Reviewed Jul 15, 2025O apartamento é amplo, a piscina do condomínio é boa e as fotos correspondem à realidade. Tivemos apenas um problema com o aquecimento de água no primeiro dia, mas foi reparado rapidamente. A praia fica a cerca de 10 minutos a pé, bem fácil o acesso.
Não se trata de um imóvel novo, alguns móveis e equipamentos já estão desgastados pelo tempo e necessitando manutenção ou troca. Necessitará de carro para ir qualquer lugar que não seja a praia, pois o supermercado e o Centro ficam um pouco distantes.
