The main desk attendant was kind and polite. The computer and payment system seemed up to date and good quality equipment. It was quick and easy to book through booking.com. The internet was easy to connect to and worked well. There were large windows and an air machine that helped vent the room.

- The bed had hairs in it, indicating either it was not washed or not washed thoroughly enough. There was also spots that appeared like make up / dirt on both pillows and sheets. - The 'mountain view' indicated in the post was really just a hill of trees, which is fine but that description is a little misleading. - The bed was uncomfortable: however, this may be specific to me as I deal with chronic pain. -There was a very, very strong smell of cologne/perfume in the room and I am very sensitive to scents.

Bathroom not so clean esp in cabinet under sink . I forgot something during my stay. Called to report it and staff said they found it and it would be there when I returned to pick it up. 2hen I returned, NO STAFF so called and was told they would be there in 10 mins. 1 half hour later they returned. Not good service. And they actually charged a $150.00 damage deposit. No tissue in the room and sheets on bed upside down. Will not be back. Poor value.

Room was clean. The TV worked, good selection of cable channels to choose from. I was able to watch my favorite shows that evening. Bed was comfortable, I slept fine. There is a window mounted A/C unit that kept the room cool. There is a ceiling fan that circulated the air just fine. The microwave oven is big enough to take my XL Tim Hortons cup with room to spare. There is also a small fridge in my room. There is a variety store on the property.

This place met my expectations. There is nothing fancy about this place. Furniture is old but in good condition. I stayed here before, so I knew what to expect.

The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The front of the property looks lovely but the back was a little less lovely but doesn’t affect whether I would stay there again.

I liked the price, and the fact that we could use the fire pit area to all hang out together. The staff were helpful and polite. Some of the rooms were spacious and nicely renovated (though not ours).

The icebox had no ice, just a wiper blade and 2 condom wrappers. My bed had someone’s hair in it. The back door fell off its hinges when I opened it. The variety store had a strong odor.

Beds were comfy. Rooms recently renovated. Rooms were clean. Had a fire pit outside along with patio furniture, great for all of the kids and parents to spend time together outside before bedtime.

Showers were not great in regard of shower heads and temperature control.

Room was clean and comfortable. It suited what we needed.

I thought there was a restaurant attached, but I didn't see one.

I didn't realize there was a breakfast offered.

I could not get the TV working and the table and chairs were in the way. Also, there was no elevator and I had to climb stairs to my room. For people who have mobility problems this is a real issue, and I have mobility problems.

I liked that it was a good location

I didn't like that they only had 2 towels and 1 face cloth stocked for 2 people for 2 nights..it was not clean by any means..there was hair on the tub..side of toilet was dirty..floors were dirty..we pulled down the spread on the bed and it looked like someone just rolled out of it.. sheets and pillows were all wrinkled and not a fresh smell..I have a fear of spiders and the deck was full of big spiders hanging from the lights and posts on balcony..😧..when you enter the parking lot at night be prepared to get blinded by the massive bright lights..did not like my stay..

Location was convenient, and easily accessible. Booking and check-in were very simple and without hassle. Front-desk staff was super friendly.

Cleanliness of the room left a bit to be desired, however. It doesn't look like it was made up before arrival, which is odd as we checked in rather late. Food was left in the mini-fridge. Someone's sock under the bed. Toilet paper roll on the hanger was dirty. For some reason there were 3 remotes for the television, and none of them worked. Not really deal-breakers, as we could have changed rooms. Really it was just a place to sleep for the night.

I paid $150 as security deposit while I stayed only for 1 night.

It is a few minutes outside of Moncton so didn’t hear the hustle and bustle of busy city life. Decent sized mini fridge! Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean. Towels replaced when requested. Would definitely recommend staying here and definitely would stay here again.

My only real issue was a few times out in the parking lot my phone wouldn’t connect to Wifi which was just more of an inconvenience when trying to use the Maps app on my phone. Cell service is hit or miss. It’s in a rural area again more of an inconvenience.

Fridge very noisy, we were there 2 nights and they never gave fresh towels or dump the garbage. Bathroom was very small. No place to set luggage and not enough plug in's. Had only 2 small lumpy pillows...

Après avoir signalé qu’une lampe ne fonctionnait pas cela n’a jamais été réparé et durant notre séjour de 4 nuits le ménage n’a jamais été fait et les serviettes ont été changés limite au dernier moment.

The only complaint was you could hear movement in other rooms. That’s not to say it was loud, because it wasn’t. But it made me feel like being quieter than I probably needed to. In any case. I would definitely stay again. Price was right, and facility was all I needed in my travels.

Great value for the price! We were in Moncton for one night and needed a place to stay before continuing on our journey and this made for a great stay! The room was very clean, the location was convenient, and the staff were very flexible with our checkin.

The room downstairs was not updated. The price should have been reduced. Besides that it was an ok stay.

The property was bit old but room were updated,clean and front clerk was very friendly and helpfull. we will be definetely be back...& highly recommended......We were in room 13 at the back of the property.

At first glance of the property, I immediately regretted booking and was willing to lose my money to stay elsewhere but unfortunately there was nothing else due to multiple sporting events happening. The property was full of trash/broken items, I don't think the property had been mowed for quite sometime. We checked in & found out that our room was at the backside of the building...wow it was worse than the front with the dumpster overflowing, more broken tables/chairs and the platform deck was rotten & unsafe to walk on. The room itself wasn't terrible, linens were clean, room was decent sized and the bathroom was usable. There was very limited cell service, wifi didn't work, the TV didn't work and the in room telephone for emergencies was not connected to anything (cords hanging and no where to plug them in) My husband went to the check in desk and mentioned Wifi & Tv not working...got the response that there are 30 rooms and they can't be sure that everything works in every room!!! Man at desk came down and fiddled with tv for 10 minutes and got it somewhat working, but said that it was smart TV and uses internet so we would just have to deal with it coming in & out...it worked 3 minutes and then went black and gave "network connection lost" error. In saying all of this, we survived for the 1 night stay but will not be back. Yes, it was cheaper but to have no cell service, no wifi, no tv and not even a landline to call 911 if needed was not worth the money we saved.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wir hatten die Zimmer hinten, dort sah es leider nicht sehr einladend aus, da das Motel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und ein neuer Anstrich nicht schaden würde.

I booked this stay after having difficulty finding rooms in the area due to a festival (which I was not attending). I commented on the price at check-in and was told that the large chain hotels were as high as $500.00 per night. I was charged $368.00 for my room. I would not be complaining if it had been a reasonable price for this motel. It's a very basic roadside motel. I don't expect first class service at a place like this. It was clean but poorly appointed. The bed was on wheels that didn't lock - it rolled away from the wall every time I sat on it.The furnishings are basic flea market finds. The only way to use the air conditioner is to have the curtain open to the parking lot(see picture). Had this motel been priced reasonably for what it was, I would not be complaining. Greedy owners were taking advantage of market conditions to get way more money than this place is worth. Book somewhere else of you can.

Very friendly staff and always had a room available when needed. (I was road tripping around the area, and showed up after 11pm). Very cheap clean rooms also!

Well first off the cockroaches that were found which i killed 5 of , i have not received my deposit back as of yet which has been 2 days now ,i was told they would be sending it by e-transfer. The yard is not looked after whats so ever , they just dont seem to care about their establishment whatsoever , i am 45 years old and have never experienced such a poorly represented establishment , im guessing cause normally anything represented in such a manner would not stay afloat
