Апартаментът е в центъра на града,мно е чисто и просторно .Беше с две спални ,хол кухня с всички удобства.Много голяма и красива баня ,с голяма душ кабина.Беше много чисто навсякъде.Много съм доволна,пак бих се върнала.Имаше и кафе машина с капсули, което за мен беше голям плюс, защото съм голям любител на кафето.Горещо го препоръчвам, очарователно и много чисто апартаментче.Бяха помислели дори за чадъри ,във фоайето имаше.Хунята беше със съдомиялна,печка и хладилник.Всичко беше идеално.Благодаря на собствениците за приятният ми престой в Айндховен!

Няма никакви минуси в този апартамент.

Apartment was very clean and modern, lovely outlook over to the church, in a great location for local bars and restaurants, easy access to the main train station. Good communication with the host.

Lovely location and had everything needed for a short stay

The entry system to get the key on the first day was frustrating and took a lot of attempts to get it to work

Lokalizacja idealna, w samym sercu miasta. Mieszkanie czyste i ma wszystko czego potrzeba.

Zarezerwowałam mieszkanie z balkonem a na miejscu okazało się że jest zlokalizowane na parterze, okno było poprzez witrynę reklamową a balkonem był po prostu kawałek placu ze schodami do góry (być może do innych apartamentów? Nie sprawdzałam). Mi to nie przeszkadzało ale daję znać bo dla kogoś może mieć to znaczenie.

The property is immaculately clean ,the organizers are super helpful ,it’s well equipped with everything Right at the center of the city it’s a dream I’ve spent the happiest 5 days of my life with my man there

The apartment itself is clean and the location is perfect.

We booked two nights for two people, and two people stayed. On the second night at 22:36 pm, I received a text message from the property stating that they had observed different individuals entering our apartment, that the apartment was only be booked for two people, and that we were to immediately stop receiving guests and strictly comply with the house rules. (They had also written via Booking.com and tried to call beforehand — I had not been checking the app and calls were muted after 10 pm) I replied asking for a screenshot from the surveillance camera, so that I could see who had supposedly entered the apartment we had paid for without us knowing. At 22:50 pm, the answer was that the message referred to the entrance of the building and not to our apartment, that nothing unusual had been observed in or around our apartment, and that there was no cause for concern — the entrance camera regularly detects movement, and they occasionally contact guests as a precaution. That is not how the first message read. It stated as fact that different individuals had entered our apartment and demanded that we stop immediately. A precaution and an accusation are not the same thing. Shortly after 23:00pm, a man introducing himself as the owner knocked on our door and asked us about the number of guests — slightly over ten minutes after the property had told us in writing that there was no cause for concern. Half an hour, from accusation to walk-back to someone at our door, close to midnight on the last night of our stay. I have no objection to cameras or to house rules being enforced, but this was handled in a way that made us feel suspected and then intruded upon, with no evidence ever provided. I wish I could attach the screenshots of the messages I received here.

Fantastic location- close to restaurants and bars, but not too noisy. The bed was really comfortable and the whole place was really fresh and clean

Tienen un sistema de ventilación que está TODO EL DÍA ENCENDIDA. Dicen que no es aire acondicionado pero funciona como tal y no se puede apagar. Hacían que en la estancia hiciera frío y ya de por sí Holanda no es un país caluroso… por la noche teníamos que dormir tapadas con nórdico

Was super nice, helpful team! I have arrived at 19:30 after a long trip, suffering of my injured knee, the apartment turned out to be in the 2ed floor off the ground floor, means I had to take 2 levels stairs not only one, I texted the facility team and surprisingly they answered immediately, they explained that they stated this in Booking.com details, and: they offered e to change to another apartment in floor zero, they were very helpful and caring. very next morning a kind gentleman knocked the door to say hi, offered me a nice jar of Dutch honey , he was the property owner who knew about my injury and came to check and show support, I was really touched of this kind reaction.. I have to say that the way the property team treated my early complaints was one of the most professional understanding to the customer who may arrives in very tough conditions sometimes. the apartment was very clean, well designed and organized, kitchen is fully equipped, few modifications are needed, will list it below

the eastern window and door are totally of glass, the curtain covering both is very light and transparent, when the sun rise it will be impossible to sleep, while the western window is equipped with heave solid curtain which should be the same at the eastern one. The fridge has no freezer which is a problem when you want have a glass of whisky... check in process was not really easy neither clear, should be revised

Super clean and cozy apartment with an excellent location. There is a distance walking for every point of interest. The bed was very confortable and a bonus is tje balcony with the view of the cathedral.

Very nice appartement in city core of Eindhoven. Gear location. Just around corner is main church and square with a lot of restaurants, bars and cafes.. train station 12 min walking. Full kitchen appliances and dishes. All was clean and tidy.

But noisy on weekend nights.

It was a beautiful clean apartment very centrally located in Eindhoven. Walking distance to everything. It was fully equipped with all the essentials required for our stay. It was very quiet location also.

There was nothing I didn't like, but a suggestion to have some cushions and a throw on settee to make it more comfortable when watching TV

Excellent location, next to the city center with an automated process to pick up the keys with a key code for the building and a key lock box for the apartment.

limited supplies in terms of shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper and an annoying smell coming from the toilet and the ventilation system. Windows in the rooms and toilet could not be opened; it was just a fixed glass.

The location was great, in the very centre of Eindhoven with all amenities close. Generally clean flat and easy to get to.

On our last day we woke up to find no hot water was available and the flat was very cold. Thermostat was set to 15 degrees as far as I can see. We requested late checkout and we were asked to pay extra 25 + City tax for this, but due to the water and heat situation we left early anyway.

