Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The location was great, close to the city centre & loved the little cafes and bars close by. Very spacious apartment and the kitchenette was perfect. Clean and spacious, lovely balcony.
It was advertised with WiFi. We had an email the day we arrived to tell us it wasn’t working. No further contact throughout our stay & had to incur additional network charges to be able to use internet whilst there. When I returned and informed limehome about this, they really couldn’t care less and told me I should have reported it! It was reported to me…! Could have done with an extra pillow. Had I asked I’m sure this would have been done. So ask if you are struggling. Noisy guests kept me awake well into the night. Not the property’s fault but very thin walls. Security deposit is a sneaky one. They don’t tell you you need to pay this & then demand a €200 deposit the day before you go, this came as a huge surprise and was extra cost I didn’t account for! They do transfer the day after you get back but through no fault of my own and some strange “transaction fee” I’ve lost £10 between what I paid and what was returned. I brought this up with limehome and they told me they had refunded the full amount and it was my issue. Not helpful in the slightest. Really disappointed as it was a lovely place, but these issues will make me consider whether I will book again.

Reviewed Sep 5, 202615 mins walk from the centraal station. Love the apartment, the kitchenette was well equipped- we got to cook daily, the balcony was our everyday place to sit and eat. The security deposit was refunded back in 3 days after check out.
Unfortunately the WiFi wasn’t working during our stay and that really hampered our overall experience, despite constant attempts they weren’t able to fix it during our 3 night stay

Sofa extensible bad had a problem. One of the wood suport under the mattress was broken and the slip was not comfortable. The broken suport need to be replaced

Purtroppo siamo stati per quasi due giorni senza linea Internet, quindi non funzionava la televisione e i telefoni. Comunicata la cosa tramite Booking, ci è stato risposto che avrebbero aperto la segnalazione. Ma al momento della partenza il problema non era stato ancora risolto. Peccato

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Fully equipped apartment with all basic amenities needed and a functioning kitchen. There is an interesting Lift to the room floor if needed. Stairs are steep.
Air conditioning did not function during the stay which made it inconvenient especially during the hottest summer (36 degrees).

You can really see the attention to detail and good taste throughout the entire space. The location is excellent as well. It is one of those places that feels special from the moment you arrive. I would absolutely recommend it and would be very happy to stay here again.

Zaliczka 200 euro - między zaliczką a zwrotem jest ok 200 zł różnicy, co raczej mocno przewyższa wszystkie możliwe zmiany kursu walut. Kuchnia i łazienka nie mają żadnej wentylacji. Kontakt tylko przez whatsappa lub przez telefon do centrali w Monachium. Przy tych kłopotach, różnicach w zaliczce itd, zdecydowanie za te pieniądze można wynająć coś bardziej sensownego.

Het is afschuwelijk bureaucratisch. Je moet gigantisch veel borg betalen, wat buiten booking om loopt. Er is geen contact met mensen mogelijk. Er is geen enkele manier om echt eerder in je kamer te kunnen. Nul menselijkheid, nul flexibiliteit. Ik zou nooit meer een limehome boeken.

Vratný depozit bol šok....hlavne v prípade bezpečnostných upozornení booking, je krajne nezodpovedné dovoliť cez platformu tento spôsob zabezpečenia. Ak by som si poznámku o depozite všimla, toto ubytovanie b som si nezvolila. Depozit bol vrátaný, ale obávala som sa toho, platila som cez platobnú bránu ubytovateľa nie boooking.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Het was gewoon een ramp, de communicatie verliep erg traag, de hulp was twijfelachtig, je krijgt je ticket niet terug, je krijgt je reservering niet terug (die ze vervolgens weigerden), ze reageren niet op je berichten, kortom, het was gewoon een complete mislukking. Ik weet niet hoeveel dagen ze hebben geboord, gehouwen en een dak voor je hebben gemaakt. Je balkon bevindt zich op het dak ervoor, maar mensen renden constant de ladders op en af naar de daken. Het was onmogelijk om uit te rusten. De lift werkt niet. Er is een gebouw met een lift. Ze renden voortdurend op en neer. Ze sloegen de deur in de gang dicht. Dus het is geen plek om te rusten.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Appartamento molto carino, con veranda in cui godersi un pò di relax. Ottima la posizione a due passi dal centro e dalla stazione ferroviaria. Pulitissimo e disponibilità di prodotti per l'igiene.
Migliorerei sicuramente il check-in, ed in particolare le comunicazioni relative al deposito cauzionale.

Het bed is relatief klein (160cm). De airco is niet erg sterk en gaat spontaan uit. Er is een lift maar die was tijdens ons verblijf stuk. Daardoor moet je hoge trappen op. De ingang is lastig te vinden de eerste keer.

The TV didn't work, the elevator didn't work. There was no shelf in the bathroom to put your shampoos and other things while you were showering, so we had to leave them on the floor. There were no body towels.

Krevet za trecu osobu je jako neudoban, obavijest da lift ne radi je stigla nakon sto smo uplatili novac za objekat. Realno, uz onakve stepenice bilo je jako tesko nositi dva kofera od 20 kg i da smo znali da lift ne radi sigurno bismo za taj novac neki drugi apartman odabrali.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026The location was really good. We love the pantry inside our room. It was also great to have the laundry room where we can use while the room comes with the drying racks.
Wish the elevator was working during the time we were there. Carrying our luggage up the stairs would be impossible if not because our sons, who study in Eindhoven, were there to help us.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Super comfortable and cosy, clean, well-equipped (including cooking oil!), spacious bathroom and a lovely balcony. Air-conditioning working very well during a heatwave :) Awesome location amidst a cool industrial, yet very green space! Truly felt like home and were happy to return to the apartment after our festival activities. Dankjewel!
Unfortunately, the elevator didn't work for the whole of our stay. The stairs are quite steep and long, so it might be difficult with a lot of luggage. We were also given extra hand towels, as bath towels, which is a bit unconventional 😅 We managed though!

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Totul a fost perfect: locatia la o plimbare de 15 min distanta de gara, camera curata, dotata cu tot ce trebuie pentru a gati (plita electrica, tacamuri, pahare, cesti de ceai si de cafea, farfurii, aparat de cafea, prajitor de paine). E amplasat intr-un cartier linistit si foarte frumos.
Nu functiona liftul.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026The location was easy to find. It was a cosy studio. It was clean and confortable. I was able to check in a bit early and the fact that you didn’t need a key, only a code was great.
The 200 euro deposit -was a bit discouraging in the beginning, but I got it back the second day after my return. There are some challenging stairs to the apartment -me and the kids liked them because we are fit and like to move -but they can be challenging for older people

Iš pradžių neaišku kur pasiparkuoti, lamei radom vieną vietą netoli. Dukrai nepatiko girgždanti išskleidžiama lova 😆bet mano nuomone ji buvo minkšta ir patogi.

Складний процес реєстрації. Потрібно перейти на посилання, котрі висилаються на whatsapp, заповнити там дані, сфотографуватись і сфотографувати свої документи, повністю заповнити банківські дані. Аби в мене був вибір, я б відмовилась від оренди саме цього житла. На жаль я проігнорувала їх повідомлення з посиланням, думаючи, що реєстрація буде стандартною і на місці розберусь. Це моя помилка! Але коли ми приїхали під апартаменти після 22:00 вибору в нас вже не було (Ми залишались на ніч перед вилітом). На мою думку це максимально не зручно і небезпечно в часи, коли викрасти дані або ж кошти з рахунку можна одним кліком.
