The price. Staff is friendly. Location is good, not too far from downtown Moncton.

The room and the fact that the staff canceled my bookings.com reservation and charged me directly instead. The room was not cleaned properly, just the bed and bathroom. The tile in the bathroom is cracking, and the perimeter of the room is dirty. Don't hold your breath when you see the price. That's the only thing driving business.

Quiet location. Good value.

Le gars à la réception était sympa. Pas mal le seul côté positif.

La chambre avait une forte odeur de fumée de cigarette et les tapis sentait le chien mouillé. Les équipements semblait venir des années 80. J'ai du dormir avec les fenêtres largement ouvertes à côté d’une route très achalandée. C’était loin d'être confortable.

The location and the staff were very respectful and always attentive. Had fridge and microwave in the room, so that was great!

The room was very clean, and the staff were happy to accommodate. The bed was incredibly comfortable!

It seems the bed covers and sheets had not been washed, and the room carpets were not properly cleaned. The bathroom had only a very small piece of soap, which was not even enough for one person. There were also no water bottles, tea bags, or coffee maker provided in the room.

Location ws convenient. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet through the night and morning.

En général c étais ok ....sauve que le lit de La chambre que j avais etais de la vrais grosse scrap matelas vraiment fini avec une tres grande déformation ce qui veux dire que nous avons passer plus de temps réveiller que a dormir avec de bon mal de reins dommage donc perdu mes journée de vacance pour se ti détail la

1 bed was uncomfortable, when one person moved it felt like you were in a rollercoaster. It looked clean but a lot of little details were dirty and don't look underneath the beds.

There was only a tiny bit of toilet paper left in the room, for 3 people. Tried to get more, but office was closed. There wasn't any Kleenex, either.

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. This has become our go to spot in Moncton; clean, quiet, comfortable with wonderful views.

I booked online quite last minute, right as motel staff were wrapping up for the night. They immediately called me to coordinate key drop-off and made sure everything was fine as I checked out in the morning. They were pleasant, the room was clean and nice, and the view was quite scenic, just as advertised by the name!

Location, easy check in process, friendly front staff, TV with premium channels, fridge, microwave.

Room was small and cramped up. Window AC didn't cool enough. Sink clogging up. Room smelled musty all night affected sleep. Coffee maker and hair dryer will help.

Stayed here for one night with two rooms and had a good experience. The rooms were clean, check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly. The property is a bit older, but everything worked well and it was good value for the price. I would stay here again.

I stayed there for two nights, it was pretty simple and clean room in budget friendly.

The main area bed, floor bathroom were very clean, however the mirror & windows, TV were very dirty. The fridge had a chemical smell that should be serviced. Staff was very nice. There should be a Canadian Bible in the drawer & not a foreign Bible. We are in canada respect our way of living.

It was clean but dated room and friendly staff.

Bathroom was redone recently, so was decent and clean. A plug for the tub was missing though, and there was no anti-slip mat for using the shower. A lawsuit waiting to happen! The ceiling fan in the bedroom had the blades thickly coated with dirt and dust....DONT USE IT! The bedside lamp is also greasy and grimey, the overhead light only has 1 bulb working. There is a kettle, but no coffee or tea provided for your pleasure.8

We were there for three days and it was clean and comfortable room.

Great value for the price. The room was clean, check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly.

Ac was too noisy and was stopping at intervals. The fan wasn’t blowing well.

Room was stuffy and advertised as a non smoking room but it had the odor of smoking in it Too close to the road in front of the building and road noise No hand towels available, had to use the bath towels for drying hands and face every time.

We would like to have coffee in the room.

There was no hair dryer. Bed sheets were stained and bed very uncomfortable. Shower curtain was so dirty, that I wouldn't touch it. Bathroom floors was missing grout, therefore dangerous to cut feet on ceramic tiles. There seems to have blood in the crack of tiles where grout goes , on walls and on bathroom door.. Wouldn't recommend this place. Not Canadian owned and cleanliness don't seem to be their priority.

Door locks weren't working , been two time there both times I locked the door but I morning when I woke up doors were open

Great staff and very welcoming. They allowed early check-in, which was really helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. Very accommodating stay!

Chambre glacée à notre arrivée. Chauffage pas efficace on eu froid toute la nuit. La salle de bain minuscule, pas pratique et froide. Emplacement éloigné de la ville. Stationnement très glissant on a failli tomber plusieurs fois. Je ne recommande pas.

Room had the heat off when we arrived. The room has Asian bettles all around the room one of the beds had dirty linen on it .

No heat in room when I came in. Had to wear my winter jacket in the room for an hour while a space heater heated the room. I had to inquire about the heat for the staff to show me the space heater. TV didn't work, cables hung from the mounted TV

It was dirty, pillow was dirty under the pillow case. I got several bites.
