Das Nachtessen, Nudeln Allarabiata. War nicht gut. Schlecht gewürzt, mehr oder weniger gar nicht.

The hotel was very well located and the room was nice and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the bar was excellent with a lovely view. Parking was also very convenient and they kindly reserved a space for us in the outside car park as our car was too high for the underground garage. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Ausser ein paar Kleinigkeiten war alles super.

Zimmertüren knallen sehr laut zu und die Stühle in den Zimmern machen beim verrücken einen Höllenlärm. Das stört am Morgen ziemlich.

Modern hotel in fabulous location with lovely picturesque short walk along the lake to the town, comfortable room with air con, fantastic shower and bathroom facilities, relaxing small pool area with sun beds. Restaurant & rooftop bar overlooking the lake. Boulengerie attached to hotel with high quality products. Loved this hotel!

Statt Speisekarte kommt ein Tablatt daher, mit gerade mal zwei Sprachen. Französisch und Englisch. Kein Deutsch. Auch das Personal im Restaurant spricht niemand deutsch. Es gibt keine kleine einfache Gerichte.

This was an excellent hotel. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel was immaculately clean and the facilities first class.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel ! L’établissement est vraiment magnifique, très propre et idéalement situé. Le personnel est au top : accueillant, disponible et très professionnel. J’avais déjà contacté l’hôtel avant notre séjour pour quelques questions et j’avais reçu rapidement toutes les réponses dont j’avais besoin, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation !

L'emplacement est exceptionnel à 5 minutes de la vieille ville d'Annecy. Les personnes de la réception sont très agréables et disponibles.

Le restaurant O bon bec était très décevant : attente d'une heure trente pour notre plat. Peu de tables étaient occupées et pourtant à 20 h 30, les serveurs débarrassaient les couverts non utilisés. Aucun serveur n'était sur la terrasse lorsque nous désirions quelque chose. Même si la viande était très bonne, l'attente et le manque de professionnalisme des serveurs nous ont beaucoup déçus.

Das Zimmer mit dem tollen Blick auf den See. Die Iglu-Idee - sehr originell. Das Frühstück draussen auf der Terrasse war wirklich toll - das Angebot reichhaltig.

Der Empfang war nicht gerade freundlich. Die beiden Receptionistinnen waren am PC beschäftigt (Einarbeitung einer neuen Mitarbeiterin??) und wir wurden zunächst komplett ignoriert. Das geht in einem 4-Sterne Hotel gar nicht. Schade- das war unser 1. Eindruck...hätte besser sein können. Wir sind bereits um 11:00 Uhr angereist und wollten einfach unser Gepäck abgeben. Ich hatte nicht den Anspruch, das Zimmer schon zu beziehen. Auf meine Frage, wann das Zimmer bereit sei, bekam ich - nicht gerade in einem freundlichen Ton- die Antwort, das wisse sie nicht- sicher ab 16:00 Uhr...

Superb location, v friendly and efficient team, before and during our stay. Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable rooms- excellent to have water dispensers on each floor, super fluffy huge swimming towels.

Wonderful property with a great view of Lake Annecy. Great location also, as it’s a quick ten minute walk to the main downtown area. There is also a great deck to relax on and have a drink…

No laundry facilities onsite (machines for personal use).

El hotel es de lo mejor de Annecy. Está frente al lago y a menos de cinco minutos del centro. Está limpio y es bonito. La habitación bien sin más. El desayuno está bien pero por el precio de ería ser mejor. Tiene parking con cargador de coches eléctricos, esto último gratuito. La piscina está correcta

Pagué 800 euros por dos noches en una habitación normal. Me parece excesivamente caro para lo que es, pero es un buen hotel

Great location, just across the road is the lake and a 5min walk away from old town. Lovely pool with towels provided and never too busy. Rooms spotless and excellent size.

Onvriendelijk personeel. Laat je wachten tot formele tijdstip van inchecken, terwijl later bleek dat de kamer allang klaar was. Restaurant was viezig. Vies tapijt. Kamer veel te warm ondanks airco en buitentemperatuur van 23 graden. Te weinig liften voor grootte hotel. Prijs-kwaliteit zeer beneden maat. Uitzicht op het meer lijkt wat, maar is niet direct aan het meer. Er ligt een drukke, doorgaande weg voor het hotel.

The location of the hotel was good and the small bakery in the foyer was tremendous

The pool area was too small when the hotel was busy . Our room was also not really soundproof and we could hear chairs being dragged and people stamping upstairs above us.

Hôtel moderne, propre et chambres confortables. Fontaine à eau disponible en début de couloir à chaque étage. Petite attention laissée pour notre anniversaire (une coupe ou un cocktail offerts et une boite de sablés à l'effigie de l'hôtel) très appréciée.

This is our second stay at La Pelican. Staff are always very helpful both before arrival ( booking restaurant and securing an outdoor parking space ) and whilst we were staying. Hotel restaurant food very good and rooms were v coo and clean. Great location 10 minutes walk into centre of Annecy along the lake. Also like the small and very popular patisserie on hotel premises. Get there early to avoid queues !

