there were faciilities for making your own meals, with everything I needed available. I loved the rain and the comfortable beds and tents; the wifi was really helpful too. I especially loved being able to walk to the village and Cong Abbey.

Very friendly staff from the minute we got there. Great facilities in general; playground for the kids, plenty of crockery, cutlery etc in a large kitchen area. Everything was very clean. Good location, we had a lovely walk into Cong through the grounds of Ashford Castle. The beds were so comfortable and electricity in the glamping pods was a game changer, especially with making bottles for my baby (had my own kettle)

The location was so beautiful, very quaint little town and I didn't realise The Quiet Man had been filmed there, very historic and well kept lil town absolutely loved our stay at Cong Glamping. There is also a castle up the road if you can afford 1000 per night, ours cost 111 for four people, you can also camp there.. beautiful place. 💕

Stayed in Bell tent with my 2 sisters . Beautifully set up consisting of a double bed and 2 single beds . Tents are lovely and spacious. Highly recommend. Great value for money.

Camping grounds well kept

Overcrowded. Tents put in with glamping area. No control of noise that was disturbing to majority of campers. Football game being played on the grounds by teenagers that were screaming and shouting till way into the night. Ablutions were insufficient for the amount of people allowed to stay. Kids riding scooters and bikes in areas stated not to be used. No control unfortunately made our stay unpleasant

Shower area and toilets could be cleaned more frequently

During our stay with a very young family - we were exposed to adults smoking what smelt of a very strong smell of a smokable substance until 2:30am into the night this was very uncomfortable and destroyed they experience and left us very uncomfortable to be in this environment with young children. It’s unexceptionable to have this experience In such an environment

The glamping pod itself was nice the swings were nice

The bell tents were really comfy!! the electricity in the tent was a bonus. Friendly staff and lovely area! The toilets were clean and easy to find. we arrived late but it wasn't an issue at all, we just called and explained and it was sorted out easily.

I was glamping. A bright light attached to the building behind the tent stayed on all night. This disturbed my sleep unfortunately. Small dimmer lights maybe more appropriate in this application.

La tranquilidad del camping y lo cerca que estaban los servicios del alojamiento.

Estaría bien que hubiera un alargador para poder cargar los móviles por la noche, ya que sólo había un enchufe y teníamos que buscar otros enchufes en el resto de instalaciones y esperar a que se cargaran los dispositivos, lo cual hace que no puedas estar con los demás durante ese tiempo.

The tent was spacious and the site itself was good. Location was good too

Beautiful site and superb bell tent. Staff so friendly and facilities excellent. Can walk to village pubs in half an hour (slow walk).

The facilities. The teepee tent was also very comfortable & the kids loved it. The town of Cong is a lovely little place aswell.

The games room wasn't as advertised which disappointed the kids but it didn't make a difference overall, they loved running around & it was a very safe & relaxed place.

We stayed 1 night glamping & 1 night in ensuite room. Great facilities, safe for kids.

The only thing we disliked was the main lighting for glampsite was over our tent, we thought it may go off at 11pm but stayed on all night, so was tough to get to sleep, like sleeping in middle of day. Would suggest alternative lighting maybe around the site.

The people there were very friendly and helpful. Cong is a nice village to explore and close enough to other local sights/ activities. The kitchen and bathrooms were kept clean, it was quiet after 11pm.

The tents didn’t seem like they were cleaned. Clean bedding yes, but the floor was dirty/ dusty.

The bell tent was very comfortable and a good size for two people. There were cooking facilities and a picnic bench outside for our use. There were shower and toilet facilities as well, with the nearest shop only 10 mins drive away.

Lovely area clean and friendly staff

We got no sleep the first night due to the noise of a large group of teenagers in the hostel. They were up making nosie and walking around the campsite all night. There didn't seem to be anyone in charge of them, I couldn't find any staff from the campsite to complain to and had to wait until the next morning,

Lovely grounds well kept designed for plenty space between Glamping and rent area.

There was a spot light for security that shone right on top of our No2 Glamping and partly on others which meant we didn’t really need to turn on a light inside which was quite annoying trying to go asleep. I highlighted to the owner whose response was I’ve heard this 100 times before from guests. I noted it might be time to listen so? Glamping bedding was spotless but the blankets were not washed which sit on end of our beds very dusty inside looks well at first but clear when u look under bed needs a good dusting. Damp in drawers beside bed very cold inside glamping stayed three nights couldn’t wait to get bit of heat into me.

I would like if there was more kids games and if the kids room opened longer, they closed the kids room and playground on Saturday at 8.45pm

Lovely spot... Great atmosphere.. place buzzing with campers and excited children. Just a lovely experience.

The playground is a lovely addition but I would add more things to it.. more swings maybe and a sea saw would be great.

The kitchen timetable is too restricted. There were preferences in the use of the kitchen for a kids' group that seemed to be in a summer camp.

We loved how convenient everything was – the facilities were excellent. We were glamping and brought our bikes, which made it even better. We enjoyed a lovely cycle around the area and even cycled into Cong for dinner and drinks before heading back with ease. The showers were perfect, and the site was really well lit at night, which made it feel safe and welcoming. We had everything we needed to cook a delicious breakfast and dine alfresco. We’ll definitely be returning! It’s so close to Galway too, which meant no time wasted on travel.

Great location and short walk in to Cong and the bell tents were well set-up and comfortable.

There was a noisy group there when we stayed, well beyond the stated 1100 ‘curfew’, we may just have been unlucky with this… And it would be good if the floodlight over the glamping could be turned down, or off, after 1000 to make the tents a bit darker.

Facilities were as described, all very clean and well maintained.

It’s supposed to be quiet from 11pm to 8am and people were still making quite a lot of noise throughout the night. It’s obviously not checked by staff and guests are aware.

Es una experiencia única, nunca lo habíamos probado y nos ha gustado mucho, pensábamos que pasaríamos frío pero no fue así.

Bell Tents full of damp and smells it was freezing capets socking blue mould on bed clothes. Wouldnt recommend

The Staff were friendly and the tents were spotless and very comfortable.

Someone's dog was not on the lead and kept coming to our tent to bark at our dog, who was on the lead.

Le lit trop près de la toile de tente, et literie humide. La cuisine trop petite pour accueillir les résidents, Il a fallu rajouter 1 euro par douche, ce n'était pas compris dans la location !

The location was great only 15-20 mins walk to village. Beautiful grounds and scenery Property was n a great location to experience it all.

Smell of damp very bad in tent. Very bright in tent with lights at night so very hard to sleep esp with a toddler.

In a beautiful location. Place was spotless. Staff helpful.

The noise omg the noise but we were unlucky. There was a bus full of French students staying here and they were very very loud running through the camp site, roaring and being a total nuisances. I’ve been told it’s not normally that bad. But they ruined our experience here. The disabled toilets were locked, not all disabled are in a wheelchair.
