The staff were fantastic and the private 1 bedroom villas are brilliant for a private get away. This was a perfect honeymoon destination and we will be retuning for sure. Thank you to all at the Natya Resort for a memorable stay.

كل شي جميل َولكن يعيبهم أثناء حضوري انه لم يتم ادخالي للغرفه الا في الوقت المحدد مما جعل انتظاري طويل جدا وغير ذالك عند دفع مبلغ عالي لليوم مع الإفطار المتفترض اجد جميع الخدمات مجانية ولكن فوحئت انه إحضار الفطور للمسبح الخاص بمقابل مالي

Une vue imprenable sur la jungle. Accessible dés l’entrée. Le personnel est exceptionnellement aimable et au petit soin. La qualité du service et de la cuisine est sans égale. Rien à dire! Tout simplement parfait!!

L’établissement était parfait, très belle, chambre bien située en dehors du bruit de Ubud en plein milieu de la jungle. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Il n’y a pas beaucoup de chambre très intimiste, vraiment sublime de personnel et très gentil très souriant, très accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est agréable. Le rhum service est très bon en chambre. le spa est parfait très agréable. Franchement nous avons adoré notre séjour sur Ubud dans cet hôtel.

C’est vrai, la piscine est un peu fraîche, mais rien d’embêtant et j’ai lu dans certains commentaires une petite odeur d’humidité que je confirme, mais vu que nous sommes en plein milieu de la jungle, je pense que c’est tout à fait normal le taux d’humidité très élevé mais le cadre est magnifique

Nous avons terminé notre séjour à Bali au Natya Resort et c’était tout simplement magique. La villa est magnifique, parfaitement entretenue et offre une intimité absolue. La piscine privée, la vue sur la végétation et le calme des lieux créent une atmosphère de détente exceptionnelle. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme remarquables. Toujours souriant, attentionné et prêt à rendre le séjour inoubliable. Nous nous sommes sentis accueillis comme des invités de marque. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, avec des produits frais et un service impeccable. Chaque détail est pensé pour offrir une expérience haut de gamme. Après avoir séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels à Bali, le Natya Resort restera l’un de nos plus beaux souvenirs. C’est l’endroit idéal pour se ressourcer, vivre un moment romantique ou simplement profiter de la beauté de Bali. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir un petit clin d’œil pour Gîta elle est formidable.

The view, the decoration style and the friendliness of the staff

I didn't like how the private pool wasn't heated, and the geckos noises at night.

Wir haben 9 Nächte in einer Royal Pool Villa im Natya Resort Ubud verbringen dürfen und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Wer zwar Regenwald-Feeling sucht, aber nicht weit abseits der Zivilisation wohnen möchte, wird hier fündig. Das Resort liegt am Ende des typisch balinesischen Straßen-Dorfes Kelabang Moding abseits von Verkehrslärm oberhalb eines Flusstales und unterhalb von Reisterrassen. Je nach Lage der Villa mit eigenem Pool hört man mehr den Fluss rauschen oder hin und wieder Hähne krähen. Die Villa hatte im oberen Bereich das Schlafzimmer mit angrenzendem geschlossenen Bad plus eine Außendusche. Eine Treppe führt nach unten zu einer schönen Terrasse mit eigenem kleinen Infinity-Pool. Die Einrichtung ist typisch für Bali und wohnlich. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Dorf und kommt, wie in Bali gewohnt, schnell in Kontakt mit den liebenswerten Menschen. Ausflüge von dort macht man am besten mit GRAB. Wir haben nie länger als 5 Minuten auf einen Fahrer warten müssen. Bis nach Ubud Palace fährt man je nach Uhrzeit und Verkehr ca. 20 Minuten. Zum Personal des Hotel kann man nur sagen: Spitze! Super aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bali eben. Die Anwendung im hoteleigenen SPA war sehr professionell und entspannend. Das Restaurant ist eines der besten, welches wir in vielen Bali-Urlauben angetroffen haben. Das betrifft nicht nur die Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen, sondern auch das dortige Personal.

Hätte das Bett aus heimischer Produktion nicht nachts bei fast jeder Bewegung laute Knack-Geräusche gemacht, hätten wir ungestörter schlafen können. Das Moskitonetz in unserer Villa war leider nur als Deko nutzbar, da der hintere Teil am Kopfende komplett gefehlt hat. Daher mussten wir auch nachts ein Mittel gegen Moskitos auftragen. Das sollte so nicht sein. Im Restaurant waren wir meist die einzigen Gäste, da die Gästestruktur zu gut 90 % aus Menschen aus arabischen Ländern bestand, die sich ihr Essen von Außerhalb in die Villa bringen ließen. Der für Bali ungewohnte Anblick verschleierter Frauen war auch für uns eine völlig neue Erfahrung dort. In den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten sind wir den Anblick gewohnt.

Le fait d’être totalement immergé dans la jungle, avec une villa offrant une intimité absolue. Le service est exceptionnel, mais le véritable point fort est sans aucun doute le petit-déjeuner, servi directement dans la villa au bord de la piscine privée, avec un très large choix et une cuisine raffinée de grande qualité.

Il manque un véritable lieu de vie central, comme un bar avec une ambiance musicale. Le calme est très appréciable, mais il est parfois un peu trop présent. En fin de journée, il serait agréable de pouvoir prendre un verre dans une atmosphère plus conviviale et animée.

Исключительный отель, вокруг только природа, прекрасный сервис и вкусные завтраки, ужины. Можно заказать завтрак на свою виллу. Персонал очень отзывчивый, помогал нам с любой просьбой. Номера не новые, но очень красивые, все продумано до мелочей.

Вода в бассейне на вилле без подогрева, утром и вечером искупаться нереально, только днем в жару охладиться.

The room was exceptional. The staff in the restaurant were amazing and the food was varied but very tasty. The location was perfect, peaceful, relaxing whilst being close to Ubud. The floating breakfast (Birthday treat was superb) - The restaurant team sang Happy Birthday and surprised me with a cake which was very thoughtful.

Everything was brilliant!

the environment and the room’s view was exceptional. the room is also huge

there are no facilities in the resort even though it’s a bit secluded. spa was not great. breakfast choice is limited. restaurant choice for room service is also limited there are no activities in the resort. so the price was too expensive for what they can offer

Beautiful setting. Amazing gardens. Friendly staff. Loved the room and the outlook beyond the private pool.

Everything was fantastic. If the food turned it up just a notch, all would be perfect.

Excellent service. Place was calm and green. 1st room allocated was far down with many steps. Room was changed the next day at the earliest option. Breakfast served by the pool in room was excellent. Hotel is away from the town and noise. Loved the quietness this hotel offers. Waking up to chirping birds and sound of running stream. Loved it.

A little away from town...but the peace and quiet justified it.

I loved the place I came for a honeymoon. It was amazing and clean. The villa took. It was a royal villa with wonderful pool. The breakfast was nothing but great and I really love the food there

A beautiful and relaxing stay surrounded by lush greenery. The private pool villa was amazing, offering both comfort and privacy with a stunning forest view. The atmosphere is calm, making it perfect for unwinding. The staff were very friendly and professional, always helpful and responsive. The daily housekeeping and turndown service were well organized and added to the overall experience. The resort also provides great support in arranging activities and transportation, which made exploring Ubud very easy. Overall, a very enjoyable and smooth experience.
