Our stay at Nikos and Manolia’s apartment complex was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We arrived extremely early on our first day, at around 6:00 a.m., after a long journey. Nikos immediately made us feel at home. He set up sun loungers for us on the terrace so we could rest, invited us to have breakfast, and even arranged for the cleaning lady to come earlier so that our room could be ready as quickly as possible. Thanks to their kindness, we were able to go to bed around 8:00 a.m. after an amazing breakfast. But what made this stay truly unforgettable was their incredible hospitality and genuine kindness. Nikos and I actually share the same birthday date. They invited us to celebrate with them and their loved ones at their apartment. And on my birthday, they surprised me at breakfast with the most wonderful cake, complete with candles and a birthday song. My heart was truly touched. I have travelled to lots of countries, and very rarely have I experienced such genuine warmth and hospitality. This alone would be enough reason for me to come back! The beautiful surroundings, the proximity to the beach and to Heraklion are wonderful bonuses, but above all, this place feels like a little piece of paradise on earth. Nikos and Manolia, thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my stay so incredibly special. We will definitely be back! ❤️

The stay was awesome! Manolia and Nikos were very hospitable, they welcomed us like dear guests, and we felt like at home! We couldn’t even imagine such a warm and heartfelt welcome. They were always there for us and quickly helped with anything we needed. The breakfasts were wonderful, with homemade Cretan pastries and fresh fruits from Manolia and Nikos’s garden. We 100% felt the Cretan atmosphere and hospitality. The rooms were very clean, and the location was convenient: the beach is just two minutes away, and there is a bus stop, shops, and tavernas nearby. Thank you so much for your hospitality, kindness, and for making our stay so special! We really loved the time we spent here and will remember your warmth, hospitality, and amazing food for a long time!

The location was amazing, we didn’t know what to expect but this beautiful little family run business delivered on every level. They were so friendly, couldn’t do enough for us and the property was extremely clean. A lovely little freshly made breakfast bar was made everyday, just enough for what you needed and wanted each day before you headed out. It’s one of the loveliest little places we’ve stayed.

Nothing, they made our stay so special with so many little touches that were just beautiful.

Zimmer waren super. Das Personal war super nett und freundlich.

Das Frühstück war überwiegend ungesund. Viel süße Backwaren oder Pizza. Leider zu wenig Obst und Gemüse. Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig, man hat zum Flur hin jedes Geräusch wahrgenommen, an etwas länger schlafen war leider nicht zu denken.

Uns hat sehr die die Gastfreundschaft und die Lage gefallen. Das Hotel ist direkt am Strand. Die Inhaber sind unglaublich nett. Zudem ist der Roomservice sehr klasse.

Die Türen zum Flur sind etwas hellhörig, stört aber nicht unbedingt.

Tolles kleines Familienhotel,sehr gutes griechisches Frühstück .Sehr herzliche Bewirtung mit Bio Produkten.Nah zum Strand mit Restaurant und Bars.Supermarkt auch in der Nähe. Wir konnten auch um 11 Uhr schon einchecken.

I had a wonderful stay here! The apartment was beautiful, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed was made and fresh towels were provided every morning. The AC was great in the heat, and the big fridge and little kitchen corner were very useful. The location is great. It's on a little street, away from the big tourist hotels, but the beach is just a few metres away. There are restaurants nearby, and main street with shops and cafés also within a short walk. The little balcony was a nice private place to spend the evenings. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of homemade things. The owners were very sweet, friendly and helpful. I felt very welcome here and I would love to come back again. 😊

Excellent hotel near the beach and close to the bus stop for Iraklio. Outstanding service and hospitality! We were very lucky and got upgraded to a suite with separate bedroom and living room. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choice. We absolutely recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Tout était parfait ! L’accueil, le petit déjeuner maison et varié un délice ! Manolia et Nikos ainsi que la femme de ménage sont d’une générosité incroyable ! À 100m de la plage donc c’est parfait ! Accès au centre ville d’Amoudara à pied très simple et rapide et également d’Héraklion et ces lieux historiques avec un arrêt de bus à 5min à pied de l’hôtel. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !! Mille mercis ! Et les crétois sont de manière générale tous très chaleureux et accueillant ! Léa et Mattéo

Everything was perfect nikos and manolia were extremely helpful and welcoming, the breakfast was good made by the family fresh and they provided alot of information about the city and transportation. Even gave us a jar of olives as a departing gift☺️

