No private parking facility available, only free street parking on a busy road.

Nice rooms with comfortable beds.

No fixed and safe car parking for guest car. Everytime we went out and came back to see that there is no space left for our car parking and had to park the car on the other side of the road which was quite unsafe and without any watch.

Breakfast was quite healthy and good . Staffs in the Cafe and reception were good . Cafe was quite lively and loved it very much . Food served in the Cafe was very delicious and good. Bed and pillow was very nice.

In the room the kettle given is plastic . It should be immediately removed replacing full steel kettles . Boiling water kin Plastic is carcinogenic. The room has fixed windows . Windows should have option to open . Sometimes it felt clausterphobic. Most of the decorations , room door lock , shelves were broken. A small refrigerator and a locker was a need for the rooms .

Was decent and no complaints as such but the location was quite far off. We had a car to ourselves so was okay. It was clean and nice overall.

Good hotel at the end of the town. Great Restaurant with Exotic food choices. It has a reliance store close by for anything that one may need. Good hotel, humble staff, very clean and lovely food

Add TV channels as when a guest arrives they ask the guest what TV channels they would like and then subscribe for it. Nothing else to add

There is no dedicated parking for this facility. It is above a cafe and a bank building. Need to park in the road. Also in one of the rooms, AC did not work properly and it was too hot.

Brust location.non corporative staff..no hot water not bell or phone at room for call of room service. Ist time I feel cheated....

Ambience of room and restaurant

I was being asked for the frequent payment of restaurant bill. No one bothered to provide water in room after one supply. Booking.com was behind me to do the payment. Got n number of mails for the payments. Instead they should focus on facility and feedback. Hooligans were shouting till 2 am. Cigarette smell was all over in the room. Pretty bad experience. Though i stayed in treebo in other cities also.

Big Cup restaurant was excellent, good food and nice ambience. Location is a bit on the outskirts of town. Staff was excellent, very very cooperative and coordial. Rooms were well maintained.

Location can be a bit of a dampener. Good part is Ola / Uber can be booked, so can autorickshaws if you are travelling shorter distances.

Every thing. Breakfast timing was informed that 7:30am; after visiting they said, they will be available by 8am only. Further, As per BOOKING.COM - I can pay at property, but Treebo insisting to pay advance to confirm the property. Actually, I was supposed to stay in other treebo property i.e. Treebo Trend Greenland Resort - Patia - They asked for advance - when I say that as per booking.com - I am supposed to pay at property. They cancelled my booking without informing me. As I have to stay at Bhubaneswar - I had booked another hotel. Unfortutely - That property also belongs to Treebo. Again they sent a link for advance payment. I had paid the same as I can't take chance once again with treebo. Pathetic experience. I will not book treebo next time through Booking.com

Nice, clean and comfy rooms. Easy check in and check out. Amazing service, super friendly and helpful staff, especially in the cafe (plus great choice of food). Totally recommend!

Location a bit far from the centre but Uber can take you anywhere in the town for 200 rupias. Area is quite so up to the preferences.

We stayed in four rooms with a big family group including a child and senior citizens. > Breakfast was good and with sufficient options > Very clean rooms > Excellent behavior from the hotel staffs > Well-decorated rooms > The new building and the rooms seem in superb condition > Restaurant food is very tasty > The hotel helped to keep the luggage after check-in for several hours > Helped to get in touch with a travel agent for a car (I won't blame the hotel as they did not force me to take a car with the suggested option, but the driver sent by Mr. Debasis, the travel agent was not great ---the driver mislead us and tried to take extra money).

The hotel did not recharge the Tata Play so there were no channels (the message was showing up on TV). I informed the receptionist about this a couple of times, but I did not see any result of the reporting. It's a very disappointing > Room size is small > Tea and coffee during breakfast was not good > The hotel reception is on the 2nd floor. The hotel sent staff to take the luggage from the ground floor to the reception during check-in but did not show any interest in sending any staff during check-out.

It was a horrible experience,the staff were very unprofessional, very adamant, really i will not suggest any other person to stay here

The stay was really really smooth and seamless right from the check-in process to checkout.

Everything was just perfect. The restaurant at the property is just top notch. Indian, Italian and continental cuisines with great taste and affordable prices. Pleasant ambience with just awesome staffs.

TV wasnt working due to set up box issue and there were alot of mosquitoes, somehow finding ways to enter the room.

The hotel is nice and I had already stayed there some days before. The breakfast and food are also good. The staff is professional.

I had to change to another bedroom because the air-conditioning was not working. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and I had to ask for it. In my previous stay in this hotel I didn´t have any problems.

Room was good and ambience was nice. Location was also hip and top of the town.

TV and internet were not for a lot of time. Staff needed to be reminded a few times, a little laid back. Otherwise it was a nice stay. Big cup cafe food was good but on the spicier side, not on my personal liking but that is a very personal choice. Some even might like it. Expecting a few more amenities like a freezer or a shoe rack or an iron board, shower gel/soap, which are pretty basic. With those the property can be recommended for corporate visit. I would say overall 8 on scale of 10.. A few things and it would have been a perfect 10.

Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was ok, but could have been better with the choices.

Location was bit out-skirts from the city and there are no easily accessible restaurant, except for the one at the hotel which was ok, but too loud and noisy music in the evening. Room service was extremely slow, and we had to cancel our order.

The food and the ambience of the cafe is superb. The staff very courteous and positive.
