Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Ein absolut gelungener Aufenthalt in Chengdu! Für einen äußerst günstigen Preis bietet das Hotel überraschend viel Komfort und ein wunderbares Wohlfühlambiente. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das chinesische Frühstück: Die Auswahl war hervorragend und hat mir ausgezeichnet geschmeckt – der perfekte Start in den Tag. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein: Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem wunderschönen Tempel. Biegt man beim Verlassen des Hotels nach links Richtung Tempel ab, findet man direkt in der Nachbarschaft eine Apotheke, ein richtig gutes Café sowie tolle kleine Läden zum Stöbern. Wer eine komfortable, preiswerte und perfekt gelegene Unterkunft in Chengdu sucht, ist hier genau richtig!
Bei der Buchung gleich sagen, dass man ein Nichtrauerzimmer möchte.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026The location was great! Breakfast was satisfactory. I really loved the ladies who work at the breakfast, they were super friendly and nice! The rooms were very comfortable. I kind of expected the rooms to have a "worn out" vibe maybe but that wasn't the case at all. The boutique feeling to the hotel definitely added to the experience. Not noisy as well.

The rooms are a lot smaller than what you see on the pictures, and the hotel generally looks run down and in a need of freshening up. The bathroom door didn't close fully and the shower glass screen leaked, creating puddle in the bathroom. The beds are tiny and taller people will definitely have problem fitting "in". Also, that crazy-high door threshold at the entrance, does not go well with suitcases.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Hotel blisko starej dzielnicy - jest gdzie wyjść na spacer od rana do późnych godzin nocnych. Wokół dużo sklepów i restauracji. Pokoje w historycznym stylu - trzeba wiedzieć na co się decydujesz (niej jest to nowoczesny hotel, pachnący i mega czysty). Czuć historię. Śniadania średnie, czasem brakuje miejsca dla wszystkich gości. Do podestu przed łóżkiem trzeba się przyzwyczaić - odnosiłem wrażenie, że zaraz pęknie (a ważę 80kg). Widok z pokoju żaden. Łóżka wygodne. Pościel pachnąca. Używane klapki do użytku pod prysznicem - chyba tego się nie robi ;-). Spacerem do People Park. Cena adekwatna do jakości.
Sofa w pokoju do prania - zdecydowanie!

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026I really did enjoy the style of the hotel and the old furniture. The location is also very good: close to Wu Hou Temple, Tibet Quarters and the souvenir street. It has a metro station just nearby, so it is easy to get around the city.
Maybe a breakfast was not the greatest, but it was not a big problem.

La colazione è solo salata e con ricette cinesi. Forse inserire nel menù qualcosa di dolce e più "internazionale" sarebbe utile.

Особенно понравилось, что до храма Ухоу и улицы Цзиньли можно добраться очень быстро. Номер был чистый, уютный и комфортный, всё необходимое было. Персонал очень приветливый, внимательный и готов помочь

Очень понравилась дополнительная бесплатная услуга фотосессии с примеркой национальной одежды (на 4 этаже, если не ошибаюсь)
Персонал не очень хорошо говорит по-английски. Но в целом не проблема, через переводчик можно общаться

The Chinese breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful, with language issues easily solved using online tools. The room was in a wonderful traditional style.

Betten sind ca 130 breit, wovon man noch 10cm Holz Bettrahmen abziehen muss. Für uns zu zweit - abgesehen von der dünnen Matraze - völlig unkomfortabel. Das Wasser in der Dusche fließt nur spärlich. Der Teppich im Hausflur ist deutlich verschmutzt. Das gebuchte Zimmer mit 35qm war maximal 20qm groß und dementsprechend eng. Das Personal spricht kein Englisch, die vorhandene Übersetzungssoftware funktioniert nicht. Wir können die guten Bewertungen hier nicht nachvollziehen und sind nach einer Nacht vorzeitig abgereist.

Demandez une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la rue. Mal insonorisé .

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Amazing traditional hotel with antique furnishings throughout. Good breakfast each morning, excellent location just steps from metro and near Wuhou Temple and with several restaurants close by.
Although we loved the antique bed, a slightly softer mattress would have been appreciated!

Reviewed May 28, 2026Très bel hôtel traditionnel à Chengdu, avec beaucoup de charme et une ambiance authentique. L’emplacement était idéal, proche des principaux points d’intérêt et très pratique pour se déplacer. Le petit déjeuner proposé était également très appréciable pour bien commencer la journée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Reviewed May 25, 2026The hotel is gorgeous, with beautiful traditional Han Dynasty furniture - very pretty, though not the most comfortable. I personally had no trouble sleeping, but my older parents struggled a bit. That said, the overall experience was well worth the slight discomfort.
There wasn’t much space to sit in the room (besides the bed), and the traditional furniture isn’t the most comfortable. The furniture is a bit uncomfy even in the breakfast room, where you should expect only Chinese-style breakfast (which was really good btw!)

Rooms with four-poster beds have thin mattresses 2 cm thick! Replace them with modern mattresses!

Reviewed May 21, 2026Очень атмосферная гостиница, выход из метро в 10 метрах от входа, завтрак разнообразный, в китайском стиле. В номере все есть, кровать и подушки удобные, вид из окна на улицу потрясающий. Можно выбрать костюмы для фотесессии.

Even if we appreciated the style, the bed was a bit uncomfortable and small for 2 people.

Reviewed May 15, 2026For these money it’s one of the best options in the city. It’s beautiful, staff is nice, it’s in the great area with a subway station seconds from the hotel door. Breakfast is great, you got laundry on the roof, one of the best hotels I stayed at. Thanks !
