Reviewed Oct 2, 2025We spent 5 nights at the hotel and had a wonderful time. The staff was nice, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the facilities were excellent – the kids had a great time at all the playgrounds and attractions. The outdoor pool was relaxing. Breakfast was good, and so was the restaurant.
The only thing that affected our experience was the lack of air conditioning in the room, which forced us to open the windows — and then we had to deal with mosquitoes.

Reviewed Oct 8, 2024All the play area’s, indoors and outdoors are GREAT! We were upgraded to a better apartment which was nice, and it was a very spacious apartment. Location was convenient and the option to rent a baby carrier was a huge advantage for us!
Overall we had a great stay, it’s in the small things which we were surprised they didn’t supply - shampoo, bath robes, coffee capsules.. nothing wrong with it, just was expecting at this level of luxury to provide this, as they do call themselves a resort. I had a massage and I wouldn’t recommend, it’s in the therapists office.. not the ambience I was expecting.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2024Only good words. The 3 bed room's apartment was large enough for a family of five including one teenager. Each room has its own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and practical. The staff is very helpful (reception, waiters, etc.). The facilities are great and provide with many options to do in the hotel in any weather. The location of the hotel is wonderful. Wagrin is a very nice little village with many trails and staff do in the area (the hotel's staff assisted with the many choices).
Nothing really....

Reviewed Jul 31, 2024The children had a great time (ages 8 and 11), the hotel has a huge underground floor with lots of games for children, trampolines, a basketball court, an indoor pool with a slide, a small bowling alley and the kids played there for hours. It's an excellent solution for rainy hours. The hotel is very nice and clean, the view is lovely and the staff is kind.
equipment inside the apartment - very basic. Also Average breakfast. We felt that it did not fully justify the high price.

Reviewed Oct 12, 2023The facility was really nice, a lot of accommodations, super friendly staff, good food and a lot of things to do. the rooms where nice and the environment really beautiful.
Our room was at the street side and there is a lot of traffic, it's not possible to open a window or sit on the balcony. Furthermore, and although the facility was really clean, the guests showed little to none respect for this clean environment, there where al lot of guests with babies and little children and left the garbage everywhere.

A variety of free activities: for adults there is a gym, swimming pools, sauna, soccer field and more... Great activities for children :bowling, ping pong, slides and more
Pools are not heated enough to this time of the year There is a problem with the temperature regulation in the room

Reviewed Sep 27, 2023The location is excellent. The room is large, very clean, and well equipped. Lots of free parking spaces (with places for electric charging) The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The staff is kind, charming, ready to help at any moment. A variety of free activities: for adults there is a gym, swimming pools, sauna, soccer field and more... The highlight of the place is, in our opinion, the great activities for children, whether in the art craft in the children's club or in the play halls (bowling, ping pong, slides and more...) or in the hotel's indoor pool which has 3 water slides.
The only thing that disturbed us during our stay at the hotel - there is a problem with the temperature regulation in the room.
