Newly refurbished. Very clean. Super friendly staff, especially the bar lady on the roof terrace. Very good breakfast, lots of choice and, again, very helpful staff. Location was great, only 5 mins walk into the old town. Great little mini market just outside the hotel.

Zeer luidruchtig en het uitzicht was op de parkeerplaatsen. Het hotel heeft een zeer slecht geluidsisolatie van zowel voor het straatgeluid als ook intern in het hotel

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und modernes Zimmer. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, um in die Altstadt von Sirmione zu gelangen. Das Frühstück haben wir genossen, es hat eine tolle Auswahl und das Rührei ist immer frisch. Beim Pool auf dem Dach konnten wir uns nach unseren Ausflügen gut entspannen und wir schätzten die familiäre und entspannte Atmosphäre im Hotel sehr, welche durch die netten und zuvorkommenden Angestellten ausgestrahlt wird!

Schade war "die Aussicht" auf das alte Kongresszentrum und dass das Hotel von Parkplätzen sowie Strassen "umringt" ist. Aber das haben wir ja eigentlich schon vermutet von Google Maps. Das was uns am meisten gestört hat: Wir haben uns zwei Nächte lang sehr genervt ab lauten Zimmernachbar. Diese haben weit nach Mitternacht Stunden auf dem Balkon verbracht, laut gesprochen, gegrölt, Musik gehört und mitgesungen..... Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts!

Poco appariscente all’esterno, ma internamente è molto molto curata, pulita, ordinata e moderna. Spettacolare la piscina sul tetto, con un panorama stupendo e un servizio molto apprezzato.

The pool was small, which knew it would be, but water line appeared stained, suggesting lack of regular cleaning.

The rooms are spotlessly clean, renovated and all the staff is super friendly. The position is excellent, steps away from the Castle of Sirmione.

The only issue is the noise coming from the road and from the parkings nearby. But i think that it's not the hotel's fault. The whole area is very crowded.

Hotel perfectly located about 5 minutes walk from the castle. Staff were amazing from first greeting at reception to arranging taxi for our departure. Special thanks to Fatima behind rooftop bar who was absolutely brilliant 🤩.

Super close to the castle and old town! Restaurants and bars close by. Nice firm beds. Lovely staff and great service... they remembered our likes and dislikes from the start! Lovely refreshing pool with wonderful poolside service. Lovely breakfast!

Would have liked proper duvet covers for the bed, instead of a sheet and duvet. One of the reception staff stressed us a lot at the end our visit when our airport taxi arrived half an hour early, despite the taxi driver having said there was no need to rush.

Lage vor den Toren der Altstadt von Sirmione. Das Frühstück im beschatteten Garten war ok. Enge Tiefgarage, der Consierge war allerdings sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit beim Ein- und Umparken.

Beim Frühstück konnten weitere Eierspeisen nur gegen Aufpreis bestellt werden.

Een aanrader om voor dit hotel te kiezen! Sfeervolle kamer, net, zeer lekker ontbijt, lief en vlijtig personeel. Dit alles op een toplocatie.

Een kleinigheid, tweede toaster zou een meerwaarde zijn.

Lage ist perfekt. - Gleich bei der Altstadt, aber trotzdem noch außerhalb, deshalb gut zu erreichen. Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Es gibt auch einen Ermäßigungsgutschein für sehr gute Partnerrestaurants in der Altstadt. Gerne wieder!

Die Lage ist Top. Super mit dem Auto zu erreichen und Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage vorhanden. Kurz vor dem Eingang zur Altstadt (ca. 5min zu Fuss) Frühstück war auch sehr gut und schön auf der außen Terrasse.

L'hotel è in una zona ottimale, appena fuori dal centro storico. La presenza di un parcheggio coperto riservato ai clienti è un grosso vantaggio per una città come Sirmione. Il personale è attento e gentile. Camere ampie e pulite. Tutto ottimo!!!

L’ensemble de l’hôtel a été refait en 2026, tout est neuf, beau et de bon goût (quand on aime le moderne) Personnel charmant et agréable. Jacuzzi dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner complet et très bon !

La piscine sur le rooftop est … triste. L’insonorisation de notre chambre (suite Vic) n’était pas suffisante : on entend les conversations dans le couloir et dans la suite d’à côté

The hotel was excellent throughout our stay. The room was well appointment and generous in size, the hotel itself was great with super Amenities. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. The staff were extremely attentive. The rooftop pool and bar were great and the staff were very flexible with us. The hotel is also very central to the town which was amazing!

Our only issue was the towels. We normally ask for towels every other day for environmental reasons but during this stay asked for new towels daily but the same issue kept occurring. I am not sure if the towels are being delivered close to the kitchen but the odour from them made it challenging to use them. We ended up using our travel towels for our hair. It wasn't a big issue and we still really enjoyed our stay.

De locatie van het hotel was perfect. Een aantal minuten lopen van het centrum. Het zwembad met mooi uitzicht en de ligbedjes waren top. Ook de bedden in de kamer lagen heerlijk.

De kamers waren erg gehorig. De wifi was niet optimaal en sinaasappelsap bij het ontbijt smaakten naar plastic.

Accueil, parking sous l’hôtel très pratique, voir indispensable à Sirmione en été. Très belle chambre décorée avec beaucoup de goût , super buffet du petit déjeuner sur la très belle terrasse. Très agréable piscine sur le toit.

