Twee zwembaden en mooie plek aan het meer, grote kamers, prima bed

De kamer was niet hygiënisch, badkamer niet schoon en schimmel aan het dak. Kamer rook ook muf, onze kleding rook 2 dagen later nog naar de kamer. Op de foto’s lijkt deze accommodatie veel beter dan in werkelijkheid. Ze mogen de kamers wel weer eens goed onder handen nemen. Wij zijn eerder vertrokken en hebben een andere locatie in de buurt geboekt.

I love everything about this hotel! The view, the services, the facilities. If i ever visit danau toba again, i would choose this hotel again

We loved the pool, convenient location and staff were helpful

The room was well set up and had a great view of both the lake and the mountains. The balcony was nice to relax on. Having the restaurant there for a breakfast spread made mornings easy.

However, one of the powerpoints didn't work, which meant I was running an extension cord across the room to plug in the fridge.

Ci sono lavori in corso proprio fronte lago , con materiale edile in vista , rifiuti nell’acqua , e Disordine in generale . Potenzialmente un buon hotel se ci fosse più cura . Anche la colazione non mi e’ piaciuta molto . Lo staff invece molto gentile e disponibile .

北苏门答腊最满意的一晚了，早餐丰盛，房间干净舒适，有空调，基本没有小虫子，很漂亮，有门厅，花园打理得很美。工作人员很认真耐心，餐厅风景很好

Een prima resort met een heerlijk zwembad en enorm vriendelijk personeel . Je wordt keurig bij de steiger van het hotel afgezet en weer opgehaald

De douche zag er keurig uit , maar was koud en het water van de douche spoot alle kanten uit behalve waar jij wilde. Het ontbijt was vooral Indonesisch en was niet zoals op de foto’s

Mooi ligging aan het meer, mooi zwembad. Op loopafstand van centrum en restaurants. Kamer had groot balkon. Pinautomaat vlakbij. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel bij receptie.

Met name Aziatisch ontbijt. Sanitair op badkamer matig. Personeel overzag drukte bij ontbijt niet.

Het hotel is erg fijn gelegen en beschikt over zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Wij hadden een mooie kamer met prachtig uitzicht. Daarnaast waren wij erg blij met de airco en onze klamboe.

De badkamer werd erg snel (te) vochtig, hiermee wordt deze al gauw wat benauwd. Ook vonden wij persoonlijk het bed wat te zacht.

Dass ich endlich wieder aus dem Hotel bin.

Große Baustelle wo nichts im Internet drin stand. Die Bilder im Internet entsprechen nicht den wahren Bildern. Das Hotel ist Fake. Pool und Anlage sieht nicht aus wie auf den Bildern. Frühstück entspricht nicht den Bildern. Ab 8:20 Uhr gibt es kein Frühstück mehr Personal ist nicht fähig aufzufüllen sollte gekündigt werden. Sie füllen ab 8:20 Uhr nichts mehr. Auf. Später frühstücken kann man nicht mehr außer man möchte nur Reis essen, wenn man noch Glück hat. Tische und Frühstücksraum ist komplett versifft . Sieht ekelhaft aus und hat mit den Bildern im Internet nichts zu tun. Das Zimmer stinkt nach Abfluss und ist nicht richtig geputzt worden und am Bett lagen Tonnen von Haaren und Dreck und toten Tieren. Man muss jeden Tag bitte bitten und betteln, dass man eine Klopapierrolle bekommt. Rezeption unfähig sollte die gekündigt werden Ich werde Maßnahmen dagegen ergreifen, dass ich ihn teilweise Geld zurückbekomme, da es untragbar ist. Dieses Hotel sollte von Booking entfernt werden ein ekelhaftes Loch.

Sehr grosses Zimmer mit Seeblick. Bequemes grosses Bett, Grosses Bad mit warmer Dusche. Sehr sauber alles, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes Internet. Very large room with a lake view. Comfortable large bed, large bathroom with a hot shower. Everything was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Good internet.

Früstück ist nur nach indonesischem Geschmack. Breakfast is only available in Indonesian style.

We really liked our stay at Toba Village Inn. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable with nice views. Breakfast was good, and the place was very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The location by the lake is great. Staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend it!

Zwembad, goede grootte. Bedden zeer comfortabel.

Mijn zoon had in de nacht overgegeven en personeel wist niet goed wat ermee te doen. Schoon linnengoed, emmer water om schoon te maken met zeep. We hebben duidelijke instructies moeten geven om te krijgen wat we nodig hadden. Daarnaast werd er heel zwaar aan getild, alsof we de slaapkamer hadden verwoest.

The property was well landscaped & had two nice pools. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, the tv had Netflix, hot water in the shower, shower was separate (no wet room), western toilet, AC, fridge and tea kettle in the room, breakfast included .

Can’t think of anything!

It was nice to be able to get to the hotel's own pier directly by boat from Parapat. The staff was really helpful, smiling and nice. I felt valued. The hotel's garden is really cozy with flower beds. The gardener worked there from morning to evening and I always got a smile back from her. The pool area was really pleasant. At first my room was missing the refrigerator promised in Booking, but when I mentioned it, it was brought to me right away. I had a nice terrace with chairs for afternoon coffee and the room and bathroom were spacious. The air conditioning and wifi worked well. Wifi also works at the pool, which is a plus. The buffet breakfast is good: even dark toast and cheese, eggs, rice and noodles, warm vegetables, sausages, cucumber and tomato slices, fruits, natural yoghurt, mung bean porridge which I really liked and apparently self-squeezed fruit juice which tasted really good. I don't care for sweets in the morning, but there are sweet things for those who like them. I mostly ate at the hotel restaurant anyway, because all I had to do was tell them my room number and pay the entire bill by card when checking out. Elsewhere, it seemed like card payments weren't working well. The food was good and the ice in the drinks was safe. You can also get alcohol, like rum drinks or a whole bottle of wine.

