Super location. Very nice room and balcony overlooking the beach ⛱️ and the great pool. Staff very friendly 😁 Would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast 🥞 could have been a little better.

It was right on the beach we walked out of a back gate and were able to walk right onto the beach. We had access to shopping and dining right out the front doors. We actually got to eat at a small restaurant called La Esencia and it was some of the best carnita and birria tacos we have ever had, we went back a 2nd time. The location was easy to find for our UBER drivers to find. It had a beautiful entry way chandelier.

So much. The building was old and run down. It was dirty like the walls and baseboards, the doors and handles the elevator could only hold 5 people at a time, and only one of the 2 actually works. The bed was fairly hard. The room was pretty clean, but the humidity fogged the windows up really well. There were only 2 outlets in the entire room. We had to request maintenance in order to fix the t.v.in the room. The paint was chipping and pealing all over the building, in the hallways in the dining areas, down the pillars. Ther was thick dust on some things. The carpet was old, dingy dirty, and smelled bad. The whole building actually did not smell very good. The breakfast they offer had coffee, half and half creamer, sugar, ice with no water but from a fountain in the front of the building, oatmeal, grits, bread, butter , jelly, and apples and cereal. The staff were not friendly and actually did not speak to us at all, the hostess and the maintenance did, but they were the only ones. The breakfast staff completely ignored us entirely. The towel/pool gentleman was also personable. This was an expensive hotel, and it was not what was expected or presented. I would not book here again.

This is the second time that me and my family stayed in tis hotel. We love the location, the pool, the breakfast and everything. It is not a fancy hotel, but it is perfect for its price. We loved it.

Já me hospedei anteriormente, em 2019 era outro hotel , hoje em 2026 não indicaria ! Cheiro péssimo , quarto com cheiro horrível. Precisa de uma grande reforma. Não tem estacionamento. Únicas coisas boa são as pessoas que trabalham lá pois são atenciosas, e a área externa também é boa.

I especially liked the **main lobby**. It was beautiful, welcoming, and had a great atmosphere. It was one of my favorite areas of the hotel.

The **elevators need improvement**. They feel outdated, sometimes do not work properly, and there was a **very unpleasant smell** inside. Please consider upgrading the elevators and improving their cleanliness and ventilation.

Accès direct à la grande plage, malheureusement envahie par les sargasses, grande et belle piscine. L'accès à South Beach et à Miami est simple via les transports en commun

Hôtel vieillissant qui demanderait à être restauré. L'hôtel aurait mérité une meilleure note, mais plusieurs inconvénients contribuent à la baisser : Tout d'abord l'accueil au comptoir d'enregistrement : la personne qui nous a accueillis était dans un état second, totalement incompréhensible, incapable de nous donner le moindre renseignement, seule pour accueillir de nombreuses personnes. Heureusement le personnel, les autres jours, était « normal » L'hôtel ne possède pas de parking et , il faut le savoir, il n'y a aucun parking gratuit à Miami Beach. Nous avons du nous garer dans un parking public, avec un système de paiement(1 $ de l'heure sauf de 23h00 à 8h00) assez complexe (chargement d'une application, paiement possible seulement pour 3 heures consécutives...) Nous avons été piqués par des bugs (puces, punaises..?) dans notre chambre, laissant des boutons qui ont mis plus de 15 jours à disparaître. Fort désagréable.

Le lit était confortable et la situation de l’hôtel est superbe tout comme la piscine et la plage !

Les photos des chambres ne sont pas conformes et gérées par IA, en réalité elles sont beaucoup moins neuves et avec une forte odeur d’humidité.. Le petit déjeuné n’est vraiment pas terrible et si l’ont souhaite des œufs ou autre il faut payer un supplément, sinon il y a vraiment le strict minimum !! De plus il est indiqué qu’il y a un parking sur booking alors que ce n’est pas le cas, c’est le parking d’un autre hôtel et qui, en plus, est payant ! Annonce pas totalement honnête

Breakfast was ok if you wanted toast and liked wheat bread, breakfast was very ,very very limited and to purchase a egg was plain robbery 10.00 for 2 eggs.

I didn't like that my personal important papers had no place to be kept safe. I went to use the safe in the room and it was in error. I call front desk and inquired about it. After 2 calls a guy came to my room to clear the safe for use. This is were the trouble began I ended stuck in my room because he was unable to repair the safe and left after I had to set in the room for him to fix or relpace the safe, which never happen.. Well at 8:40 pm there was another guy came to my room to try to fix and again the safe could t be fix so the removed the broke safe and replace with another safe and just sat it in the closet and left. I called the help desk and express that the problem was NOT resolved and my belongings was not safe; because the safe they put in the closet was not belted to the wall therefore making it easy for anyone to carry off the safe with my important papers and wallet could be taken. He stated oh well they put another one in there and why wasnt it safe. I expressed to him that I lost a hold day of vacation having to set in a room while they unsuccessfully corrected the problem and still I was not able to be provided safety for my belongings. The attendant comes after 9 again to play with the safe. I refused them to come in at that time of night to work on the safe because I spent over 2 1/2 hours of my vacation in my room while they played with the broken safe. I was never offered another room or any kind of support. The nerve to have a guy come at that time of night was very unprofessional and disrespectful as well. I had 3 other family member staying in thr building as well, so I used their safe foe my safety of my belongings.

