PassGo Digital Airport Hotel Bali

Well, I just don't understand, the check-in says 2pm, so I waited because she asked me to wait. Then an Asian guy came after me and he could checked in and there I was waiting for 20 minutes, tired and confused. I am not sure about the consistency of the check-in time. I mean the place is convenient but it will not be my first choice

Ideally located in the international airport. It was convenient to have a rest and shower after the late-night arrival.

Overall it’s great for short stay and single sleep

Convenient cheap and clean

My bed covers and pillow had stains on there from I don't know what. Bath towel also had stains. Restroom shower head was gunked in water stains and calcium

Lovely staff

Was very thankful for this place. Had an 8hr layover and was thankful for the convenient spot to rest and shower. Unfortunately the pod I was in was not the cleanest. There was dust on the edges and stains on the pillow case, and strange dirt on the sheet. Also the cooling system didn’t work the best and it did get a little warm for sleeping. The staff was very nice tho and helped change my booking since I had accidentally booked it for the next day.

This is great for a long layover or getting in too late to get to other hotels. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were very nice. Great lace for an inexpensive price.

I had to check out of my previous hotel and wait for flights leaving at 10:30pm. This was the perfect place to get some rest prior to a long journey ahead. It’s located literally inside the airport the floor directly below where you check in for departures, and Burger King is right outside its doors. I paid $47 (their overnight rate) and stayed from 3pm till around 8:30pm. They had no problem with me only staying for a number of hours. The place is simple but clean, with clean showers and toilets and the little capsules are a fun novelty. They give you a locker with a towel and toothpaste set. They’ll store larger pieces of luggage for you. I napped and chilled for a while. The capsule has charging outlets. My friends who were trying to use up their remaining time joined me and said how great an idea it was as they appreciated a shower and nap prior to their flights after being hot and sweaty all day. I got up, showered, repacked my bags and took the lift up to the next floor and I was right outside the doors to the check in counters. All airports should have one of these places.

Pod clean, usb did not work to charge, not as quiet as we would have liked. Could hear others getting into pod, snoring, coughing. Temp control didn’t seem to work, but temp was ok if a little warm. Very convenient location before or after flight. Warm shower

밤 비행기로 도착해서 공항에서 하룻밤 자기로 하고 예약했습니다. 체크인도 순조로웠고 방도 생각보다 넓어서 아주 마음에 들었습니다만, 화장실에 있는 샤워실의 위생상태가 조금 아쉬웠어요. 하지만 전체적으로 좋았습니다.

Great affordable option for flight layovers to have a clean space to store luggage and stretch out for a comfortable rest while waiting for next flight. Very clean.

PassGo is ideally located in the airport, ao you don't need to leave. I stayed 8 hours having arried very late at night. The pods are a good size, internet, pod facilities and the bathroom are all good

This is a great budget option if you have a late night flight. The capsule is small but adequate for small people. I didn’t realise that there was a locker with towel and toothbrush with paste in addition to the capsule. I would have stored some of my bags there if I had realised. The blanket provided is a bit scratchy but I was able to use my sarong underneath it. I slept well and it was quiet.

Amazing place in the airport.

The place does not look clean. It is good if you will be there for a really short time but I didn’t risk it to take a shower

I decided to stay at this capsule hotel after a very late flight arrival so that I could then transfer to my regular hotel the following day. It served this purpose very well. The only fault I could find was that the only power available in the capsule was a USB-A slot and the USB slots that were present did not work, fortunately I had my own power bank to charge my devices. It was initially quite difficult to find the hotel because there was no signage directing you towards it from the main arrivals level however if you can see the Burger King one story up, it’s close to there

Digital hotels are a relatively recent concept & this was my 2nd stay in one, albeit in a different country & especially suit travellers who may be looking for a few hours rest/sleep plus the opportunity to take a shower for those between flights for example The Bali Passgo Hotel is located within the airport with proximity to shops, many eating options & offers inexpensive rates, the compromise being that the cubicles are relatively small, but functional & equipped with lighting & aircon controls A locker is provided to avoid cluttering one's cubicle, all in all an attractive, practical & inexpensive package, try it but don't expect the Ritz! Great if you’ve just had a flight or are getting a flight as it’s in the airport. Capsules were clean unfortunately I paid extra for pod with tv and it didn’t work. Bathrooms were quite dirty and no toilet roll

It was cold. The washrooms were dirty. There was hair on my bed when i arrived. Good service

Fine for an overnight stay. Was not as clean as I had hoped for, but you get what you pay for.

