Çalışanlar çok iyi, temiz, konum tam Shinjuku’nun merkezinde.

Bizim kaldığımız oda japon odasıydı. Yer yatağıydı, odada bavul açacak ve oturup kahveni rahat içeçek yer yoktu( küçük yer masası ve minderi var ama oturmak çok zor. Bir daha kalsam bu tür odayı tercih etmem. Kahvaltı iyiydi.

-the breakfast was very hearty but there were limited fruit options to go with the yogurt--in our opinion, breakfast was geared more to the asian travellers -the rooms very very clean but also very small, with no storage for clothes and minimal for toiletries; they were not able to provide even a luggage rack with meant that the only options for open luggage were the floor (of which there was very little), or the bed...not really convenient - the bathroom was very comfortable with an excellent shower and excellent water pressure--a real joy!! -staff was very friendly and tried to respond as best they could, to our questions for restaurant and tour information

Schönes modernes Hotel mitten in Kabukicho. Zimmer für Tokio-Verhältnisse sehr geräumig, sehr große Dusche. Frühstück in Ordnung, aber würde ich nicht erneut dazubuchen..

Die Lüftung, die dauerhaft in Betrieb war, war schon sehr laut. Schlafen ging in der 14.Etage nur mit Oropax.

I am writing this review mostly to praise the INSANELY GOOD blackout blinds that my room had! I am really sensitive to light when sleeping and I have never come across this level of pure darkness in a Japanese hotel. If you are like me, please consider this hotel because I had some of the best sleep ever. The bedrooms are average-sized for a central Tokyo hotel, but everything was spotless and the bathroom was very modern and comfortable.

It sits in the middle of the maze that is Kabukicho, so it can be a bit hard to find. Also probably not the best area for people with kids. Also, it has a continuous ventilation system that makes a bit of noise, but if you look carefully there is a hidden switch to turn it off (in my case it was on the ceiling in front of the toilet).

It was very central to Shinjuku. Easy to access the city. Rooms were clean. Staff were kind and helpful.

The main concern was the washing machines - they didn’t work well at all, had to go through multiple drying cycles and still not dry - not ideal when you’re on a time crunch. Small rooms, which I know is expected in Japan. Very limited breakfast, we went once and didn’t return. Not worth the wake up or money.

Está bien ubicado dentro del barrio rojo, a pocos minutos del metro y de la estación. Tiene lavadoras.

La struttura si trova in posizione centrale, nel quartiere di Shinjuku, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metro. La zona è piena di locali e ristoranti, comodissimi per cena. Le camere sono piuttosto piccole, come la maggioranza delle strutture in Giappone, ma molto pulite e ordinate. Servizio di pulizia previsto ogni 2 giorni, con possibilità di richiedere la pulizia quotidiana. Cambio asciugamani su richiesta giornaliero. Colazione asiatica, ricca di proposte salate, presenza minore dei dolci; in linea con il paese in cui ci troviamo. Sono comunque riuscita a comporre una colazione dolce ogni mattina, senza difficoltà.

Le dimensioni delle camere, rispetto la media occidentale è ridotta, in compenso sono molto pulite e ordinate.

Hotel valido per la vicinanza alla stazione di Shinjuku, collegatissima con tutta Tokyo: anche se non sono una fan di Kabukicho, resta una zona dove ci si sente sicuri ed è comodo che sia tutto aperto h24. La colazione è buona ed il bagno comodo e spazioso.

Per il prezzo, le stanze sono davvero piccolissime e l'unico posto dove mettere le valigie grandi è sotto il letto. Inoltre, è l'unico hotel, di 6 dove siamo stati, che abbiamo trovato un poco sporco (sia le tende che la carta da parati erano visibilmente molto polverose). Il personale ci è sembrato meno cortese dello standard giapponese e non ci aveva spiegato alcune cose, come ad esempio dove richiedere le amenities, che abbiamo letto solo accendendo il televisore.

L’emplacement et nous n’avons pas trop été embêté le soir. Les gens peuvent accoster mais ne vous suivent pas ! La chambre était top pour nous 3. Petit dej OK et le personnel surveille bien qu’il ne manque rien. Nettoyage chambre tous les 2 jour.. c’est OK et ils remplacent les serviettes chaque jour.

