El lugar hermoso. El dpto muy cómodo. Buena vista al jardín y piscina. Dos cuadras de la playa

Der Gesamteindruck war gut. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral und nah am Strand zum großen Supermarkt sind es gut 2 km. Der Kontakt zum Verwalter war sehr gut und hat sofort immer geholfen. Die gesamte Anlage war schön mit Garten und Pool und Eidechsen. Eine fehlende Kaffeemaschine sowie ein Föhn wurden sofort gebracht.

Die Ausstattung: Der Grill war verrostet / verkrustet, und man konnte den nur mit Streichhölzer anzünden - was mühselig war. Beim Gasherd müssen die Düsen gereinigt werden. Es dauerte es lange, bis Wasser zum Kochen gebracht wurde. Auf dem Balkon im Obergeschoss gab es weder Stühle noch Tische.

Dobra lokalizacja, najładniejsza plaża na Arubie w zasięgu kilkuminutowego spaceru. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, ogromny plus za cool bag, który można było zabrać ze sobą na plażę. Gospodarz pozwolił nam przechować bagaż po wymeldowaniu. Dobrze działającą klimatyzacja.

Bardzo małe łazienki, zniszczone patelnie wymagające wymiany, niektóre elementy wyposażenia nadgryzione zębem czasu.

Quiet, comfortable, location

No plug in bathroom

Great location, 5 minutes front the beach! Everything is clean, host provided beach chairs, beach towels; gave recommendations for places to visit; nice pool, grill.

Wifi was not working. Some things need to be fixed/updated in the house.

Fast and stable Wi-Fi. Beautiful grounds and surroundings. The host was able to accommodate an earlier check in. The area is quiet. The apartment is nicely laid out. The A/C in the apartment was functioning. I particularly liked that the water gets nice and hot for evening showers. Ample cups, utencils and plates. Towels, a cooler and beach chairs were provided. There's also a gym which has very basic but working equipment along with A/C which is a bonus. Close to beach, walkway, coffee shops, movie theater, restaurants. The host is very responsive to inquiries and issues.

The condo I was in clearly needed work. Door knob to bathroom was broken. Bathroom shower door does not shut tightly.  The drain in the shower takes time to empty out. The handheld shower head itself is poorly designed. Cracks in paint in bathroom. and closet ceiling leading to the bathroom needed patch and paint.

La ubicacion cercana a Eagle Beach, 6 minutos caminando. La zona es muy tranquila, al igual que el condominio. Hay un pequeño mercado cerca, o un Superfood a pocos minutos en auto.. Tiene todo para disfrutar la estadía

Nada para decir en general,pero si tengo que acotar algo, es que en la barra para comer algo, solo hay 3 banquetas, siendo un lugar para 4 personas

Clean and spacious

Rhe sinks were not properly draining. It was hard to adjust the water temperature in the shower.

Manuel Property is GREAT, comfortable and location is good (5 minutes walking to the beach) and barbecue outside is great

All was great except I was disappointed that a safe was not available to secure my valuables.

The address and gate/door security were provided ahead of time, with exact location and instructions.

The patio sliding door was difficult to operate (push and pull) and not lockable.

Location: 5 min walk from Eagle beach, 5-10 min walk to the restaurants. Bus stops are nearby. No grocery stores within a walking distance, need to take bus/taxi or drive. Apartment: very nice, clean. Issues: one of the toilets didn't flush properly. Also the water in the showers won't drain all the way.

Loved the location. It is just a few blocks walk to Eagle Beach. It had room for our the whole family of four. Also liked that it has a grill and laundry facility. Beds were comfortable and plenty of closet space. Three bathrooms made it easy to come in from the beach and get ready to go out for the night!

Washer and dryer were noisy when running so you had to close the door. Cushions on the couch did need to be cleaned. Everything else was great.

Really spacious and comfortable, had everything we needed. Lovely grounds with the gardens and pool, short walk to the beach and some lovely restaurants.

Really great property. There are two bed rooms and lots of space. Perfect for family or 2 couples. We had a great stay and would come back. The location is great for the beach and the property provides beach chairs and coolers. There are huts at the beach that are free - we were able to get one by getting to the beach by about 9 am.

This is a very nice two bed room apartment, it is spacious, clean with friendly owner Manuel, the communication is excellent with local recommendations. Parking is free secured. It is walking distance to the beach. Strongly recommended.

It will be perfect if shampoo and body wash could be provided

This Property is beautiful and the location is excellent 4 min walk to the most gorgeous beach in the world Eagle Beach. I loved staying in the condo it had everything we needed. Each bedroom has beautiful custom closets with plenty of storage and hangers, flat screen tv, very comfortable beds the washer and dryer in unit was a big plus for me. There is a small convenience store across the street from the complex that carrier everything from sunscreen, coffee, eggs, bread and alcohol. I made coffee and breakfast every morning and then grabbed the beach chairs and walked to the beach. We ended up eating at Costa Linda everyday for lunch they had a very comfortable outdoor bar area with a reasonably priced lunch menu. We would return from Beach in the late afternoon and take a dip in the pool it was very refreshing. At night we would call a taxi they literally come in 3 mins and to go to Palm Beach where all the action and plenty of restaurants are the cost is $9.00. Love the Sopranos piano bar and Tango Argentine Grill. However, our favorite restaurant was Zucchini Restaurant which is next door to the condo the food was beyond delish. Ten out of Ten

I liked everything but a couple of tips for staying in a condo a brought extra trash bags, zip lock bags, laundry detergent pods and insulated cups

We loved this property. It was great to have 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It was walkable to eagle beach and nearby restaurants. There are also a lot of bird scooters and electric bikes nearby. We took the scooters and bikes to the high rise area often. Taxis are also a good and cheap option if you want to venture out.

Good location in 500 m from nice Eagle beach. Very friendly and responsible owners. Quite place with nice garden.

Nice property at walking distance to Eagle Beach, shopping, and night life. Super nice staff. Very clean and spacious apartment.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, the house was much bigger than expected, but the thing that make this such a good place to stay is the tropical green and quiet gardens. We found Eagle beach the best one in Aruba, which was 5 min walking distance. We needed a car for groceries. We had stay in this condominium before, but this particular unit has the best views and kitchen by far. We found everything we needed at the house, except for shampoo and personal soap, but we really don’t like to use those chip samples from hotels anyway. It was perfect for our family and we will certainly stay here again in our next year holidays.

Location great for beaches and convenient for family traveling. The hosts were very nice and provided toys for kids.

Not really safe stair design for toddlers. We were out of hot water for 3 days because the heater broke. We also had to ask for a different baby high chair because the first one was moldy.