Convenient. Less expensive than a hotel and no taxi needed. Small pod-like sleeping chamber is adequate, clean, and quite comfortable for a one-night stay to pick up a continuing flight. I'd stay at PassGo Bali airport again.

This was my third stay at PassGo. Unfortunately this time I wasn’t satisfied with the cleanliness of the capsule. There were marks on the walls and sheets, plus the bathrooms were very dirty. It was much busier than previous stays and as a result not easy to sleep due to all the noise.

If you arrive very late or have a long layover, this place really works. The "cabins" are very clean and comfortable. The bathroom and showers were also very clean.

This “hotel” is on the second floor. As you exit the arrival haul there are two elevators to your left. Go to the second floor and Passgo is right there. Very convenient. They have lockers or will store your bags in their back room. Staff was friendly and efficient. All felt very secure. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. I arrived late and didn’t want to hassle with late night transportation. It was perfect.

Perfect place to sleep after arriving late from overseas. The place was clean and convenient.

Good for early morning flights. Saves rushing from your hotel to the airport late at night.

乗り継ぎ便の遅れにて利用日到着できず、翌日の朝に到着してチェックアウトの12時まで休憩用に利用しようと伺ったところ、無償でその日宿泊にしてくださいました。 本当にありがたいですし、優しさを感じました。

The walls of the pods were a little thin. I coule hear the guy next door snoring.

Quick and easy for overnight stay

comfortable capsule hotel inside bali international airport , esp. great if you are arriving late to airport or need to leave early for your flight. The capsule itself is good enough for sleeping but if you like to re-arrange your luggage and need more space, hotel itself has lots of space for it. Towel & toothbrush is also provided. I like the capsule itself having nice lighting

Excellent place to stay if your plane comes in overnight. I was able to sleep and take a shower in peace before departing the airport in the morning when it was safer. Staff was kind and everything was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Great for long layovers

This hostel is perfect for a late night arrival or long layover. The beds and capsule are comfortable, it’s very clean, the bathrooms are great, big locker, staff was nice. The only negative comment I would make is that they should have a water dispenser instead of giving out plastic bottles of water.

Such a good idea, every airport should have one of these so handy if you are arriving at night like I did. My friend flew in the next day and I just hopped out of bed and met her at arrivals. Staff were really friendly and it felt super safe for a solo female traveler like myself. The pods themselves were very private, clean and modern.

Good for a quick stop over. Convenient. Be mindful that people are coming in at all hours or getting up early to catch a flight- so earplugs are a good idea.

深夜に到着のフライトだったので、空港に併設されているこちらに宿泊しました。デンパサール国際空港の到着ロビーから一つエスカレーターで登って右側にホテルがあります。2階に上がるとすぐ右側に見えるので場所も分かりやすいです。とりあえず、5時間ほど仮眠がしたかったのと、身体だけでもシャワーを浴びたかったので予約しました。日本のカプセルホテルと同様のクオリティーの高さ。タオルと水も付いていて便利でした。シャワーはボディーソープしか付いていませんが十分すぎる設備だと思います。ドライヤーも言えば貸してくれます。ちょこっとした仮眠に丁度いいです。

It is cold and noisy, very convenient as it's in the airport, but I was cold and could not turn air con off which was also whirling all night, plus you can hear all the other guests coming in and out their capsules. The staff moved me to a lower bed which slightly helped the air con noise. Provided with towel and toothbrush and toothpaste and plenty of clean showers and toilets

Clean and staff are very approachable.