Es war einfach wunderschön! Wir konnten kurzfristig einchecken und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Apartement ist sehr schön, modern und super sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und liebevoll mit selbst gebackenen regionalen Spezialitäten bestückt! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Micul dejun foarte bun.Diversificat pentru toate gusturile.Locația? Am fost placut surprins sa constat că se făcea curațenie zilnic ,sa schimbat lenjeria la fiecare 2 zile iar prosoapele in fiecare zi. Foarte multa atenție la detalii .Paturile foarte frumos aranjate cu prosoapele curate pe ele facute in diferite forme (lebede ,cațelusi,si impodobite cu flori).Gazdele mereu cu zimbetul pe buze gata să ne dea orice informatie.Ne-au facut cadou căte o sticla cu vin grecesc iar la plecare căte un pachet cu prajiturele cretane.Adevarați profesionisti care știu sa facă turism.Mii de mulțumiri cu siguranța o sa revenim.Un mare avantaj plaja foarte aproape de mare 100m cu niște terase unde se mănănca foarte bine.statia de autobus 200m.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich, sauber und komfortabel. Balkon und Meerblick rundeten das an. Die ruhige Lage und dazu nur wenige Meter zum Strand trugen sehr zur Erholung bei. Die gastgebende Familie war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und herzlich sowie jederzeit hilfsbereit und für Bedürfnisse der Gäste ansprechbar. Jeden Tag gab es Zimmerservice wie im Hotel und ein Schönes Frühstücksbüffet in ansprechendem Ambiente.

Εξαιρετικό πρωινό, κάθε μέρα και κάτι καινούργιο, πολλα συγχαρητήρια στον Νίκο και στην Μανωλία. Τα παιδιά πραγματικά προσπαθούν και μας έκαναν να αισθανθούμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Τα δωμάτια πολύ καθαρά και πολλα μπράβο και στην Νικολέτα για την διακόσμηση του κρεβατιού. Δεν βλέπουμε την ωρα να ξανάρθουμε!

Liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, perfekt sauber, mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr freundliche und herzliche Wirtsleute, eine supernette Familie. Fantastisches Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt! Unbedingt wieder!

Das Apartment ist in kurzer Laufdistanz zum Meer gelegen. Die Gastgeber waren extrem freundlich und herzlich, richtig familiär. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist selbst gemacht (mit Liebe) und bietet auch griechische Spezialitäten- sehr fein! Das Apartment an sich ist modern & solide ausgestattet und bietet alles was man braucht. Es war sehr sauber und wird auch täglich gereinigt! Man hat einen leichten Meerblick über die Dächer der anderen Häuser hinweg.

Die Klimaanlage ist nur im Schlafzimmer und kühlt vor allem dieses Zimmer, die anderen Zimmer werden dadurch nur leicht gekühlt, wenn man die Tür offen lässt. Das Apartment ist solide ausgestattet mit einfachem, modernen Mobiliar (aber nicht luxuriös); somit absolut ausreichend für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Betten waren recht weich, aber dies ist sicherlich Geschmackssache.

Struttura ben curata e pulita. Appartamento spazioso e con tutto i confort. I gestori una coppia giovane molto disponibili e accoglienti sempre disponibili per dare consigli sulle località limitrofe. Colazione molto buona con prodotti locali preparati direttamente da loro proponendo anche cose tipiche da fare conoscere alle persone che come noi era la prima volta a Creta

Zeer gastvrije en vriendelijke eigenaren. Lekker ontbijt, met zelfgemaakte producten. Korte afstand van het strand. Goede busverbinding naar centrum Heraklion.

Das Hotel war sehr schön, mit guter Nähe zum Strand. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend.

La struttura era super pulita, accogliente e perfettamente conforme alla descrizione! I due proprietari, Niko e Manolia sono due persone deliziose, super gentili e disponibili. La posizione della struttura è comodissima e non serve neanche noleggiare l’auto, perché con bus e transfert arrivi ovunque e le fermate sono proprio accanto. La spiaggia è a 3 minuti a piedi, c è un lido con cui lavora l hotel e anche loro sono gentilissimi e disponibili! Era la nostra prima volta in Grecia, e devo dire che ci tornerei domani. Il cibo era buonissimo, la colazione ricca e tipica, ma anche con scelta per i più schizzinosi. Consiglio vivamente!!!!!

Класне місце розташування- недалеко від пляжу, супермаркету і автобусної зупинки, а також поруч великий вибір ресторанів. Номери затишні та комфортні. Прибирання номерів відбувалось щодня, що приємно вразило. Власники - неймовірні люди: дружелюбні, відкриті і приємні у спілкуванні, роблять все з великою любовʼю. Їхні сніданки - це щось фантастичне: дуже смачні традиційні грецькі страви. Рекомендую!

Des propriétaires adorables, toujours aux petits soins et attentifs au moindre détail. Le logement est parfait, idéalement situé à deux pas de la plage. Je recommande sans hésiter cet endroit si vous séjournez près d'Ammoudara ou d'Héraklion !

Bardzo miła obsługa / gospodarz.

