Location, Staff behavior are good.

Complementary breakfast is not satisfactory

Nothing

We did not stay at the hotel, as we booked and paid half of the accommodation in advance and then canceled in advance. The hotel applied the cancellation fee, which was stated in the terms. However, since we had already paid half of the amount, the hotel attempted to charge this amount again. We made multiple attempts to contact the hotel, but never received any response. Additionally, we requested an invoice, but the hotel has not provided it to date. Overall, we were disappointed with the lack of communication and customer support.

Very nice breakfast

Excellent stay. I recommend it to all.

It's location and ambience is good.

Can improve room service

The location is good and clean

Access to the hotel from parking

Room was very spacious and nice... Very comfortable for 3 of us.. Value for money. Restaurant offered good food

Location was a bit far from city, otherwise perfect

Breakfast was good. Options was limited but food was good and tasty. Location of the hotel was not so great. Staffs were polite and at the sane time friendly.

Location of the hotel was not easy to find. That we find was an issue. Also the car facilities was expensive.

The Location was nice and the staff were nice !

Value for Money .

Nothing great photos looks great that's it

Food quality, verity, test.

Food test ,,

Ideal location best hotel in the area

Breakfast was having limited option. But it was on time Location of the hotel is good. Lot of options to eat outside as well. Well connected to city

Nothing

Room was good and bathroom was clean

Location, Cleanliness

The staffs are a bit mismanaged regarding payment system. Some staff takes the payment and the other isn’t updated, asking for payment again.. Also, right after we extended our stay, staffs keep coming for payment reminder multiple times, sometimes even not allowing 15 peaceful minutes before one can get down to the reception from the room

Rooms were really spacious and clean, good value for money.

Everything was fine

Rooms are very damp, not maintained properly. TV doesn't work, AC remote doesn't work, support staff comes but provide temp solution. TV never worked. Support staff behaviour is good but reception will charge for every minute even you late check out for few minutes due to your travel time. Reception behaviour was rude, restaurant food is very average. Hotel bed and rowels are not clean as expected. I didn't like after first visit. Their check and checkout time is not convenient, they charge for every minute if you do early check or little late check out.

Ac not working.. no hot water....blankets & towels are old..untidy wash room..bad room alloted for online booking customer.. Staff - not courteous Demanded for aadhar photo with both sides of my wife..half an hour late for allotment of room, in getting aadhar card with both sides

Good

Rooms were small but clean furniture was old and bed a bit uncomfortable

Liked nothing

Location. Amenities & Restourant

Unclean Room. Bed linens. Towels. Unprofessional Management.

good food. location hidden with no display board. Dirty towels

breakfast was good , location wise hotel is a bit far off from city center but near to zoo area for families .

parking space not available at all in the hotel premises & need to park car in another hotel of treebo grand on main road , hotel room clean but dining area lacks cleanliness , small cockroaches roaming on dining & serving counter on telephone intercom etc .

Room was clean and tidy

Location is inside the street and surrounded by houses, there are no direction signs to guide a non-local person

Overall, the hotel was good, offering all facilities with ease and convenience.

Spacious room with two beds and balcony. Good breakfast and courteous staff

Inside main road, lack of parking space

Room was good. Near airport. Room was clean. Friendly staff. Location was accessible to sightseeing. All good except for complimentary breakfast. That could be made better.

The staff was very hospitable and helpful.

Rooms are too small not as it is shown in the photos. Did not provide drinking water from second day stay.

Location

The Pillows and the blankets had moulds and fungus. After paying 2500 for an hotel this is really unacceptable. Further the breakfast was constant everyday, oil laden Puri, chola and upma. How do they make sure that it is fresh and prepared everyday?

The location is a prime location with all major food outlets and brands in the neighborhood. The room was clean, however, we found a couple of bugs in the room. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. They helped us in figuring out where to go and what to buy. The food from the restaurant is really good and a good value for money.

Food

Room size

Food was okay. The location is good.

Front office denied extension of my stay, Of course due to being sold out. But could be more polite explaining the situation with apologies is missing. So I have to make other arrangements, which is not easy

The best thing about this hotel is the staff and their service! Very courteous, very welcoming and understanding. The location of the hotel is prime ! Right in the middle of kiit road. The food is also also decent. The room service is prompt and affordable.

The only complaint I have with them is the lack of mini fridge in the rooms. No other complaint in particular.