Habitación muy pequeña para 2 adultos y 1 niño, estábamos en una "corner room" la 401, apenasnos podíamos mover. El error nuestro fue escoger Kabukicho para alojarnos en Tokio. Este es el barrio de la "fiesta" en Tokyo, quizás el lugar más sucio de todo Japón. Locales de fiesta, bares, neones, borrachos, música las 24 horas del día con la suiciedad y el tipo de gente que esto comporta. Es como estar alojado en "Times Square NY" o en "Strip de Las Vegas. Si lo hubiéramos sabido hubiéramos escogido un barrio más tranquilo: Ginza, Yanaka, Ueno, Harajuku...

Śniadania były OK ale mogłyby być lepsze. Sok pomarańczowy i dżem jagodowy były sztuczne w smaku. Do płatków na mleku było dostępne mleko niepotrzebnie chłodzone kostkami lodu.

The hotel's location is excellent. It is very close to Shinjuku Station and situated in a spot that offers easy access to many places in Tokyo. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. You can walk from the hotel to the Airport Limousine Bus stop at Kabukicho Tower—which takes you to the airport—in just three minutes. The hotel also has a laundry service and a smoking room.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Die Lage. In Shinjuku sollte man sein Hotel nur dann nehmen, wenn man auf Party aus ist. Es ist dort chaotisch und dreckig. Erinnert an die Reeperbahn.

The breakfast is a little bit modest.

Idéalement situé pour une nuit de transit à l'aéroport car desservi par une navette. La literie est de bonne qualité, les chambres sont silencieuses.

Le check in et check out sur une borne est très impersonnel, le personnel semble globalement plutôt blasé (ce qui est assez rare au Japon pour le signifier) et les restaurants sont assez chers...

Japonya genelinde toplamda 10 gün süresince 2 farklı otelde maksimum olanaklar sunularak keyfli konaklamalar geçirdikten sonra yine benzer keyifli bir süreç geçireceğimizi düşünerek japon estetiğini yansıtan bir oda standartı olan japon odasını konaklamak için tercih ettik ama odanın sunduğu tek şey yatmak . Bunun haricinde garip bir banyo dizaynı ile lavoba dışarıdaydı. Odada valiz açmak için yer çok sınırlıydı, küçük boy valiz açmak bile neredeyse imkansızdı. Evet japonyadaki otellerin bir çoğu bu şekilde fakat maalesef bu tam bir hayal kırıklığıydı. Ayrıca tatamide ve duvarda lekeler mevcuttu, temizlik noktasında ilk bakışta kirli izlenimi veriyordu. Ayrıca diğer otellerde para istenmeyerek ücretsiz olarak ikram edilen her şey neredeyse burada ücretli sunuluyordu, pijama, pamuk gibi noktalar için rica etmek gerekiyordu. Bir daha seyahatimde asla konaklayacağımı sanmıyorum. Tercih ederken lütfen iki kere düşünün. Teşekkürler

Excellent location—rooms weren't too small. Everything was excellent.

La posizione dell’hotel è sicuramente strategica e ben collegata, quindi molto comoda per spostarsi. Tuttavia, sconsiglierei il quartiere a chi cerca tranquillità, perché la zona è piuttosto movimentata e rumorosa. Il vero problema, però, è stata la camera. Avevamo una camera in stile giapponese, con il materasso direttamente a terra, che personalmente ho trovato piuttosto scomodo. La stanza era davvero piccolissima: capisco perfettamente gli standard giapponesi e so che gli spazi sono spesso ridotti, ma in questo caso siamo davvero al limite del vivibile. Quando aprivamo le valigie non rimaneva praticamente alcuno spazio per muoversi. Proprio per questo non abbiamo nemmeno potuto usufruire del servizio di pulizia della camera, perché per poterla pulire avremmo dovuto prima uscire tutte le nostre valigie. La parte calpestabile era ridotta a un minuscolo spazio, tanto che non riuscivamo a stare in piedi contemporaneamente davanti al lavandino: se uno di noi doveva lavarsi i denti o prepararsi, l’altro doveva necessariamente spostarsi in bagno. Una situazione francamente assurda per una camera d’albergo. Inoltre, la zona della stanza non calpestabile con le scarpe presentava alcune macchie, cosa che non ho trovato particolarmente piacevole. Anche la colazione, purtroppo, è stata un punto negativo. Ogni giorno venivano proposte praticamente le stesse cose e basterebbero piccoli accorgimenti per migliorarla, come ad esempio mettere a disposizione delle semplici marmellate monodose. La colazione era disponibile fino alle 10:00, ma già arrivando alle 9:15 alcune cose iniziavano a scarseggiare. Dalle 9:30, inoltre, un cameriere mostrava all’ingresso un messaggio sul traduttore per informare che non sarebbe stato aggiunto altro cibo: quindi, arrivando dopo quell’orario, bisognava semplicemente accontentarsi di ciò che era rimasto.