W pokoju brakowało jakiejkolwiek szafy lub szafki na ubrania. W łazience brak wentylacji - jest tylko okienko do szachtu technicznego. Zimne światło - strach włączać. Wyposażenie bardzo niskiej jakości. W pokoju bardzo głośno - słychać wszystko, co dzieje się dookoła. Bardzo miękkie łóżko (materac). Wszystko dalekie od słowa "luxury" widocznego w nazwie.

La struttura è nuova, dotata di tutti i confort, pulitissima, accogliente e curata. Le varie spiagge sono vicinissime alla struttura e raggiungibili i a piedi. I costi sono assolutamente adeguati e il servizio molto efficiente. La colazione ottima e varia, tanti prodotti locali e preparati personalmente da Manolia. I gestori, Nikos e Manolia accoglienti, disponibili, sempre pronti a darti aiuto per qualunque necessità. Ci hanno consigliato dei posti in cui cenare e/o pranzare. Un sentitissimo grazie a Manolia per la dolcezza, la disponibilità e la cura che ci ha riservato.

We loved the location close to the beach. Breakfast was delicious. The hosts are marvelous. Manolia and her family are doing a great job in maintaining everything clean, and make you feel like home or even better.

The staff was very welcoming, and helpful beyond all expectations. We had a rental car issue, which Nikos fixed in no time. While waiting for the rental car, Nikos and his wife were more than happy to give us good pointers where to go, all over Crete, little did we know we got a tour guide included in the price :) and to top it all of, they even texted us after we left for our next destination to check that we got there safely <3

We had an amazing stay at Ermis Luxury in Crete! The apartment was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, good restaurants, but also quiet so wo had restful nights. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always available to help with recommendations or any questions we had. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. The breakfast was absolutely amazing—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety of local and homemade specialties. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend the accomodation. We will definitely come back!

Extremely friendly and hospitable hosts. Rooms kept immaculately clean. Located only 2 minutes from the beach, and 3 minutes from the bus into Heraklion. Phenomenal value for money.

Господарі дуже привітні та щирі люди, сніданки смачні та на різний смак (шведський стіл). В апартах кожного дня прибирають тому завжди чисто. Якщо ви любите пляжний спокійний відпочинок це чудовий вибір, але і якщо хочете відвідати нічне місто Іракліон він поруч, 10 хв на машині або поруч є автобусна зупинка. Дуже раджу

Weinig. Het enige is dat de muren/deur vrij gehorig zijn.

Tout était nul. Café froid ou inexistant. Biscuits fait maison. Omlette horrible. Pain de mais uniquement. Pas de canderel.

To niewielki pensjonat położony blisko plaży. Panuję tu wspaniała atmosfera, gospodarze są bardzo mili, serwują pyszne domowe śniadania. Goście są zauważeni i przyjęci z sympatią i serdecznością. W apartamencie jest wszystko czego potrzeba, pokoje są ładnie urządzone i bardzo czyste. Goście mogą też skorzystać z ręczników na plażę.

Budynek jest akustyczny i słychać odgłosy funkcjonowania lub kiedy inni goście wracają wieczorem. Może to przeszkadzać jeśli ktoś ma lekki sen. My nie mieliśmy z tym problemu.

Tout était parfait ! Les propriétaires sont d'une grande gentillesse, très à l'écoute et toujours bienveillants. Le petit-déjeuner est bon, varié et copieux. Notre hôte est constamment aux petits soins et veille à ce que rien ne manque pour rendre le séjour agréable. L'emplacement est idéal : à quelques minutes seulement de la plage et très proche d'Héraklion, ce qui permet de profiter facilement des environs. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation !

Le seul petit détail à noter concerne les rideaux, qui ne sont pas totalement occultants. Les lève-tôt ou ceux qui n'ont pas peur de la lumière du matin n'y verront aucun inconvénient !

De tudo, desde a localização, o estacionamento, o maravilhoso quarto e o pequeno almoço. Simplesmente impecável!! Ficamos no quarto 17 no terceiro andar e não podia pedir melhor!!

J’ai adoré l’accueil, les personnes et le petit déjeuner ainsi que la proximité avec la mer. Le personnel est adorable, nous avons eu des petites surprises pour l’anniversaire de ma maman ce qui absolument adorable, nous y reviendrons très certainement. Ils ont été tellement gentils, nous ont donné des conseils sur les lieux à visiter et sont très arrangeant. Encore merci

L'appartement était très beau et très propre. Le petit déjeuner très copieux est vraiment un plus👍!! Quand aux propriétaires, ils étaient aux petits soins pour nous 🥰!! L'emplacement est également top, à 200m de la plage et proche des commerces et restaurants 👍!!