Je suis déçu de mon séjour au sein de l’établissement. J’étais septique aux vues des notes mais j’ai voulu quand même faire mon avis et juger par moi même. Quelle déception L’établissement est vieux, et mérite sérieusement un coup de rénovation Cafard dans l’ascenseur et dans la chambre Lors du séjour , 1 seul ascenseur fonctionnait sur les deux assez maigre pour la quantité de personne présent dans l’établissement La piscine avec une eau douteuse car les clients mangent et boivent au bord de la piscine , eau pas très limpide Le petit déjeuner est d’une médiocrité sans nom , quelques fruits qui se battent en duel Obliger de demander au personnel de réapprovisionner en chocolat chaud ainsi qu’en cuillères Mes enfants ont à peine manger au petit déjeuner car aucune diversité salle de bain vétuste Ménage non fait dans la journée dans la chambre et personnel qui se présente à 17h45 pour dire faire le ménage Vraiment j’ai gaspillé mon argent pour rien. Je suis très déçu de mon expérience et je n’y reviendrais pas

The breakfast, they didn’t serve eggs, bacon or sausage, there was no breakfast bread such as muffins or bagels. There was 2 kind of bread just a white and wheat bread and they were stale. We just need some place to stay for few hours before our flight, the elevator didn’t work properly, when we got to our room, the occupants next door was talking to someone very loudly even with our door shut, we can still hear it, I bet this all heard accross the hallway, causing inconvenience because we just need to rest. We were just planning to stay for few hours, as we left, we were in a hurry because our flight got canceled, we had to transfer our flight from Fort Lauderdale Airport to Palm Beach, my daughter saw my white sandals on the floor, she thought I was going to wore my white MK sandals I just bought for our cruise, I’m already on my sneakers so I accidentally left it on the floor in such rush and leave it behind, I called the front desk right past midnight the same day we left, called the hotel explained what happene to the front desk attendant Antonio he said I’ll get a call that day as soon as the housekeepers clean the room, I offered I’m willing to pay for shipping just send it out back to me, but end up not receiving any phone call, I called again the next day talk to the front desk personnel said the same thing, again didn’t get a phone call. This happened Friday, it’s already Wednesday I don’t think l’ll get my sandals back. Sadly some people will risk the consequences of losing a job or getting a bad reviews just for a pair of sandals instead of working honestly. It will really make a difference having a good work ethics. In all honesty, it’s easy to find out and who to ask who cleaned our room and asked them directly just finding out what happened to my sandals but I guess some people doesn’t care enough about their job or some got no sense of responsibility and accountability when it comes to incidents like this.

The room was neat, comfortable, and well-kept. Also, the hotel pool was very nice.

1. Unacceptable breakfast: Poor management, as no staff members were monitoring the buffet to refill food when items ran out. 2. Major security concern & terrible customer service: In the morning, we realized that our room door had remained open all night while we were sleeping, because the automatic closing mechanism was defective. Furthermore, the toilet flush was not working. When we reported this to the front desk and subsequently to the manager, instead of taking responsibility for a serious safety hazard, they blamed us and refused any compensation—despite us having video proof of both issues.

La limpieza las muchachas no limpian BN pedí que fueran a limpiar y solo me tendieron la cama que no era necesario quería que limpiaron el baño que había mucha arena de la playa y cuando volvimos de pasear limpiaron por arriba nada más

Realmente quedé sorprendida. No tenia muchas expectativas despues de leer lo comentarios. Sin embargo, llegamos y nos recibieron muy bien, la habitación estaba muy limpia, las camas comodas, buen aire acondicionado, buena ducha. Es un lugar comodo para quienes quieren ir de vacaciones a Miami. Cuenta con buena ubicación, cercano a estacion de transportes y sus instalaciones son comodas. Es claro que el desayuno es sencillo sin embargo si quieres comer algo adicional puedes pagar un extra y listo. Considere que la relación costo calidad está perfecta.

Mayor variedad en el desayuno seria ideal.

Habitaciones amplias. Camas cómodas. No es un edificio moderno pero se ven las mejoras que se le han realizado. Tiene una gran piscina con servicio de bar y snacks. Ubicación inmejorable para nosotros: a pasos de la playa, un Publix, comercios y lugares para comer además de que te ofrece un desayuno con la reserva. Personal muy amable y competente en el hotel y en el servicio de playa (Benedit super atento). Volveremos al Sherry Frontenac. Nos gustó mucho.

I didn’t have the breakfast at hotel. There’s a couple of empanada bakeries close to the hotel and we had to try them. The hotel is a little dated but super clean and ac works. They have chairs and umbrellas at the beach. At the end of pool there’s a gate that walks you out to the beach. It’s so close. The bar opens 10-2am. They can service you at the beach too. Just let them know what you want before you head out. There’s a shower as soon as you enter the property to rinse off sand.

They run out of towels for the pool and beach. We went during beginning of August so it was really busy.

When I got there they did not have my room. I paid for an ocean front and gave me a room that was not ocean front. So I asked of the would reimburse me the difference in price and they said that they could not do it.

I also didn't like that they don't have private parking like they did in the past.

Absolument rien, en une semaine nous avons changé 3 fois de chambre. La dernière raison était car j’ai trouver un cafard sous le frigo et un second mort près de la penderie. Ce qui est inacceptable.

Tout. Pour ceux qui souhaitent être près de Océan drive c’est passé votre chemin. Le petit déjeuner est médiocre, la propreté non plus vu que j’ai trouver des cafards…