We hadden een drie persoonskamer. Dat betreft een reguliere kamer met een extra bed. Daar was de kamer eigenlijk te klein voor.

La posizione era davvero ottima perché molto vicino a Shinjuku (7/10 min a piedi) e quindi a moltissime linee della metropolitana. La stanza era pulita e accogliente. Il personale gentile e disponibile.

La stanza era davvero molto piccola. La pulizia viene effettuata ogni due giorni e francamente la cosa un po' mi ha infastidito.

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Das Ausgehviertel ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Fußläufig zum Bahnhof Shinjuku. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit in allen Belangen. Der Platz in unserem 3er-Zimmer war für japanische Verhältnisse ausreichend und hatte Ausblick von der 11.Etage. Das Frühstück war lecker und vielseitig. Wir würden wieder kommen!

La ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar de Shinjuku en su estado natural. A 10 minutos andando de la estación de tren. Instalaciones muy limpias. Desayuno espectacular.

El check-in. Llegamos muy temprano del viaje y no nos pudieron adelantar ni un minuto la entrada. Hasta las 15 h no pisamos la habitación.

The staff were all friendly and professional. Most spoke good English. This location is great as it's right in the middle of Shinhuku making it easy to walk to most places u want to see. Breakfast was always good and they would recook my bacon as it wasn't cooked long enough. I noticed other patrons requested the same. Free water bottles are a bonus. Rooms were cleaned every 2nd day which is ok. View from my room was excellent.

The room was a little small but its ok as I was alone. This is Japan si u have to expect that.

Yövyimme 5 yötä tässä hotellissa. Se oli siisti ja hyvin varusteltu. Lähellä kaikkia palveluita ja ostosmahdollisuuksia. 7-10min matka metrolle. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Huone oli normaalia isompi. Hyvä sijainti Kabukichon ja Shinjukun tutkailuun. Pyykinpesumahdollisuus, juoma-automaatti saatavilla ja loungetila, josta saa juomia jos odottaa lähtöä kentälle. Aamupala oli ihan hyvä.

Alueella on paljon yöelämää ja hälinää, joten jos et välitä sellaisesta niin kannattaa valita joku muu alue. Kabukicho on red light district, mutta emme kokeneet oloamme turvattomaksi.

The entry to property is in a smaller, back alley area. Didn’t run into issues, but just didn’t care for it. Wasn’t very welcoming.

It was clean, comfortable and well located. We used the luggage storage on both ends of our stay which was very convenient and accommodating. The room was nice and felt spacious for Tokyo.

i just had a small issue with the breakfast, the quality of it was great but the options were really limited but honestly i wouldn’t recommend booking the stay with breakfast because there a lot of great breakfast places in tokyo that need to be tried. book hotel breakfast only when needed.

We were there for 5 days. The amount of food offered at breakfast does not match the number of guests. There were shortages all the time, they were not replenished. Many of the guests stood waiting for the staff to replenish food. Most of the time the food ran out and the staff had no response to replenish it. Not suitable for a hotel that claims to be at its level.

Kablo dönüştürücü, şemsiye, valiz aktarma sistemi her konuda harikaydılar. Otelden su şişesi alıp gün içerisinde kullanabildik. Kahvaltı alanı temiz ve kahvaltı yeterli. Çamaşır yıkama ve kurutma için alanı var. Odamız yeterince temizdi ve istediğimizde havlularımız değiştirildi. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz

Breakfast was quite lacking. I saw options for gluten free and diet drinks but they don’t apply to me so wasn’t useful for me. The options were also quite limited. Bought vouchers for 4 people for all 3 mornings and only ended up using 4 out of the 12.

Hotel très bien localisé et très bien tenu. Le quartier est animé mais pas dangereux. Vous serez proche pour prendre beaucoup de trains qui vous permettent de sortir de Tokyo. La chambre n'est pas très grande mais relativement fonctionnelle. Il y a de la place sous le lit pour stocker les valises. Nous avons fait livrer nos valises directement a l'hotel depuis Hiroshima. Le petit déjeuner était copieux (buffet)
