Das Canopy by Hilton ist großartig. Das Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir hatten einen super Ausblick. Das Frühstück war gut und unfangreich. Man kann es absolut empfehlen.

Das Personal an der Rezeption hatte manchmal Probleme bei der Kommunikation in Englisch, aber Übersetzer-Apps haben alle Schwierigkeiten gelöst.

I did not like that the breakfast table was assigned. Not really a free choice where you would like to sit. Entrance downstairs is not nice. First an elevator to 31st floor where hotel reception is, then second elevator to the rooms. Poor construction design.

The staff were completely useless and unhelpful. No service whatsoever, and certainly not what to be expected at a Hilton. We ordered a (whole) bottle of wine and they tried to serve us a warm, opened half full bottle. We asked them to put some more bottles in the enormous (empty but on) wine fridge for later but it took a long discussion before they did it. They simply didn’t understand why white wine and sparkling need to be chilled before serving. The bar and kitchen also closes at nine which also means no roomservice past that hour. We did manage to order a plate of noodles and that took almost 30 minutes to arrive. They seemed generally very confused and they didn’t speak any English what so ever and didn’t make an effort to be understood. The only good service we got was from the manager. We have stayed at Hiltons across the world and we did expect more.

Тот случай, когда жалеешь что остановился всего лишь на ночь. У нас был отличный, хорошо укомплектованный номер. Техника, косметика, все эти приятные отельные мелочи - видно что персонал хочет, чтобы гости чувствовали себя как дома. Понравилась возможность открыть окно и дышать свежим воздухом. Кровать удобная, душ приятный.

Лифт чинили продолжительное время и это заставило нас понервничать, так как доступ к ресепшн только на лифте. Не понравилось что надо залог оставлять - об этом нас Booking.com не предупредил. Ну и завтрак больше адаптирован под китайцев, тут со всем уважением, но у нас разные понятия о том, с какой еды классно начать день.

Вокруг стройка (не влияет, но визуально портит). Отель не соответствует классу бренда Hilton Canopy - скорее это городская трёшка.. не рекомендую.

The location is good and the manager Yu and Stella did help to sort out the issues when things were getting bad.

We checked in the hotel on 3 occasions within a 10 days period. I booked a room for 4 adults but every check in the room only had amenities for 2 pax, eg only 2 toothbrushes, 2 towels , 2 slippers etc and each time I have to asked and explained to the reception at length. The hotel should provide these basic facilities as we paid for 4 pax. The room was extremely hot and stuffy (26.5 degrees) We were unable to adjust the temperature as I believe the central heating system was not functioning well. They gave us 2 fans, we opened the windows and yet we woke up in sweat every night. And this was winter in Chengdu. We didn’t sleep well.

Super location & clean modern room

Everything was clean, great attention to detail, the rooms and view were wonderful and I want to give a big mention to the lovely housekeeping staff who kept our room clean and comfortable. Also, AMAZING breakfasts. I have no idea how people could review saying the breakfasts were average. I travel a lot and this buffet breakfast was just lovely.

There were a couple of things that did come up- previous reviews mention hot rooms and no ACs, this was definitely an issue for us. The rooms were so stuffy and hot at night! The staff were great and gave us a fan to use which helped, but I think the hotel should just turn down the central heating by a degree or two. Secondly, there was a man our floor smoking in the hallways and common areas- even going so far to leave cigarette butts on the ground! There are no smoking signs literally everywhere. When we brought this up to staff they already knew about it, and honestly I’m a little shocked they didn’t remove him from the hotel as this happened about 3-4 times. They ended up moving us to another floor which was very kind of them, as we had a toddler with us and didn’t want her breathing in smoke.

Intertesing fact :the hotel has an autonomous robot for food delivery, it can control the lift, move on its own, and make decisions based on sensor input. Overall stay experience :modern design with good cleanliness and hardworking housekeeping, location is central and convenient with many eateries and shopping nearby and is within walking distance to metro. Room is very spacious and well equipped with sofa, table and chair, mini fridge and big lcd tv. Bathroom is big encompasses the dry area ( toilet, vanity) and wet area for shower and there is a bath tub too. The bed mattress is comfortable and pillow and duvet are of high quality. Unblocked view due to high floor that provides a panoramic view of Chengdu city. Downside is that hotel lobby is located at 31 floor but the rooms are located at lower floors and there's no direct lift to reach the hotel room floors from ground floor due to security reasons and need to detour via the lobby floor. Lobby staff attitude appears to lukewarm.

