I liked the breakfast buffet most.

Size and firnishing of the bath room did not fit to the hotel category.

Aangezien het een vijfsterren hotel is verwachte ik er meer van. De locatie is wat verder van centrum maar dat is prima. Ze hebben shuttle bus die op verschillende tijden gaat. De onsen was prachtig. En de behulpzaamheid personeel ook helemaal top. Maar ik voelde op geen enkele manier dat ik in een vijfsterren hotel verbleef.

Elke avond kon je in de lounge gratis een drankje drinken incl alcohol. Maar als je daar komt, dan ziet het er heel raar uit dat men met kartonnen bekertjes met drank naar de kamer gaat…..Ik vond dat eerlijk gezegd nogal goedkoop er uit zien. Mogelijk is dit heel Japans.

料理の種類が多く、オールインクル ーシブであること。 また、夏季でプールが利用できること。

火災報知器が誤作動し、避難を余儀なくされたが、誤報であったのにかかわらず、上位の方から説明も謝罪も無かった。孫二人は、震えて泣いてしまい、帰宅しても昨夜は、状況を思い出して寝付けなかった。 また、チェックアウトの際にも、説明も無かった。 単なる避難訓練ではないので、きちんとした対応をお願いしたい。

スタッフの方々が丁寧で親切にしてくださいました。 最後までしっかり対応いただき、ありがとうございます。

めちゃくちゃ景色が良かった！ 外観が綺麗だった！ スタッフさんは笑顔で素敵でした

海外のお客さんが多かった為だとは思うのですがレストラン横のトイレがすごくゴミがすごくてビックリしました。あんなに汚かったらトイレ行けない… 駐車場からとっても遠くて荷物と子ども抱えてはハードでした

地毯非常非常髒，設備老舊

地毯非常非常的髒，室內及走廊的地毯污漬非常明顯，看了很不舒服

・海を見ながらゆっくりと朝食が摂れる。 ・チェックアウトの時間がゆったりしている。

・露天風呂からの景観が雑草。 ・予約後に問い合わせた際の電話対応が冷たく感じられた。

海の正面で海が見えるのは良かった。

施設が古い。部屋の設備も悪く、快適性に欠ける。 またブッフェのメニューもクオリティが低い。売りに出しているからもっといいものが食べられると思ったら、安いバイキングを食べに行ってるような印象。

バイキングの料理の種類が豊富で良かった

エレベーターが3台あるが6階で待つと必ずと言って良いくらい13階まで上がって６階に来るので宿泊客が多いと乗れない。 廊下のカーペットのシミが目だった

色々なイベントがあるのも良かったしスタッフの対応や話し方はすごく好印象でした。

帰りの朝のエレベーターが大変でした。

朝食がビュッフェだった事 部屋の広さ お風呂が広かった

食事会場が少し寒かった

入浴時にも不便はないし、脱衣場の温度も良かった。食事会場も良かったと思います。

食事会場にスタッフが少ないから訪ねることがままならないのが少し。改善するには、箸とかフォークとかの配置を何箇所かに置くとスムーズに回れるかと思う。他の食器は何箇所にも置いてあるから、他の方もウロウロされていて、やっぱり箸を探しておられた。

オールインクルーシブも食事も満足！大浴場も清潔でしたし、コインランドリーがあるのも助かりました！水着がなくプールに入れなかったので、次回は水着も持ってきて満喫したいと思います。

露天風呂に大きいムカデがいたので、子供たちがびっくりして外に出られなかったので、それくらいです。

We love the food there and the room was nice and spacious.

The hotel offered a snack bar but there were too many people and too crowded. The location was far away from the train station and they don't have much shuttle to take us back to the station, we had to take a tax and it costed about 5,000 yen, they should increase the number of shuttle services.

ラウンジがただで楽しめて良かった！

ラウンジ近くにあったキッズスペースに土足で入っている宿泊客が多く、それを注意する訳でもなく残念だった。 2泊だったがビュッフェの内容が変わらずだったので残念だった。

早餐選擇非常多！而且晚上21-23有Happy Hour，一整瓶清酒擺在那邊不怕喝，真的很棒。停車位多、海景房視野廣闊。

唯一要挑剔的就是可以感覺到飯店是比較老舊，且附近只有一間7-11，雖然也是有小餐廳，但在別府市區選擇還是比較多。

C'est un très grand hôtel qui a une certaine classe. La chambre est spacieuse. Les petits déjeuners sous forme de buffet très bons. Bel onsen, intérieur et extérieur. Parking gratuit.