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie in diesem Hotel und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich herzlich, jederzeit erreichbar und stets freundlich – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt, ebenso wie die gesamte Hotelanlage. Besonders das liebevoll zubereitete Frühstück hat uns jeden Morgen begeistert. Das Hotel hat eine familiäre Atmosphäre und wird mit viel Engagement geführt. Der Strand ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar und auch Parkmöglichkeiten waren in der Nähe immer ausreichend vorhanden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Hotel zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

De ontvangst was hartelijk. Het bed was goed.

De omgeving was verschrikkelijk, armoedige omgeving. Het strand onaantrekkelijk met uitzicht op petrochemische industrie. De badkamer zeer klein, lage waterdruk, ‘s ochtends geen warm water. De buitenunit van de airco lekte op het balkon. Rumoerig appartementencomplex. Beslist niet Luxery!

Ontbijt was prima met nog vers gebakken dingen door de eigenaresse. Geen groot ontbijt maar prima verzorgd. Dicht bij strand. En wat voor ons belangrijk was, dicht bij het vliegveld.

L'accueil très sympatique de la famille, la propreté de l'appartement, le bon petit déjeuner copieux et varié fait maison .

L'emplacement est proche de la plage certes mais la vue sur les toits n'a rien d'exceptionnelle ni de fabuleux , le couchage sur le canapé même avec un surmatelas reste inconfortable même pour 1 nuit seulement.

Localização, limpeza, conforto, estacionamento, perto de vários restaurantes e da praia. O café da manhã é excelente e para completar os proprietários são atenciosos e muito gentis !

Zum Frühstückbuffet gab es fast immer zusätzliche hausgemachte Spezialitäten von der außerordentlich freundlichen Familie.

The host was more than accommodating.

Generally ok, the mattress could be better, there was no hot water but we only stayed for one night. A few minor touch-ups to the room would increase its value – bathroom grout, the smell of cleaning products, and a very small bathroom where the glass door doesn't close all the way

Les produits locaux et faits maison au petit déjeuner. La gentillesse des propriétaires. Un très bon accueil. Rien à dire pour la chambre.

Μου άρεσε η τόσο θετική ενέργεια από την οικοδέσποινα! Μου άρεσε η καθαριότητα! Μου άρεσε η άνεση μέσα στο δωμάτιο! Μου άρεσε το υπέροχο σπιτικό πρωινό!

Το μαξιλάρι μου φάνηκε λίγο ψηλό όταν το είδα αλλά μετά κοιμήθηκα πολύ ωραία!

Το ότι η οικοδέσποινα με κέρασε Σφακιανη πίτα φτιαγμένη από τα χεράκια της!

It is very close to the beach and the staff is very nice. They have helped us with all of our requests.

Tvarkingas, gražus kambarys Nr.9 "Poseidon". Tyli, rami vieta. Vaizdas įsodą į kalnus. Yra kur parkuoti automobilį. Kondicionierius, youtube, geras Wifi ryšis, šaldytuvas, kavos aparatas. Netoli paplūdimio, gera kaina. Šalia keletas restoranų. Skanūs, sotūs asmeniškai pateikiami kretietiški pusryčiai.

Mums asmeniškai kiek per minkštos lovos. Bet tai mūsų problema, kad mėgstame labai kietas.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Besitzer sind super nett und kümmern aufmerksam sich um ihre Gäste. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Gute Anbindung mit dem Bus zum Zentrum von Heraklion bzw. zum Flughafen.

In unserem Zimmer gab es wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten.

L'emplacement est très bon avec des restaurants et un arrêt de bus à proximité. La plage est également très proche. L'accueil était très bon et la chambre très propre.

We had the best stay ever! The owners are the cutest and so sweet. It is very clean and they listen and respect your diet wishes with the breakfast. Beautiful beach just 5 minutes walk and a street with lots of restaurants and shops just 10 minutes. Will definitely recommend and we’ll be back.

The breakfast was exceptional, very authentic cretian breakfast with home made pastries and dairy items. Very substantial very filling and tasted amazing. Thank you for such a warm welcome and going above and beyond for any requests made. We will be coming back.

We loved how spacious the room was and the vow out the window was really special and well appreciated how clean the room was. We were allowed to arrive early before check in and sit and relax with some refreshments which was a lovely first impression and very appreciated! There was a good amount of kitchen utensils though we never needed to use them as we were fed so well at breakfast and went out for dinner! The location is great, close to the beach with a bus stop 5 minutes away. Lots of delicious affordable restaurants nearby. There was also a booklet with good information about day trips. Breakfast was lovely, plentiful with many homemade and traditional foods to try each day. We especially enjoyed the homemade Bougatsa, the best we had out of all the ones we tried in Crete! The hospitality was lovely and well worth it, really made our stay.

Everything was lovely! Our mattress was on the softer side but that’s just personal preference, we were more than comfortable.
