Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Das Apartment hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick und die Lage bzw. Aussicht waren wirklich sehr schön. Positiv hervorzuheben ist auch, dass bei Problemen schnell reagiert wurde.
Das Mobiliar war insgesamt schon sehr abgenutzt. Die Couch hatte deutliche Flecken und machte keinen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Auch der Backofen war bei unserer Ankunft leider sehr dreckig und musste erst nach unserer Meldung gereinigt werden. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner waren bereits sehr alt und leider auch nicht sauber bzw. nicht gereinigt. Insgesamt wäre hier eine gründlichere Reinigung und teilweise eine Erneuerung der Ausstattung (Küche, Nachttische im Schlafzimmer...) wünschenswert. Insgesamt hat das Apartment durch den schönen Ausblick und die schnelle Reaktion bei Problemen einige Pluspunkte. Beim Zustand und der Sauberkeit der Ausstattung besteht jedoch aus unserer Sicht noch deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026- локация хорошая, у самого океана. Правда, в пешей доступности нет нормальных магазинов - Есть паркинг бесплатный - 1 место на апарты - частичный вид на море, вполне хороший. Довольно большой номер. Дети 13 и 10 лет вполне удобно поместились на раскладном диване - нам была важна кухня, мы готовили. Посуда так себе, что-то новое, что-то совсем уставшие. Поэтому мы не пожалели, что взяли с собой сковородку и кастрюлю - пляж чистый. Песок хороший. Уборка пляжа каждый день. Только водоросли немного напрягали. Утром половину дней во время прилива все водоросли у берега 20-40 метров, для более комфортного купания нужно уходить на глубину... там уже некомфортно. Для детей лучше в нарукавниках. А после обеда отлив, водоросли прибивает к берегу, даже детям очень комфортно и не глубоко. В основном купали после обеда, чтобы не напрягали водоросли и можно было стоять на дне, а не постоянно плавать и держаться на воде. Дно хорошее песчаное. Вода теплая и комфортная для захода сразу даже с утра. Один раз за неделю чувствовали медуз. В остальном - всё отлично, никакой.живности и напряга. Мелкие рыбки могут чуть врезаться при плавании или ходьбе. Но не проблема Тем, кто привык к средиземному морю, придется привыкнуть к океану. Здесь менее комфортно, но быстро привыкаешь и вода очень теплая. - номер вполне удобный, но всё максимально простое - икея. - спасибо за таблетки для посудомойки и стиральной машины. Сушка тоже очень помогает - комплимент в виде воды, снеков, хорошего кофе и чая - приятно - есть сейф и гладильные принадлежности. Правда, гладильная доска не полноценная. Она мини, не совсем удобно - вполне приличный тренажерный зал и 2 бассейна - жалюзи не блэк аут, свет проникает. Но это особо не мешает - ремонт здания рядом.был тихим, нам не мешал - в этом же здании другая компания здает в аренду апартаменты и дороже. Так что бронируйте у этой - мы в комнате лаунджа играли в бильярд. Классно. - круглосуточный валет-паркинг - это прекрасно - балкон ни в кого не упирался.
- скрипели почти все двери. Попросил на ресепшене вызвать мастера и смазать, так никто и не пришел - почитайте в верхней части про океан и море. Там про плюсы, но и минусы с водорослями и глубоковатый вход.для детей. Нужны нарукавники. - кровать скрипела - зачем закрывать тренажерный зал в 22:00, неудобно. - максимально неудобно расположены розетки, не продумана система для зарядки телефонов - в часы пик очередь в лифты (обычно работает 2 из 3) - можно.ждать по 5-7 минут. Но так не часто

The property is very old, and the furniture inside is cheap and poorly maintained. There are many issues and deficiencies when it comes to repairs and maintenance. A lot of the furniture is visibly worn and slightly damaged. The bathroom is extremely basic and has a number of problems. Water is left standing on the floor, and the drainage system in the bathroom doesn’t work properly. The towels and other textiles provided are also quite old and worn out. We asked them to replace them, and they did, but the reception staff told us that they generally don’t replace these items. The strange part is that the reception staff seem to act as if they are a subcontractor of the hotel rather than the hotel itself. They keep referring to a third party when talking about the hotel management, which is quite unusual. Booking.com states that this property is a four-star hotel, but it isn’t really a hotel at all. The units are more like individually operated apartments, similar to Airbnb. And there is absolutely no way this property meets a four-star standard; at best, it would qualify as a two-star (european standards)property. When I asked the management how they could possibly have a 4 star rating, they said, “We don’t claim to be a four-star property. Booking.com is the one that says we are four-star.” So even they don’t claim to be four-star. This is very misleading on Booking.com’s part and gives customers a false impression about the property.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026The place was very clean, the views amazing, sunrise, wildlife views having the beach right there was fantastic. The staff were attentive and helpful. The facility felt very safe, We truly enjoyed our stay.
The elevators were not working properly, one was out completely when it was time for us to leave, and it literally took 40 minutes to get downstairs. We were staying on the 14th floor and my Dad is 79 so taking the stairs was not a practical option. This was very inconvenient and frustrating, and I wanted to bring it to your attention. Other than that everything was wonderful.

