Rooms were so dirty, as soon as we checked in we found a used towel left in our room. Later on we had an issue in the bathroom. one day later we changed our room which was an upgrade however it was even dirtier. After a few steps on floor our feet was black. The dust and particles were easily felt, even after housekeeping visit it was the same. There were no nice restaurants nearby, it required at least 30 mins to reach south beach or mid beach.

Die Lage war ansich ganz ok. Wenn wir ein Zimmer zur Strandseite gehabt hätten, wäre es wahrscheinlich auch nicht so laut gewesen. Es gibt doch viele Poser die mit ihren lauten Autos über die Collins Avenue fahren. Was toll war, das war das Frühstücksbüffet und die Aussicht vom Restaurant. Die guten Matratzen kann man auch hervorheben.

Die Klimaanlage und den Kühlschrank mussten wir für die Macht ausmachen, die verursachten eine Unmenge an Lärm. Das Badezimmer hätte eine Note grösser sein können.

A localização é excelente. O quarto espaçoso. Chuveiro bom. Hotel relativamente novo. Atendimento muito bom da equipe da recepção, principalmente do Agnaldo. Ele é nota 10. O Miguel e William também era atenciosos.

A limpeza é precária. Muito ruim. A equipe não sabe limpar. Não limpam os cantos, não se passa um pano no piso. Não recolhiam copos e xícaras usados. Outro problema eram as toalhas de praia. em alguns dias, faltavam toalhas. Um item importante é que a janela não abre. Não há ventilação no quarto.

El desayuno muy caro para lo que ofrecen. En la piscina el servicio de toallas bastante flojo, habia que ir a recepción a buscarlas. Y poco control para con aquellos huéspedes que no respetaban las normas de la piscina

Staff didn’t speak English at the pool, the bed at the pool isn’t clean after previous customers, you can find food, drinks… on it. People eat in the pool. It was a war to get towel at the pool, only 5 each 2 hours.

Jammer genoeg was het strand vervuild door grote hoeveelheden zeewier (een algemeen probleem aan de Atlantische kust van Florida dit jaar). Dit werd ruimschoots goed gemaakt door het fijne zwembad.

Der direkte Fahrstuhl ist wahrscheinlich seit langem defekt. Daher muss mit Gepäck Trepp auf und Trepp ab der Fahrstuhl im hinteren Teil benutzt werden.

La habitación se sentía y olía a humedad. El baño muy pequeño y sin divisiones lo que hizo que el baño estuviera mojado todo el tiempo. El aire acondicionado emitía ruidos muy fuertes.

Very accessible location. Staffs are helpful 24/7. Good location where all the actions. Close to the ocean and sitting on the beach. There is swimming pool on the site and bar as well. My wife and I enjoyed this hotel a lot!

Coincidently located on beach. Rooms clean. Food mediocre. States towels provided but unable to get due to availability. Chairs/umbrella nice feature. Given someone else’s room key at check in walking in on them is very uncomfortable experience. When you’re a member and pay a decent amount for the room you expect a little better service. Maybe a free breakfast for the wrong check in or a credit of some sort.

Just disappointing, staff are not helpful, Elevator was broken the hotel has stairs no way to easily get luggage up to the other elevator. When the elevator in the lobby is broken. no ramps when you enter the hotel you have to pull luggage up the stairs. They should have someone at the door to help guest with their suitcase. The Hotel is on a very busy intersection, and the gravel parking lot is self-park. They should not charge $25 dollars parking a day. They are not rude, but they don't make you feel valued or welcome unless you spend a good amount of money. But the Bartenders at the location are awesome! My TV was broken I could not stream my favorites shows the first day. TV could not connect to the internet. They had to swap out TV which was a production. The breakfast was good $20 for breakfast was worth the view on the 5th floor and food was good. The Hotel did have a damp wet mildew smell on the first floor, but you get used to it. Lobby staff seem to be in a hurry for you to check-out they will ask you if you are checking out even when you are just waiting for the elevator to go back up to your room. The young lady was very young probably did not know it is rude or could be perceived as negative but still hotel staff is a reflection of management. Guest should be told that gratuity %12 or %15 will be charge to your meal or drinks. The only saving quality of this hotel is the Bartenders. the pool and beach. What you spend a night verse what your room appearance does not aligned. Even more so since the hotel is located on the nicer side of Miami. If you are a solo traveler this isn't for you because the staff will not offer to help with anything.