Contando que cada noche salió a 130€...no lo encuentro equilibrado. Por muy bien ubicado que esté. Eindhoven es una ciudad pequeña. Y lo de sacarse la basura? En serio?

Nice apartment, good location. There was enough towels and equipped kitchen.

The stairs were a bit hard to navigate with suitcases, but we knew that before making the reservation. We’re not sure if the heating worked because we didn’t spent much time in the room.

Owner was great really easy to communicate with and always quick to respond, easy directions and great space that was well thought out . Some great touches with the coffee machine

It’d be great for the bed to be double, and the walls to be a little more sound proof

It's all digital no reception staff, I received my check-in details via WhatsApp and everything was pretty straightforward from there onwards. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with great WiFi.

Although the location is very convenient it can be noisy. My experience was an exception, the city was celebrating their football team's cup win until about 22:30, the day after I arrived. The following morning you could hear the clean up crew busy at work.

The location in the city center was great - close to the church and museums, shops and the train station. The bus to the airport is also nearby. The view from the apartment and the terrace in front of it was wonderful. The apartment is functional and has everything you need. Amenities are provided in the kitchen if needed. The hosts are polite and helpful. A suitable place from which to explore neighboring cities and interesting places around such as Keukenhof, Amsterdam and Rotterdam.

The stairs to the second floor, where the apartment was, are extremely steep, narrow and winding. It was extremely difficult and even painful to get a suitcase up there. There is no wardrobe in the apartment, there is only one locker and a rack with 4-5 hangers, which is not convenient for clothes and luggage when staying for several days. Unfortunately, this central location was a problem on the day of the PSV Eindhoven football title celebration, as the city was completely blocked and the metal fences started from the entrance to the apart-hotel. We could not get home for several hours. During those two days, while the fences and celebrations were being prepared, held, and dismantled, it was very noisy, dirty, and crowded on our street and throughout the central area from early morning until late at night.

La scala purtroppo è molto stretta e ripida e per passare con le valigie grandi e’ difficile, ma comunque si può fare Le tovaglie da bagno sono piccole per la doccia ma profumate Manca uno specchio lungo

Good location, you can walk your way from the train station to the property. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby

Some instructions were not clear, the text for the checkout makes reference to a "blue box" that does not exist. Lack of elevator and very narrow stairs to access the apartments in the second floor makes it difficult if you bring big luggage. There are some sections on the client area website that provide no information at all.

Die Nähe zur Innenstadt

Dass man im Keller schlafen musste. Die Bilder der Wohnung suggerieren helle Wohnung mit Ausblick. Der Ausblick war ebenerdig auf den Bürgersteig und das Schlafzimmer im Keller.

Estudios equipados y con excelente ubicación. La atención telefónica y la amabilidad de la persona que estuvo en contacto conmigo fue excelente .

El alojamiento no tiene ningún punto en su contra; si buscamos minuciosamente algo en su contra, podría decirse que en los estudios del segundo piso (como fue en mi caso) las escaleras son muy estrechas . Pero es un detalle que a alguien que está en condiciones de subir escaleras no debería molestarle.

Prettig appartement ('Conny'), mooi ingericht, heel geschikt voor alleenstaande reiziger of met je partner. (Niet geschikt voor bv collega's die samen verblijven ivm glazen deur naar wc, geen deur bij doucheruimte enz Ook niet geschikt voor minder validen ivm trappen en geen lift). Locatie super, veel gezellige eetgelegenheden in de buurt, communicatie met hosts duidelijk voorafgaand aan en tijdens verblijf, incheck en uitcheck op afstand werkte handig en zonder problemen bij voordeur enz. Appartement van alle benodigdheden voorzien inclusief koffie capsules voor een paar dagen en vaatwasser tabletten. Verlichting heel goed en naar behoefte aan te passen, veel opbergruimte, goede wifi, goede geluidsisolatie. Bed sliep lekker, keuzemogelijkheid met hoofdkussens. Echt een aanrader 😀

I've already been a guest in De Eindhovenaar and that's why I came back. I know the staff is helpful on the Booking . com chat and they are always available. This time I was in the Olivia room. It's definitely bigger than the one I stayed in the other time (Coen) even though I think Coen, for my needs, is a better choice. This time Olivia was the only one available when I booked so I had to go for that one. Everything is clean, spotless and you have all the needed facilities in the apartment.

Great location in the city centre, with easy access on arrival (no lift though). The apartment was very clean, the bed very comfortable and all in all good value for money.

The wi-fi was very poor (less than 1mbs download) even right next to the router and, whilst not the apartment's fault, the 5G signal was not great either. The kitchen was fairly well equipped although none of the saucepans had lids so if you're thinking of cooking for yourself keep it simple (also remember there is no microwave).

Clean and comfortable, everything provided to prepare basic meals. Good quality natural soaps and shampoo. Great view of cathedral from the kitchen and deck. Loved the excellent lighting throughout. Nikki was right there with a response to a problem, even interrupting her meeting to understand what my problem might be. Kudos!

Entering the building was difficult and nobody of the 3 guests attempting to check in were able to figure out the fob reader system! After the first person gained entry, we all learned from his apparent direct communication with host. Some noise on Saturday night from the nightlife outside. Bring earplugs and don't worry!

Great location, great place, super comfortable. The apartment furnishing and services are amazing, i will definetely be back very soon. I recommend it strongly! If you stay in Eindhoven for few days this is "THE" retreat!

On the first day i asked for an extra blanket because i personally prefer a heavier blanket (the room is plenty warm if you need, the thermostat works great). Unfortunately it was never delivered also after asking it two more times.