המיטה הנוספת זאת הספה שצריך לפתוח כל פעם. חסר ציוד למטבח כמו קולפן סירים נוספים קערה נוספת... אנשי הצוות בבניין לא באמת בא להם לעזור לצערי אין טיפה צל בבריכה (בבריכה עצה לא מסביב) ולכן ניתן להיות שעתיים ולברוח המינוס הגדול ביותר מיקום, אין כלום כלום כלום במרחק הליכה הכל זה הובר במרחק חצי שעה כל כיוון הציון שלנו 7

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Es un hotel muy tranquilo, tuvimos una excelente estancia con mi familia. Tiene acceso a la playa y dos piscinas muy buenas. Lo recomiendo completamente, muy buena relación calidad precio.
Estuvimos contentos con todo, incluso la habitación que no tiene vista al mar tiene una vista muy buena al mar. Las vistas son espectaculares.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Me encantó la ubicacion, la limpieza y la amabilidad del personal de recepcion y valet parking. El apartamento dotado con todo lo necesario para estar comodo, el servicio en la playa muy bueno con sillas y sombrilla. Muy recomendado.
Lo unico que anotaria es que encontramos una cucaracha en el lavaplatos una noche.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Wir hatten ein großes und geräumiges Apartment mit einer perfekt ausgestatteten Küche. Der seitliche Meerblick vom Balkon war fantastisch und hat den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Die Poolanlage ist hervorragend – insgesamt gibt es drei Pools, davon zwei im 5. Stock mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer. Der dritte Pool befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, von wo aus man den Strand in wenigen Schritten erreicht. Besonders praktisch: Pro Apartment waren zwei Liegen und ein Sonnenschirm am Strand inklusive. Mit dem Uber ist man außerdem in nur etwa 10 Minuten am Ocean Drive. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Exceptional Location and the valet service is a real advantage. Staff was always smiling and supportive. Easy access to the beach and beautiful pool area. Exceptional for families with kids or couples. Absolutely clean and extremely organized.
You could hear noises coming from the corridor and also, we were unlucky with some noisy neighbors "parting" at 3 AM. Not a big deal. Missed some vending machines but might be really a miss from my end.

Razoável , poderia ter mais utensílios, melhor manutenção dos eletrodomésticos, o alarme de incêndio incomodou bastante disparando, os funcionários do apart hotel não dão a mínima atenção aos hóspedes , portanto considero razoável !

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026I inspected hotels around the world for literally 20 years. Staff were all amazing. They worked very hard to look after guests. Property was kept very clean. Worth every penny. The only place to stay at a reasonable price in Miami for me.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026位置优越，全套厨房和洗衣机烘干机，室内浴巾和沙滩浴巾都有提供，干净整洁，1 F和5 F都有泳池，5F的泳池层有公共WC和淋浴🚿间，1 F泳池🏊后门直接通到海滩🏖️，免费的阳伞和沙滩椅，只是这个季节海边充满石花海藻，看上去恶心的海藻其实很干净，䠀过海藻10 m －20m就可自由在海中🌊玩水，海浪不大可安全下海，这是一幢有故事的建筑，蒙地卡洛王室曾造访此处后经扩建成今天的模样，五楼的泳池层是极佳观赏海上烟花的场所，此次正赶上250庆典，大饱眼福，1 F还有图书馆和商务中心，代客泊车等，非常方便，2个街区就有超市，周边歺厅很多，比南海滩的环境更新更安静，公寓式酒店🏨品质也更好，性价比更高，过桥后的住宅区几乎都是临水豪宅漂亮又干净……
洗浴用品最好是固定墙上的大瓶装，浴缸🛁很窄
