Holiday Inn Express Chengdu Tianfu Square by IHG

The staff are professional, rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is good with local and continental choices. The hotel responded to my queries in a timely fashion, I really appreciate that.

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the nearest subway station, but it is manageable.

Das dimensões do quarto, da cama e banheiro. É servida no hall do andar, além de estas de dente, pasta e barbeador. O serviço de lavagem é grátis. É fácil para pegar o metro- 10 minutos. O sistema eletrônico no vaso sanitário é muito bom. Ainda bem que há uma cortina para retirar a privacidade de quem está usando o banheiro. No quarto as cortinas são acionadas por controle remoto.

O café da manhã é diversificado, mas bem oriental.

I loved the size of the room with the separate lounge area, the beds were large & comfortable, the bathroom was large & I loved the bidet toilet seat. The breakfast selection was a good mix of continental & Asian dishes. The generous amount of free water bottles & toiletries in the foyer was excellent. The little welcome gifts of the Panda keyrings was a lovely remembrance of Chengdu.

Would be good if there was a cupboard, safe & fridge in the room.

I am Ok with the overall place for it's reasonable price per night.

Front desk support specially from the femail stuff is not up to the standard when it comes to dealing with guests who speak only English. They need to learn how to answer the questions properly instead of becoming frustrated or angly. On the other hand the guys are very friendly, well behaved and helpful. You guys need to work on it.

Breakfast and location were excellent.

Everything was fine but I struggled to use the toilet without banging my head on the shower glass. If they rotated the toilet bowl 90 degrees, there would be no problem.

The staff were very friendly and professional - Summer Lu helped me order in a pizza she has kind helpful - the hotel was spotless- the free laundry room was a god send - the hotel was fantastic value - the breakfast was very good a wide variety to pick from - I highly recommend the holiday Inn Express Chengdu

Except for the front desk girls, but not the guys, it was a good place to stay. I feel the front desk support is very weak and they need to train their staff better. They also need to understand how to treat a guests properly. I know it's China but it,s also Holiday Inn.

Завтраки просто СУПЕР! Есть еда на каждого потребителя. Большой шведский стол. Номер очень чистый и большой для двоих. Классная прачечная с сушильные камерами и бесплатным порошком.

Эти приколы с большим окном между ванной и комнатой до сих пор не пойму). Нет сейфа, холодильника и телевизор только с каналами на китайском языке.

Habitación muy amplia, muy buena ubicación, en general todo estuvo muy bien.

This was my second stay at this hotel. It is centrally located, not far away from Tianfu square; many shopping options are available nearby. The rooms are clean and well-equipped; furthermore, the breakfast is excellent and plentiful. The cleaning and reception staff are friendly and professional. A very good price-quality ratio.

Hotel carino e pulito, abbastanza in centro, letti comodi. Molto apprezzato il locale lavanderia dove era possibile fare il bucato gratuitamente a qualsiasi ora .

Muy buen desayuno, habitación amplia y limpia y personal dispuesto a ayudar. Tuvimos un problema ya que me olvidé el teléfono móvil en un taxi, y las trabajadoras de recepción (Ash y Summer) nos estuvieron ayudando durante dos horas, haciendo llamadas etc , hasta que conseguimos contactar con el conductor para recuperarlo.

La mancanza di un frigo in camera si fa notare. La posizione non proprio centrale, la prima fermata metro disponibile è a circa 1km.

E stato una bella esperienza in questo albergo,le ragazze della reception summer e ella(小夏和小勤）sono davvero fantastiche e molto brave. Eravamo arrivati alle 7:30 in albergo Abbiamo chiesto se potevamo fare check-in prima perché dopo 10 ore di volo più il fuso orario eravamo stanchissimi e ci hanno risposto che potevano fare per le 9 ..sono stati gentili anche a darci la busta per il take away della colazione in stanza per un ospite , sono stati davvero gentili,consiglio vivamente

Il bagno era un po sporco nei angoli ci vorrebbe una bella pulita , la colazione è molto abbondante con tante scelte sia asiatica che occidentale. Nella prima giornata di colazione abbiamo trova una sorpresa su una verdura ( un piccolo insetto ) non è stato molto piacevole, dovrebbero stare più attenti nella preparazione del cibo della prima Linea.

Struttura pulita e molto comoda. Colazione internazionale disponibile…camera abbastanza grande e con servizi ottimi.

De Bali personeel zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar spreken heel slecht Engels. Hierdoor duurt het inchecken te lang, de vertaalapp vertaalt niet altijd juist waardoor de communicatie heel traag verliep

Personale al desk gentile. Camera familiare molto ampia, con un bagno e un altro bagno col solo lavabo. Sono stati forniti ombrelli in prestito quando pioveva. Stanza pulita. Letti comodi.

A differenza di quanto descritto, il personale alla reception é gentile, ma non parla inglese e con il traduttore è stato molto difficile capirsi; inoltre per raggiungere la metro occorre camminare circa 20 minuti da Tianfu square, per circa 1 km. A colazione c’é una buona varietà di cibi salati, mentre cornetti e panini dolci non erano friabili. Sarebbe utile un armadio o dei ripiani peri i vestiti, era presente solo uno stand con 4 stampelle.