The location was perfect! Right on the lake but also just a 10 minute walk to everything in town. Didn't need a car at all during our stay, and just walked everywhere we needed to be during the entirety of our visit. We didn't have the official breakfast in the hotel but had dinner one night at the hotel restaurant which was very good and also used the cafe in the main lobby every morning for breakfast which was also very convenient. The rooms were spacious and luxurious and the beds were also very comfortable (better than the ones in my home!)

The room check-in time is at 4pm which is late compared to most other hotels. We arrived around 1:30pm after a long journey and had to wait 2.5 hours until the room was ready. The hotel offered to let us use the pool facilities while we waited which we didn't end up doing but appreciated the gesture.

We were not advised or asked about parking. We assumed that as you are a guest you would automatically get parking. Instead we had to park away from the hotel, wait 40 mins for a space and pay 35 euros for 24 hrs!

Overpriced for what it is. Air conditioning in the bedrooms were poor - clearly turned down centrally to save energy - which is ridiculous considering the price we paid. We had to pay for parking also which is a bit of a joke considering the excessive room rate.

Small rooms for the price. “Lakeview” was really limited and a bit of an exaggeration. Extremely loud music at pool bar. Very poor sound isolation of room. Noise from corridor, noise from upstairs room and neighboring rooms made us wake up early.

Well located, short walk into Annecy old town. Nice views of the lake from the restaurant, bar and pool areas. Helpful and friendly staff.

One very minor thing - For the price charged for breakfast, it could have had a few more options and more variety of items.

Les chambres étaient spacieuses et très bien décorées. Le lit et les oreillers étaient très confortables. Les chambres communiquaient par une double porte, ce qui était très pratique en famille. La piscine était très agréable, ainsi que l'espace bar et pétanques. L'originalité de cet établissement est qu'il y avait une boulangerie au rez de chaussée pour prendre des goûters ou des petits déjeuners. Le restaurant de l'hôtel était très bon et spécialisé dans la viande. Enfin, l'établissement était très bien situé près du vieux centre d'Annecy, donc pratique pour se promener, louer des vélos ou aller à la gare à pied.

Nous n'avons pas de points à améliorer.

La propreté et le mobilier agréable. Le restaurant et la boulangerie à l’intérieur, la proximité avec tout et le fait qu’il y avait plein de transats libres.

Le personnel plus que désagréable et pas professionnel. L’accueil par la jeune hôtesse était malpoli. Au restaurant, le serveurs s’énervaient et s’agitaient on comprenait tout en français. Au paiement du restaurant la machine ne marchait pas on a dû aller à l’accueil, aucun geste, pas d’excuse. C’est la première fois que je suis aussi mal accueillie dans un 4 étoiles. Je ne reviendrai pas.

Optimal wäre, wenn es einen Wellness-Bereich geben würde. Wenn der Poolbereich noch etwas grösser wäre. Wenn die Poolbar in Betrieb wäre (zusätzlich zur rooftop Bar). Trotzdem, es war wunderschön!

Vi hadde et fint opphold på hotellet. Det var god standard og pent og rent.

Det var vanskelig å kommunisere på engelske med vertskapet. Det var ikke inkludert frokost. Bassenget var fint, men litt for varmt og mange mennesker når vi var der. Vi bodde i et to etasjes rom og det var dessverre veldig varmt på hemsen da aircondition ikke kjølte ned hele rommet.

Way overpriced breakfast. Absolutely ridiculous staff ,rushed off their feet and couldn’t cope in the bar areas or restaurant people were going downstairs to the café for breakfast. My spare ribs came partly frozen. Not a great experience.

Dirty stain on pillow case was a big let down and despite setting the air con to cool the room stayed at 23 degrees the entire stay. Some smaller towels in the bathroom would be appreciated for drying hair/hands etc. The only towels are huge! No explanation of any of the hotel facilities etc on check in

Position was perfect. Walking distance to main areas and restaurants. Pool was nice and so welcome on hot days. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff helpful when needed. And the bakery downstairs……..! Beyond belief. I still dream about it! Best way to start the day was breakfast there.

Not the property’s fault - but when we arrived at the train station there wasn’t a single taxi. We had to lug our suitcases all the way to the hotel.

Great location. Very nice modern hotel.

The hotel had a lovely view of the mountains from the terrace bar. I ate there on my first night and enjoyed a simple but perfect tomatoes - burrata - wine combo. Reception staff were also very helpful when I was struggling with the weak wifi.

The pool closed at 8pm which was a little early for me. And no spa facilities - a massage after and busy weekend and then cycling around the lake would have been good. Internet signal was weak for me and there could have been better lighting around a mirror in the room for makeup - or a mirror near some natural light.

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean. Easy parking though a little on the steep side. Lovely little bakery/patisserie on site.
