We loved everything. Big enough for two people! Very clean and comfortable. It even had a veranda!

We didn’t like the stairs but to be fair we are not that fit😂

Nothing was good about the stay in this apartment

The staff was rude and dishonest about the condition of living in the apartment. Such as construction going on outside and no noise filtering through windows.

Die Unterkunft war sehr abgewohnt, eines der Fenster hat nicht funktioniert, der Boden war nicht ordentlich gereinigt, die Matratze extrem fleckig.

El proceso de recogida de llaves es un poco complicado, pero sin problema Tanto las normas, como la app que sugieren que te descargues, pone unas condiciones muy serias de "basuras", "de pérdida de llaves", de ... todo. Sin embargo, dos o tres peticiones que hicimos a lo largo de la estancia, no tuvieron ni respuesta: por ejemplo, que repusieran muchas de las bombillas fundidas. Por ejemplo, que arreglaran una cortina que no se podía mover, etc. Ni respondieron Eran dias de calor en agosto, y la ventana no se puede abrir del todo, está bloqueada con llave, tampoco hay aire acondicionado, por lo que había bastante calor dentro de la casa. Las ventanas interiores o de la habitación se podían abrir algo más, pero entraba mucho olor a las cocinas de los restaurantes de la calle. La cama INCOMODÍSIMA, HORRIBLE, dos somieres juntos, que se separaban, con dos medio colchones blandos, y un sobrecolchon de estos que ponen ahora, finito, pequeño, y también muy blando. Horrible. Acabamos con los colchones en el suelo Las escaleras de subida son "para alpinistas"- Muy incómodas si tienes poca mobilidad (cuidado)

The location of this apartment is excellent for Eindhoven. Access was easy with clear check-in and check-out instructions. The accommodation is of a high quality with all needs met. This is a very good option in Eindhoven, and I will definitely return.

Közel volt a vasütállomáshoz, a reptéri buszhoz. Két embernek megfelelő, viszonylag jól felszerelt, tágas apartman.

Az ablakok nem hahgszigeteltek,egész éjszaka és kora reggel is nagy a zaj. A hűtőnek nincs fagyasztórésze. Az egyik olvasólámpában nem volt égő. Két felnőtt részére 1 nagyméretű, és 2 kisméretű törölközőt biztosítottak.

Teljesen a központban van. Öt percre a vasútállomástól. A közelben sokáig nyitvatartó szupermarket van. Az ablakban úgy lehetett sörözni, hogy nem kellett lemenni. Jól oldották meg a kulcsok felvételét.

Kicsit hangos a főtéren a sok kocsma. De mi szerettük ezt a fajta nyüzsgést.

Several existing issues. Bed is really up for renewal. Feels like a hammock. The NOISE!!! Shouting people until 2am coming from the bars and loud delivery trucks/ street workers / gemeente cleaning all starting at 6am again.

Like the location of the stay. Its in the Centrum which makes shopping, catching train/bus everything easy.

I am requesting for the invoice to be shared for my stay from May 11th. For most of my colleagues, its been sent max within a couple of days. But I am still struggling. This is a mandatory document to be submitted to my company. Please help me with this document ASAP.

Locale abbastanza grande molto luminoso nella zona sogiorno un po', vista magnifica sulle vie principali di Eindhoven. Tutto sommato non troppo rumorosa considerando che sono andato anche il Kings day e letteralmente nella piazzetta del Mark sotto c'era un grande evento, ottimo anche per la posizione centrale in Eindhoven. Per pernottamento breve può andare bene ma per di più secondo me no.

Prima cosa il metodo per ottenere le chiavi e veramente un po' complesso ma non impossibile, basta fare veramente 2 minuti di camminata al check-in e check-out, poi sicuramente la ""doccia"" scomodissima e piccola da usare tutto aperto con gli schizzi che arrivavano quasi fino al lavandino, non oso immaginare come sia di inverno con temperature più freddi e che quindi non puoi spegnere l'acqua corrente e infine ma non per importanza la cucina da turista dovrebbe andare bene (ma da italiano no!!!) mancava lo scolapasta; decisamente delle posate avevo solo 2 coltelli e poche forchette, poi anche le pentole credo che debbano essere cambiate le ho lavate diverse volte ma comunque rimanevano un po' sporche.

Faltan algunos detalles en el menaje de la cocina como algún cubierto más y dejar por ejemplo un kit básico de sal, pimienta y algunas servilletas, es muy conveniente. Gracias por considerarlo.

I loved the location. It is in the heart of where you would want to be in Eindhoven. We could walk to all of the shops, restaurants, museums, cathedrals, etc. that we could ever want to visit. It is right across from the train station and next to bus stops so it was easy to hop on a bus or train to visit other cities in The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium.

The washer was not working upon our arrival so it had to be repaired and the heater is not working in the bedroom. The washing machine was fixed upon our request.

Spacious room with some comforts such as a kitchen and full equipment, washer for clothes etc. Also at a central location.

First of all, we had no elevator and we were at third floor (and the stairs were terrible, especially when we had a lot of baggage with us). Noone came to clean ever even though we stayed for 6 nights. Room was not really clean to begin with and also light was getting in from everywhere during morning. Very very early check in at 9AM, and even though noone would come and check ins were at 15:00, due to kings day, we requested for some few hours for check out later (at least 1 hour) and we were denied for it. Terrible support as well, tried to reach from Booking with no answers. And check in procedure was very complex. I don’t recommend for long stay. And lastly, bath was terrible. This in overall.