Centrally located... a hearty breakfast with something for everyone. The rooms were clean and very spacious, and the staff was very friendly.

Ochotný a příjemný personál na recepci, čistota hotelu i pokoje, pohodlné postele. Velký pokoj i prostorná koupelna. Na zastávku metra asi 700 m. V okolí spousta resturací, kaváren i obchodů.

Snídaně byla silně orientována na místní klientelu, přece jen by mohla obsahovat více prvků západního stylu. Nedostatek úložného prostoru na pokoji.

The place is well located and has good checking out time. The bathroom was nice and the bed comfortable.

My room was located next to a street where music is being played very loud very early. The air conditioning was extremely noisy and was not working (I.e 29°C in the room). The breakfast is not great with nothing really tasty. I would advice to seek breakfast elsewhere.

Good location, walking distance to a set of attractions and a post office right across the street. Also the staff were helpful and spoke rudementary English.

The water pressure was a bit underwhelming at times, the detachable shower head couldn’t wash you unless you were holding in right above your grand or onto you body. The fixed one worked just normal though

Posizione e accoglienza. La stanza ha ricevuto un upgrade e ci è stata data una suite bellissima. Tutto super pulito, bagno enorme con doccia e vasca da bagno. Posizione ottima a due passi da people's Square. Colazione super! Buffet continentale.

1. Заселение прошло отлично, я запрашивала ранний въезд, и мне ответили что по возможности, если будут готовые номера, и когда мы приехали примерно в 10 утра, нас сразу заселили, за что огромное спасибо, так как мы были очень уставшие после перелета. 2. Завтрак был хороший, все что нам нужно было, яйца, фрукты, йогурт, кофе из кофемашины. На завтраке чисто и нет толпы людей. 3. Номер был просторный, кровати удобные, полотенца и белье чистое 4. Расположение в центре города - неплохое

Очень очень очень грязный ковролан на полу, такого грязного ковролана я в жизни не видела, весь в странных пятнах, его нужно или нормально почистить или поменять!!!

Todo excelente pero deberían tener mayor soporte respecto a la ubicación del hotel, o sea, quizás tener un enlace que permita a los extranjeros que no hablamos chino ubicarse mejor y/o pedir taxi mejor, ya que me resultó bastante trabajoso conseguir taxi para el hotel, cuando salía por trabajo.

El desayuno cumple con las justas para los que no comemos o no estamos acostumbrados a la comida asiática. Recomiendo agregar mayor variedad de comida occidental, o comida con un poco menos de aceite

Хороший отель, проживала одна, неделю, весь день гуляла по городу - возвращалась в отель только вечером, утром завтракала и снова покидала отель. Завтраки разнообразные, есть традиционные китайские десерты, выпечка, салаты и так далее. Проживала в середине июля 2026, на улице пекло и высокая влажность, но в номере работал кондиционер, и сон был комфортным. Персонал доброжелательный. Кто-то знает английский, но для меня это не было важно, так как можно использовать гугл переводчик. Обращалась на ресепшен пару раз: когда со шторы сорвалось кольцо (к вечеру уже починили) и когда мне нужна была помощь с ж/д билетами. После чекаута без проблем оставляла у них на ресепшене чемодан и рюкзак. Расположение: Отличное расположение. Вначале мне показалось, что не так уж и близко от площади Tianfu, но на второй день разобралась, и доходила за несколько минут. Все пути вели на площадь Tianfu: метро, магазины, еда) С багажом я пешком шла от площади до отеля и обратно, когда уезжала - нужно немного делать крюк, так как подземные переходы только с лестницей. У меня аэропортом вылета и отлета был аэропорт Тяньфу, и ближайшая станция к отелю - площадь Тяньфу. С багажом пешком от отеля до станции минут 20, с учетом крюка. В нескольких минутах от отеля есть Народный парк - потрясающе зеленый, с прудом и красивыми садами. Кажется, даже полдня мало, чтобы нагуляться по нему. Обязательно зайдите в чайные. В чайной, которая располодкна рядом с садом бонсай, меньше людей и спокойнее. Более быстрый путь в этот парк - по улице Citang, а если пойти по Junping, то можно увидеть много ларьков с едой, в том числе с традиционными булочками. Вокруг есть еще несколько станций метро, до которых нужно пройтись, и доехать куда угодно. Рядом с отелем есть Lucky coffee, за ним в одном помещении минимаркет, где удобно брать питьевую воду с собой в номер. Воду в номере дают, но я покупала дополнительно для чайника.

The location is the highlight, we are within walking distance to many attractions. The rooms were quiet and the breakfast has plenty to choose from.

The hotel is a bit old now, signs of wear is really showing with our room.

The location is not bad - very close to people's park and tianfu square. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway station - which is not a problem at all if it is not too hot. It is quite quiet and the room is spacious. The breakfast is very good.

The ventilation in the bathroom is not great. The carpet in the room seems a bit old and dirty.
