I decided to rent a car out to get about Beppu, but there are public transport links nearby and there is a free shuttle bus from the train station to the hotel as well. The place was just so calming, spotless and grand, I didn't want to leave. The room that I got exceeded my expectations and there was also free afternoon snacks for guests who needed to recharge. The hotspring baths were amazing as well and so clean, well everything was so clean to be honest.

生ビールサービスが非常に嬉しい反面8時までという点。もう少し長くしてもらえると嬉しい。夕飯時間が18-20時として被るために飲めない人が増えると思う。またマッサージサービスは女性だけというのは男性がかわいそう。男性はせめてロビーとかでも良いので個室でなくてもする場所があると嬉しいと思う

エキストラベッドにソファーを使っていて、使用した3名全員のコメントは、背中？あたりがもりあがり、そりかえるような姿勢で寝返り打てず、ほとんど眠れなかったとのこと。とはいえ、エキストラベッドなので仕方ないかな、ともおもいました。寝心地を一度スタッフの方が検証いただけたらいいかも、ともおもいました。

良くなかったと言う印象ではないですがしいて言えば‥ ドレッサーがなく大きな折りたたみ鏡があるのはいいけど、それを見ながらドライヤーや、コテをする場所が困りました。

Reviewed May 6, 2026Staff was nice and the view was really nice to see every morning. Location was good. I just rate it as fair for the price you pay. Room was ok and clean.
If you are tall, the bathroom is very small. It was a challenge to take a shower or even use the bathroom. The bathroom area is just 190cm tall. The restrautant is costly.

Reviewed May 3, 2026ホテルはとても綺麗で、GWで満室なのに受付やお風呂等も混み合ってなくて何よりもスタッフの方の対応が皆素晴らしかったです。 また、忘れ物をしてしまい着払いで送ってもらおうと思っていましたが、ホテル負担で送ってくれるとの事でとても感謝しています。 本当に最高のホテルでした！
全てが最高だったので、あえてあげるなら食事なしプランで予約していて後から食事を追加したかったけど、空きがなくてホテルのバイキングが食べられなかった事が残念でした。

部屋の段差 化粧をする時の洗面台の暗さ バイキングの時、スタッフが食べる端から食器をひいた 混んでないのに、急かされる感じがした 部屋のお風呂に入る時、下から見えない工夫がわからなかった

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Great free nibbles and drinks on arrival. Onsen was excellent and extra touches like free ice creams and ice blocks and drinks after bathing. The best hotel we stayed in in Japan - the other really good one was also a Grandvrio at Miyajima

Reviewed Apr 6, 20264人部屋があるのが家族旅行で使いやすく助かりました。施設内のシャンプードレッシングサービスや、入浴場での生ビールやアイスなどの無料サービスはとても嬉しかったです。オーシャンビューの足湯サービスも嬉しかったです。夫の誕生日祝いにサプライズをお願いしたら、メッセージプレートをご準備くださいました。部屋にもメッセージをご準備くださり、とても喜んでくれました。ありがとうございます。夕食がとても美味しくて楽しかったです。最初にご用意くださった懐石料理が豪華でした。飲み放題のアルコールメニューも豊富でたのしめました。
予約したあとに朝食無料サービスの案内に気付いたので利用できなかったのが残念でした。近々の予約だったので選択できなかったのかもしれませんが、フロアが２階だったためせっかくの海側絶景の部屋だったはずが、2階は屋根で景色がいまいちでした。予約時にフロアが選択できたら嬉しいです。

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026View was fantastic , we had the sunrise overlooking into our room. Rooms are spacious. Buffet breakfast and dinner was great , with variety. The 5-7pm Snack time was a treat. Onsen relaxing, with all the free drinks with it. Staff were helpful and polite.
That breakfast closed too early; there was no gym.

Reviewed Jan 29, 2026朝食の「りゅうきゅう」が良かった。 マグロ、ハマチ等比較的高級な魚が使われており贅沢な印象を受けた。 イワシやサバ等を使ったものがあったら良かったと思う。
提供される夕食が。アルコール飲料飲み放題プランしかない。 私は、あまりお酒を飲まないので、アルコールなしの夕食プランがあると良かったと思う。