Oceanfront room only had bathtub. A walk in shower would have been better for my husband who has physical limitations. A microwave in room would have been nice.

Que no servía el ascensor del ingreso… por lo que teníamos que subir y bajar maletas por las escaleras… llegando de un viaje, suele ser cansador… no tienen personal que te ayude con las maletas. Nosotros llegamos de noche y la persona que estaba en la recepción… parecía estar muy cansada y no fue muy amable.

The hotel was good value for the price. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient with easy access to the beach. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our first days in Miami Beach.

The pool was unfortunately not very clean. During our stay, maintenance work was being done around the pool, and we hoped it would improve the next day, but the situation was about the same. Breakfast was good, but after a few days it became quite repetitive. A little more variety from day to day would make it even better.

We chose this hotel because it carries the Wyndham brand, and we expected a certain standard of quality. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We booked two rooms, and both had issues. The floors were noticeably dirty, impossible to walk without shoes. The pool water was also quite cloudy, which made us uncomfortable about using it. In one of the bathrooms, the shower valve became stuck, leaving only hot water running, and we couldn’t turn it off. When we tried to call the front desk for assistance, we discovered that the room phone was also broken. We ended up having to use our personal cell phone to contact the hotel. The positive aspects of our stay were the excellent location and the staff. The front desk team and the restaurant staff on the top floor were consistently friendly, courteous, and helpful, and they deserve recognition for their professionalism. However, the overall condition and maintenance of the property did not meet the expectations we had for a hotel carrying the Wyndham name. We were genuinely disappointed and hope the hotel improves its maintenance and housekeeping standards

The stay in this hotel was good, the location at Miami Beach was perfect. The restaurant is very good. We enjoyed our stay.

BITTE......erneuert die Liegen am Pool und vorallem die Auflagen.Die sind schimmlig und dreckig.Jetzt ist es so ein nettes Hotel und dann hast solche Liegen-Auflagen.🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Und bitte eine neue Klima,weil im Zimmer riecht es sehr modrig. Diese 2 Dinge gehören dringend gemacht bzw.erneuert,dann ist das Hotel perfekt.

Hotel has a lovely view but charged us $1,500 for 3 nights and refused to loan us 2 wine glasses for the room despite us spending a lot of money in the bar throughout our stay. No need to be so stingy.

The staff deserves high marks. Everyone, from the front desk to the team at the fifth-floor restaurant, was excellent and very courteous. However, the room cleanliness and maintenance were below expectations. The floors were extremely greasy, making it uncomfortable to walk barefoot. The bed linens were stained, and the room walls showed visible dirt and lack of maintenance. In room 217, the shower valve became stuck and would not shut off properly. When we tried to contact the front desk, the room phone was not working. In room 221, the bathtub was also noticeably dirty. In addition, the pool water was extremely cloudy and appeared very dirty, making it impossible to use. Overall, while the service from the staff was outstanding, the housekeeping, maintenance, and pool cleanliness require significant improvement.

Looks are deceiving.. The hot tub was not sizable for two people.. The room was a lot smaller than the picture and there was no ocean view.

The staff was amazing: nice, helpful all the time. The hotel was next to the beach, and you had access to chairs and an umbrella with the resort fee.

Personal (Rezeption) unmotiviert nicht sehr freundlich, so wie es in einem Hotel eigentlich sein sollte. Kakerlake im Zimmer :( Gang zu den Zimmern hat nach Schimmel gerochen (Teppich) sollte dringend erneuert werden. Pool Liegen nicht sehr sauber.