Le principal reproche, c'est qu'il n'y a qu'une seule formule de dîner...un buffet à 9000yens! C'est beaucoup trop pour le soir ! Nous aurions aimé un plat unique, voire un room service. Mais pas moyen ! En plus, nous y étions en plein typhon...pas trop facile de sortir pour manger ailleurs ! Le personnel de l'accueil absolument hermétique! Autre souci, la taille de l'hôtel entraîne beaucoup de monde...beaucoup de bruit ! Et il y a une ligne de train que l'on entend bien des chambres situées à l'arrière...

別府に来て、お風呂のお湯は温泉っぽくなかった。 街から少し離れていて、夜に外でご飯を食べるのは不向き

部屋が広く ゆっくりできるクッションもあり プロジェクターでゲーム等もでき子供たちに好評でした プレイルームも楽しめました 朝食も種類が多く美味しかったです

フロントでのチェックイン時の説明が事務的で 聞き流してしまって よく理解できなかった

4Fの部屋で窓からの海岸の景色が空調に遮られて見えにくかった。

夕食なしの宿泊でしたが、朝食ビュッフェが種類も豊富で美味しかった。1泊目は食事終わりが遅くなり営業時間を過ぎてしまいましたが、食事はいかがでしたか？とにこやかに声をかけて頂き、別のスタッフさんは写真まで対応して頂きました。とても素晴らしいスタッフさん達だと思いました。

The kids loved the free afternoon snacks in the lobby. The free flow drinks were also a pleasant surprise. We also enjoyed the indoor and outdoor onsen. Ocean view was amazing. There are some nice restaurants around the hotel (few minutes away by car)

The hotel felt a little dated.

Man benötigt ein Auto und nicht immer kann man einen Parkplatz an Hotel finden.

The room is huge and onsen is great. There is complimentary drinks available at lobby and provided limited array of wine which is great.

the venue couldn't be located in Google (its anothe hotel name) so it was quite confusing in reaching the Hotel. Buffet dinner offers many varieties but food quality needs to be improved, just looking great isn't enough.

小さな孫を連れての宿泊でしたが ロビーのキティちゃんのソファ等 大喜びでとても快適に過ごせました

アメニティーが少なく 温泉の洗面のところに髪をとかす ブラシや整髪料とかあれば いいな　と感じました。

食に関して最高でした。 ラウンジも良かった! ビュッフェの質も量も期待以上でした。 友人にこのホテルを是非教えてあげたい。

ラウンジの解放時間があり、飲み物、おつまみ(お菓子)がフリーだったので大人も子供も楽しめました。 温泉もシャワーの出もよく、ドライヤーも強くてよかったです。

ロビーやラウンジは綺麗でしたが、お部屋やろうかなどは結構カーペットのしみや和室は障子の破れなどがあり、清潔感はマイナス。 あとエレベーターが３機しかないので時間がかかりすぎてストレスでした。お食事の時やチェックアウトのときなど混む時間帯は階段で行く方が早いかも。

Overall, we had a great stay. The buffet dinner and drinks were enjoyable, and the sea-view room was beautiful and spacious enough for all 6 of us. Would definitely come back 👍

There were no staff available to assist us with unloading our luggage, even though two staff members were present at the hotel entrance managing arriving traffic. Perhaps it is the hotel’s policy for guests to handle their own belongings—from unloading all the way to their rooms.

スタッフ対応、朝食、景色、ラウンジなどは満足。ピンポンやゲームコーナーなども楽しかった。お部屋のベッドをつけておいてほしいとリクエストしたら、満足なセッティングをしてもらえていた。

エレベーターの開閉が早く、急いでいるといいが、こどもが挟まれないか心配になった。

The building-wide air conditioning was not great. It was too warm in the room as it can’t be switched to cooling/heating on demand. It is set to whatever the building has set - which was heating - and it got too warm even on the coolest setting

着いてすぐのラウンジビール、海を見ながら最高でした。お客様が多い理由分かりました。チェックアウトも11:00とゆっくり出来ました。

海外のお客様が多いので、それを承知で行かれた方が良いかと思います。

大分空港から近かったこと。

宿泊者(部屋数)に対しエレベーターが3機は少なすぎ。上がるにも下がるにしても待ちが長い。

Free supper snacks and drinks but more seats could be added. I was pregnant and had to stand. On one of the night we found an extra chair and shifted it to our table. Staff stopped us and said it’s not allowed. My kid had to sit on me who is heavily pregnant in the end. Free parking!

Location is abit far off.