There weren't many things I didn't like. Maybe there could have been more fruit for breakfast. I always went there between 8:45-9:00 when breakfast was until 9:30 and the fruit was almost always running out. The rooster crowing at 5 am was also disturbing because there was a cornfield next to my room, but that's not the hotel's fault :)

Große, saubere Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal. Der Balkon mit Blick in den wunderschönen Blumengarten. Leckeres und sehr vielfältiges Frühstück. Direkter Zugang zur Fähre.

Offensichtlich gibt es eine Dauerbaustelle im halben Außenbereich, was optisch unschön ist. Das Wifi war zeitweise überlastet.

Die gesamte Anlage war sehr sauber, trotz Renovierung vor Ort gab es Ruhe und keinen Stress. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und man kann im Innenhof bequem barfuss bis zum Pool gehen. Vom Restaurant gibt es einen tollen Blick auf den See. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und war inklusive. Wer Mittags oder Abends im Hotel essen möchte findet für angemessene Preise, die Branchenüblich sind, eine schöne Auswahl an lokalen und internationalen Gerichten. Wer traditionell heimisch essen möchte kommt bei den Restaurants (Warung) etwas günstiger weg. Aber Achtung, Batak essen sehr scharf ;)

Très mauvaise connexion à la wifi. Mobilier vieillissant. Manque de propreté dans les chambres. Le jardin manque d'entretien surtout du côté des bassins.

Fijne locatie. Restaurant bij het hotel en ga je vanuit het hotel rechts en loop je 15 min kom je nog meer restaurants tegen. Eigenaresse spreekt nederland en ook heel behulpzaam.

Great place to relax. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Very comfortable and spacious room overlooking the pool and lake. Serene and ideal. Menu is somewhat limited.

Sehr guter Aufenthalt direkt am Wasser! Die zuvor mitgeteilte Baustelle bis Ende 2025.hat nicht wirklich gestört. Super zentrale Lage zu den Restaurants und um die Insel zu erkunden. Das Boot hält von Parapat direkt am hoteleigenen Steg und holt einen dort auch wieder ab. Vielfältiges Frühstück 😊

Het hotel ligt perfect, heeft mooie zwembaden en een lekker menu. Het personeel is steeds in de weer.

Van het stromende warme water op de badkamer was niet echt sprake. 😅 Dat viel gelukkig op te lossen met de douche aan het zwembad. Maar dit weegt echt niet op tegen hoe goed dit hotel is!

The room and bed was comfortable. The porch was nice. We were glad we had air conditioning and hot water. The staff was very nice. They cleaned our room daily and gave us clean towels and more tp. We liked the location.

The landscaping could use some improvement. Construction was going on in one area, so each day we had different obstacles to walk over to get to the main road.

L'emplacement, nous avions des chambres avec vu sur le Lac. Chambres spacieuses, salles de bain spacieuses. Chaises hautes pour les bébés au petit déjeuné.

Il faudrait changer le pommeau de douche qui est très entartré, et accès avec les valises un petit peu difficile car les pavés ressortent. Sinon rien a redire

Mooie kamers, goed ligging aan de rand van Tuktuk. Mooie tuin. Leuk zwembad maar wel koud / met water uit het meer. Ze regelden voor ons de transfer naar de airport.

We zijn er allen ziek geworden waarschijnlijk door het ontbijtbuffet (thee). Communicatie aan de receptie verliep eerder moeizaam.

Op een prachtige plek aan het meer met super vriendelijk personeel een heerlijke tijd gehad. Alles werd geregeld, niks was teveel.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Es wurde auf all unsere Wünsche eingegangen..Upgrade,Roller Vermietung, Weiterfahrt nach Medan, Frühstück war auch sehr lecker…was braucht man mehr😀

Great location by Lake Toba and with direct drop off by the Tuktuk passenger ferry. Comfortable beds and rooms. Hot showers with good pressure. Excellent swimming pools and beautiful gardens. For us the most impressive element was how wonderful the staff were when two of our group of three fell ill and were unable to check out and continue with our travels as planned. Staff went out of their way to find space for us to stay for another night; we were reassured, checked on and really well looked after. To fit us in, we had to change rooms and staff were there to move us, carrying bags and making sure we were okay. They really went above and beyond to look after us. Special mention to Mr Jay who made it his business to make sure that we were okay and who helped us to reorganise our plans twice at short notice (once because of illness and once because of Lion Air!). Lovely people doing everything possible to help.

I would have liked a little more variety on the menu (maybe some lighter Indonesian dishes like soto).

Reno was the best when he picked us up! Very helpful to us. Also had a great driver, and was thankful for Mr. Jay.

The room was quite ran down. Saw a lot of ants near the door area. The breakfast menu also limited. Not much choices. The staffs also a bit unfriendly.

First time in Lake Toba and hotel is located by the lake and view is superb. The manager Jay has helped us to book the car so that we can comfortably to ferry terminal and the cost for car is very reasonable. He also gave us advice on where to visit during our visit. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Will definitely recommend Toba Village Inn.

Хорошее место для отдыха на озере тоба. Все есть в самом отеле: бассейн, ресторан, массаж, развлечения. Из минусов только скрипучая кровать.