Já conheço as imediações pois desloco -me com frequência aos países baixos. As instalações eram boas e com vista fantástica. Perto de todo o comércio. Local central.

Não gostei da chegada, cansados com frio e ligamos para o atendimento que tinha disponível, inclusive Booking e ninguém nos deu feedback, chegamos lá sozinhos...a chave encontrava-se noutro local, não me recordo de tal facto ter sido mencionado em troca de email. Este também foi um meio que utilizei para pedir alguma ajuda, mas também fiquei a falar sozinha. Último reparo as toalhas de banho... Todas eram toalhas de rosto. Funcionários não os avistei em 7 dias daí a minha classificação....zero. viramos a página para usufruir da nossa estadia e de algum modo se tornar agradável

The location was perfect. Right in the heart of Eindhoven. The staff was available at all times and helped us with any questions we had.

Missing some small kitchen stuff like a cutting board.

Easy access to city view, also having good view from stay. Water, Wi-fi, Heater was working fine and most recommended. Thanks!!

Kitchen basic items were missing like chopper board, knife, scissor, tawa or pan. IN Bathroom no separation for wet & dry area was bit messy. Unable to change temperature below 20 which felt like more hot sometimes.

The location. Appartment is well set up.

It needs a bit more love. The matrasses need an upgrade. As the appartment is in the middle of the city centre and the bars, the bedroom could do with extra noise cancelling measures.

Personalul te tratează foarte superficial. Sunt niste hoți, am uitat cheile in casă și am platit 150 euro sa vina un domn cu o foaie de plastic in mână să deschidă ușa (nu mi-a dat bon pentru că a deschis ușa). Lipsesc produse de baie, detergent de vase-burete. A trebuit să le cumpăr eu. Foarte foarte frig in acest apartament. Pentru a face checkout din nou o întreaga poveste cu un șir de reguli! Nu recomand acest apartament și nici această firmă Corporate Housing Solution

No vuelvo nunca más ! No hay cafetera Te mandan a diario con PDF larguísimo con normas ! Hasta te dicen que órdenes los cubiertos al irte y muchas amenazas de multas por todo Y te ECHARAN A LAS 9 De la mañana !!! Dos Toallas enanas y pobres para 8 días Lo unico bueno el técnico es muy buena persona. Le vi el 2 día cuando nos fuimos y el 4 que fui a darle las llaves . Por eso se que se arregla el 4 día . Nos arruinaron la Navidad Ah! Suciedad de cigarros

no dejan productos de limpieza suficientes, solo una bolsa de basura y 3 pastas de lava bajillas, un solo rollo de papelh para una semana de estadía esto no es suficiente, la cocina no esta tan bien equipada.

The apartment was fantastic. For my scope was the perfect fit and bonus it was located at the greatest spot in Eindhoven. The management team was super supportive as well.

The internet could be faster. But still it was decent.

It looks beautiful on website. It had everything you need for a five week stay. When you arrive, what a schemozzle re check in and you have to follow quite a bit of instructions, to get keys from another area. This apartment is through public housing in the Netherlands. It’s nothing flash for what you have to pay. It’s very disappointing. The only positive comment I can make is the location. It’s in city centre, you are around shops, cafes , bars and a short walk to buses and train station. I feel this is more for student accomodation only. We were given the top floor with 47 steps up, no lift. Narrow steep stairs. We are 64 & 65, My husband had a heart attack in January 2025. We had four heavy suitcases as we were travelling for 8 weeks. There was no way we could have got these suitcases to the top floor. We met these two young men near the cafe, and we asked them if they could help us. We didn’t have any euro’s as yet, we did have Stirling pounds as we just arrived from London. They were happy to help us, we gave them $100.00 pounds , which is equivalent £104.00 euro , for no more than a ten minute job. We were very grateful for there help. There was no way we could have done this ourselves. Arrival first day experience was terrible. The apartment is very very old, very basic and not well equipt. The dryer didn’t work , no instructions on how to use washing machine or dryer, so we had to go a laundry mat and dry cleaners. We had to share 1 bath towel for a week as there were only 4 little floor towels. Bathroom had no shower curtain and everything gets wet, water pressure is terrible. The cleaner comes once a week which was helpful. You do have to buy hand soap, washing powder , toilet paper etc for the time you are there. I feel this not be on booking.com as it’s run by public housing. They wanted us to sign documents, which we didn’t do . As we didn’t book this accomodation through public housing. Booking.

Posizione eccellente. Ambiente molto spazioso.

Non era molto pulita. Tappeto sporchissimo, superfici impolverate. Non c’è una credenza, cucina molto poco fornita. Bagno piccolo e soprattutto doccia aperta quindi si bagna tutto, non c’è un mobile in bagno per riporre i propri oggetti. Gli infissi nella camera sono vecchi quindi non si chiudono bene, sentendo freddo e rumori.

The house is effectively designed with all his furniture. Excellent choice for extended stay with its kitchen and laundry machine. And excellent location at the heart of the Central Eindhoven. That was my first time in Eindhoven and if you want to do shopping, walking around the river or just get a train, everything is nearby.

The noise of the market place also continues at midnight.

location was the best. Just in the right middle of Eindhoven. Big enough apartment for two people. Big TV and good internet connection.

The shower was not having any glass or curtain to prevent splashing everywhere when showering. In the kitchen, some essential elements were not there: salt, oil, sugar. As well as washing scrub and soap to clean dishes.
