It was excellent place to stay. The food, the size of the room, the location was great. We were just walking around to get our basic need, no need for transportation. The room was clean as new. The room staff was very helpful, they deal straight away with our need. The atmosphere are friendly and spacious for groups of people around. It’s worth with the price. When we need to print one sheet of our document, it’s free of charge, it’s really added to our stay.

Good location. Very friendly and courteous staff.

Room: No closet. No iron. Sheets were not clean. We had to call houskeeping to change them the first day. Breakfast: Fruits are very little. Eggs were cold. Only white bread available. Bath: Towels were worn out. No hand or face towels. Shower is not possible without holding shower-spray. No shampoo. No conditioner.

Its very strategic location, the staff is all friendlier, easy to talk too, really comfortable to speak with and very helpfull. I really love and enjoy staying there. The food is good. The room is spacious and clean. Really bless i got to stay there. Please maintain all the good work and best price. U guys really different than the one in rungkut.

Nothing except that minor which no provided with hair dryer. Everything is all good and almost to perfect.

New hotel at Tuban, interesting design, clean room, bright room (i love bright room), staffs are very friendly, same area with Kayu Manis Resto. Breakfast not too many variants but sufficient. Bedsheets not too clean Will be back here again

I went to Tuban and stay in Fave Hotel with my family during weekend. The location so strategic in the center on Tuban City. Room are so clean with COVID-19 protocol applied and the price rate affordable for family class. The food so delicious and they have friendly-helpful staff. We just explore Tuban on morning and evening, therefore we spent daylight only at hotel, and believe me, it is so pleasant. So, I recommend this hotel for all my colleagues who have plan to visit Tuban.

Need some improvement on sheet & bed cover cleanliness and breakfast menu. Some workout facilities such as gym or swimming pool are better to be provided especially for people who stay more than a night

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice

Strategic location in the city, clean rooms, decent breakfast, and ample parking area. There are no-smoking rooms, no work table or teapot and drinking water that is placed incorrectly in a dispenser in the corridor of the room to reduce waste of plastic drinking bottles. Upon arrival late afternoon there were no officers at the front entrance.

The mattress was hard and uncomfortable and sound when occupied and team members should be able to remember guests who have stayed more than 3 times, and can be seen from the identity also should be able to remember

All Good, except the breakfast, menus should be more variatif, acces oke, near with intercity bus shelter, the lounge are great, great value, and this review colomn is taking too long to write, what the hell

Excellent hotel. Spacious, clean and nice staff. The location also nearby eatery and cinema. One thing that probably lack is there is no swimming pool available. The counter walk in price also turns out to be cheaper than through online booking.

the interior in Fave Tuban Hotel was great and feels like 5 stars hotel. The room was excellent with minimalis design accompanied with some good amities and stuff. Also the movie channels are very entertaining.

Best place & best overall hotel in tuban, next please give more variety for breakfast. And please change all of the bath towel with the brand new towel because the towel looks dirty, cheap & broke. Please give the best for the customer for next time
