτιο τέλειο πέρα από τις προσδοκίες μας, πεντακάθαρο με όλες τις ανέσεις και τις παροχές του, ολοκαίνουργιο. Η τοποθεσία μέσα στην παλιά πόλη που βολεύει στις μετακινήσεις με τα πόδια, όλα είναι κοντά. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα στο επόμενο μας ταξίδι μας στο Ρέθυμνο πάλι εκεί θα μείνουμε! Όλα ήταν Υπέροχα!!! Ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ για όλα!!!

This is the most beautiful boutique hotel in old town Rethymno! I loved every moment of staying here. It's in the perfect location -- right in the middle of the old town, but slightly outside the louder and busier tourist roads. It's quiet at nighttime, which is wonderful, and feels very safe. I was travelling here on my own as a woman, and I felt safe coming back to the property at all times of the day or night. The owners were so incredibly helpful.