Wir können dieses Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen! Die Lage ist hervorragend – in nur etwa 5 Gehminuten erreicht man die historische Altstadt. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Zwar könnte die Balkontür etwas besser schallisoliert sein, aber ansonsten war alles bestens. Besonders das tolle Frühstück und das sehr freundliche sowie stets bemühte Personal haben unseren Aufenthalt abgerundet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

El tracte del personal, l'esmorzar molt variat i correcte en qualitat, l'habitació estava renovada i correcte.L' ubicació del hotel és molt bona si vols visitar el centre històric de Sirmione.

Tenen un problema de mosquits i formigues a l'habitació. No podíem obrir porta de sortida al balcó, perquè hi ha una plaga de mosquits enorme y també trobàvem formigues cada dia a l'habitació. Amb el preu que es paga, no haurien de tenir aquests problemes.

Kein Seezugang in der Nähe (Strand) und enge Parkplätze in der Garage.

מיקום נהדר, ממש קרוב להכל, לעיר העתיקה, לאגם, הגענו עם רכב, וחנינו בחניון המלון, היה ממש נוח. הבריכה על הגג מקסימה. ארוחת הבוקר נחמדה מאוד. החדרים חדשים. הצוו. נחמד מאוד ומאוד שירותי. נהננו!

לא היה משהו ספיציפי. החדרים לא מאוד גדולים. אבל המיקום המרכזי מפצה על כך.

Расположение отеля прекрасное! Очень удобно сразу отправляться на прогулку по городу. В номере тихо, кондиционер работает хорошо. Кровать удобная. Очень кстати бассейн на крыше отеля, всегда можно освежиться в жару. Завтрак порадовал разнообразием!

Въезд на парковку узкий, но мы и на большой машине смогли заехать. К тому же маневрировать помогают работники. В ванне была всего одна зубная щетка, хотя мы останавливались вдвоем. Но все это мелочи, которые совсем не испортили нам отдых.

Snídaně vynikající, velký výběr jak jídla tak nápojů, vč. Prosecca, neustále vše doplňováno, přesto že byla velká horka, vše krásně vychlazené, perfektně uložené ( studené máslo, sýry, melouny..., žádná tekoucí máslová břečka, jak jsme zažili v jiném italském hotelu) Pokoje krásně moderně vybavené, koupelna s kvalitní kosmetikou, každodenní úklid, bazén a u něj dostatek lehátek a slunečníků, příjemný personál.

Přesto, že se jedná o velice pěkný hotel s kvalitními službami, chyběla nám možnost večeře v tomto hotelu.

Tolle Lage vor der Altstadt Gutes Parkhaus (mit etwas enger Einfahrt) Zimmer eher klein, aber ok Dachterrasse und Pool sind fein.

Friendly staff on reception, hotel looked like the images online, clean, easy walk into the town. However, you are close to a busy road/car park which creates noise when trying to relax. Pool area was nice but limited spots. Breakfast was limited - poor tasting coffee, limited fresh fruit, limited pastries. Sat outside next to smokers at breakfast :( a good hotel but for the cost expected a bit more luxury.

The location was excellent. Not far away from the old town and the breakfast was very good. Friendly staff. Great to have a pool at the top floor in the heat to cool down. Also a great plus to have a garage. I will recommend this hotel if someone I know is travelling to this area.

There was damage done to my car in the garage but I dont know by who but it it was scratch with yellow. No one took accountability.

L'accesso al parcheggio (per cui si pagano 20 euro/die) è terribile, consistendo in un budello in forte pendenza e con 2 curve quasi ad angolo retto. Il personale in parte è cortese, in parte è distante, forse non motivato , tanto che non saluta nemmeno ( soprattutto le cameriere al piano e alcune operatrici della reception) . L'impressione è quella di uno staff a cui manca una guida che faccia capire che il cliente è la fonte dei loro stipendi.

We decided to upgrade our room and stay in the Jacuzzi Suite, and it was definitely the best decision. The suite was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The balcony was huge, and the view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They were always ready to help with a smile, and they responded to our WhatsApp messages almost immediately whenever we had a question or needed assistance. Their level of hospitality truly made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The bed was very comfortable, and waking up every morning to such an incredible view was unforgettable. We had a small issue with the Jacuzzi, but it was handled amazingly. The staff followed up until everything was fixed, and they even compensated us for the inconvenience. We have honestly never experienced this level of care and attention at any hotel in Italy. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect, and the outstanding service made the experience even more memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely love to come back.

Fantastic location, very helpful staff. Room was large and very comfortable. Beautiful outside area for breakfast, with excellent choices. Good secure parking for our motorcycles.

Das Hotel ist von außen eher ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Aber die in 2026 frisch sanierten Zimmer sind wirklich großartig. Man wird von einer modernen Einrichtung begrüßt und die holzelemente wirken edel. Das Zimmer war bei 32 grad außen Temperatur gut klimatisiert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zusätzliche Wünsche wurden umgehend und mit großem Service berücksichtigt. Dafür hat uns sowohl die tolle Aussicht als auch das sehr leckere und umfangreiche Frühstück begeistert. (Inkl kaffee Automat zum selbst bedienen) Frühstück war auch draußen und drinnen möglich. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel und dank der Lage wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Da wir zu zweit waren hat uns nur die Schiebetür zum Bad ein wenig gestört und auch insgesamt war das Zimmer recht hellhörig.

Tiefgarage ist etwas Eng, Man(n) hat aber einen Parkplatz was in Sirmione nicht Selbstverständlich ist.

We have just returned from Hotel Alevic as a group of friends celebrating a birthday. From the moment we arrived to our departure we were welcomed and had the most fantastic holiday. Sirmona and Elena on reception Fatima and Monika in the bar were exceptional alongside the whole team on breakfast/housekeeping. We look forward to our return visit...Sirmione is so beautiful and this hotel has a very special team