Very clean, fabulous breakfast, and good service

Staff - front desk especially Ceci provides excellent services, suggested useful food recommendations which suits our taste bud. We went to 2 of the places she recommended and food is really good and value for money. I would also like to compliment the housekeeper for proactively refilled more coffee capsules when she notices we consumed 4 on our first day. Kudos to the staff for taking the initiatives and taking care of us.

Great location, view and services. If you are Diamond member of Hilton, you’ll get free room upgrade, free breakfast, welcome fruit plate, extra milk deliver to your room, and extra dessert in the breakfast. A pleasant stay!

Location is very central, and moving around with DiDi is a breeze. A lady supervisor went out of her way to escort me to a bank nearby to exchange currency, That is service beyond expectations

Urine smell in room 1 (yes, urine in the shower!) ! Bad sewage smell from the drain in room 2!!!! Unbelieavable.

Stunningly designed and centrally located within the Museum Quarter and a 20 minute walk from the IFC Mall/food court, the hotel had a great gym and stunning views accross Chengdu. The breakfast was great.

The lobby is located at the back of the building, and some of the taxi/didi drivers are unable to reach us at the lobby.

Modern and chic hotel design, room is just awesome, so cosy, comfy, solid Tempur mattress, that we had many good night rest at Canopy. It would be great if it has a swimming pool. Location of hotel is superb, walking distance to Tianfu Square for shopping / meals, we visited Chengdu museums and several others all within hotel vicinity. Good to return and stay here again.

Hotel facade to interior is super cool and comfy. Only elevators which need to transit to another elevator on opposite side to be able to go to our rooms. Love the interior and spaciousness of our room, ultra comfy bed and comforter. Vibrant orange colour theme, as sleeping under orange canopy, stylishly designed bedside light is chic and cute. What I see from photos online, finally get to stay at this hotel which is awesome. Staff are very helpful, they tend to appear near my room whenever I have something to ask :) Highly recommend. My friend and I already commit will stay at Canopy by Hilton again when we revisit Chengdu.

Very nice hotel and fantastic value. The location is hard to beat, right in the city center. The Tianfu Train Station is right across the street.

Hotel is new and clean and nice. But we were there in a mild winter and it was central heating which they could not turn off - so the rooms are really stuffy. They had to bring us a fan and we had to leave the windows open - so much for eco-friendliness. But hotel is really nice. And staff are friendly. Would stay again.

Hotel molto bello in posizione centrale vicino a negozi, mezzi pubblici e ristoranti. Camere spaziose e pulite, bagno enorme. Personale eccellente, sempre gentili e disponibili pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Unico problema è l'odore di fogna ogni volta che si scarica il WC.

Only location and rooms were excellent, except for the fact that they only gave you two small bottles of water. Somewhat stingy.

The breakfast was the most disappointing part of this hotel. They did not have a proper fresh juice, only highly diluted melon and watermelon juices that frankly speaking tastest terrible. The coffee machine was also 3rd rate, but thankfully the room had an Nespresso that made much better coffee than what you got at breakfast. Breakfast hall was also tiny for a 5-star hotel....you may have to wait to eat breakfast if you are unlucky with your timing.... Cereal selection was among the worst I've seen. Same for milk and yoghurt. Basically, the breakfast was 3star not 5star - a real shock for a Hilton hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The rooms were beautiful, equipped and clean. The staff at the counter was courteous and very helpful. The breakfast was rich and varied (and they even packed us a take away before our flight). The hotel was perfectly located in the city center. We would love to come again!

Great and modern hotel

everything ! I absolutely loved my stay at this adorable panda-themed hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. One of the coolest features was the robot that delivered food right to your door when you ordered through an app (similar to Uber Eats , grab). It made the stay even more enjoyable. I had such a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel. Love it to the max!
