Er is enorm veel aanbod aan kampen in de Sahara, maar als wij terug zouden komen, zouden we zonder twijfel opnieuw hier boeken. Het personeel is zó vriendelijk en gastvrij, vanaf de chauffeur die je met de 4x4 naar het kamp brengt tot iedereen die daar werkt. Iedereen spreekt bovendien goed Engels en niets voelt opdringerig. Je kunt gewoon lekker je eigen gang gaan. De tenten kun je eigenlijk nauwelijks tenten noemen: van binnen zijn het gewoon volwaardige, comfortabele hotelkamers. Het eten was fantastisch. Big thanks to the queens in the kitchen!!!! Overal zijn fijne plekjes om buiten te zitten. ’s Avonds hebben we heerlijk buiten thee gedronken en ’s ochtends vanuit de sahara de zonsopkomst bekeken. Nog een praktische tip voor wie in de warmere maanden komt: overdag wordt het te heet om in het kamp te blijven. Op ongeveer één minuut rijden van het verzamelpunt bij Tamlalt zit Hotel Sunset Palace, waar je tegen betaling een dagpas voor het zwembad kunt nemen. Hadden wij dit vooraf geweten, dan waren we daar eerder naartoe gereden en hadden we de middag lekker bij het zwembad doorgebracht voordat we rond 17.30 uur werden opgehaald. Special thanks to Mohamed (mister Riddle), Ali and Youssef. Voor iedereen die nog gaat: neem je beste raadsel mee om te denken bij het kampvuur.

A Szaharának van valami igazán különleges varázsa. A táborból csodálatos táj tárul elénk, a dűnék között tett séták pedig felejthetetlen élményt nyújtanak. Az esték a csillagos ég alatt, a sivatag csendjében, még különlegesebbé tették az ott töltött időt.

A személyzet igazán kellemes hangulatot teremtett a táborban. Nagyon tetszett a kényelmes környezet és az ízletes, gondosan elkészített ételek is. Egy igazán kellemes élmény volt, ahol a sivatag szépsége mellett a vendégszeretetet is teljes mértékben élvezhettük.
