The staff was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The facilities were extremely clean and just stunning, and the value for the stay was excellent. We were only 15 minutes' walk from the main part of the medina, which was perfectly located so it was quiet and comfortable, and easily accessed by road.

Niets! Oud is niet erg maar er werd niets gerepareerd, hersteld of schoongemaakt. Zo’n prachtig pand en dan zo verwaarlozen! Echt vreselijk! Het dakterras om je ogen uit te schamen!

Alles was slecht! Het ontbijt was oneetbaar! Oud brood lauwe thee, geen verse jus. De hammamruimte werd niet warm gestookt. Het beddengoed stonk en ook de handdoeken. Laat staan het matras en de kussens. Bultjes overal.

Réception chaleureuse avec un verre de thé. L'entrée à la suite était grandiose et impressionante. La salle de bain spacieuse avec décoration marocaine originale. C'était très propre, confortable et très bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner riche et varié. L'emplacement du riad damia est au centre de l'ancienne médina. Parking gratuit possibilité de se garer dans la rue.

The staff was exceptional. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and comfortable and they were available ALL HOURS of the day for me. My flight arrived 13 hours earlier than expected and they were still around to let me in at 2am with no prior notice. They also gave me their whatsapp contacts so that I could reach out to them if I was ever in a situation where I required help outside the hotel. Hassan and Asmaa were spectacular hosts.

Everything was perfect, very warm welcome, perfect suite, very well equiped and charming decoration. Location is good as well. Very recommanded

We liked everything. The architecture of the RIAD was beautiful. We stayed in one of the bedrooms downstairs, we were 4 including my 2 daughters. Big bedroom with beautiful tile and woodwork. I saw another room upstairs that was big, but I believe we were in the best room. The staff was great. the manager was great. We left one suite case in our tour bus because we were coming from the desert and the suitcase was in minutes in our room; they took care of everything. Breakfast was good. Temperature in the room was fantastic. I don't have words to explain how satisfied we were. I am going to upload few photos including the door of our room, just amazing. Also, the ceiling of the room, what I could see laying down in bed. And my BED!

Mega nettes Personal, super schön und sehr gute Lage. Frühstück war super und wir konnten sehr spät einchecken - ohne Probleme.

Riad super curato con possibilità di Hammam nella struttura. Terrazza molto bella. Camere enormi e luminose, con muri finemente decorati. Staff accogliente.

Abbiamo prenotato un transfer per l’aeroporto in quanto ultimo giorno della nostra vacanza, il costo è stato assolutamente spropositato rispetto al servizio. 250Dh per una corsa all’aeroporto è eccessivo, ma visto l’orario di partenza molto presto la mattina avevamo timore di non trovare taxi disponibili. Se doveste essere nella stessa situazione vi sconsiglio di prenotare con la struttura, giusto fuori dalla porta della Medina (3 min a piedi) quella mattina c’erano 3/4 taxi pronti, il costo sarebbe stato almeno la metà, se non di meno.

Muy buena atención de los dueños, nos esperaron en la noche, cuando nuestro vuelo se retraso, nos proporcionaron transporte para la estación de tren y aeropuerto. Buena ubicación, desayuno contundente, habitación amplia.

No funcionaba el wifi en nuestra habitación.

Struttura fantastica ed enorme, in una posizione super comoda a soli 2 minuti a piedi dalla porta Bab Zait. La suite al piano terra in cui abbiamo dormito era spettacolare, un vero gioiello di comfort. Ottima anche la colazione, servita nella splendida cornice del cortile interno. A fare la differenza è stata l'accoglienza: il personale è di una cortesia e simpatia uniche, sempre disponibile e incredibilmente attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati dal primo all'ultimo giorno.

Very nice Place, in perfect Maroc style, all the personnel very kind, gentle and ready to assist fot any requests Riad to suggest 100%.

La taille de la chambre et la hauteur du plafond était appréciable.

La literie du lit double comme du simple était pitoyable. Nous avons demandé un 2eme lampe de chevet, sans en avoir en retour. Pas d espace de détente, canapés et tables raides étant le seul espace accessible, devant la chambre et à l entrée. Tarifs de la carte du restaurant guère intéressants.

We ordered a taxi that didn’t turn up We were told we could check in at 11am, arrived and told to come back and room would be ready later.. returned and was told we needed to go to another Riad for our first night. We didn’t have a choice and the other Riad the room was tiny and damp We requested extra toilet roll that was forgotten We were surprised on departure with an additional city tax which was not mentioned on arrival or during our stay

Everything was perfect. The rooms were perfect in size. Asma was excellent and went beyond our expectations. Breakfast excellent. I am not the type to give false reviews. Commendation where needed. I would highly recommend this place.

Можно было бы улучшить завтрак, добавить яйца хотя бы. А то только хлеб

Il Riad è bello con splendide decorazioni ed un patio interno spettacolare. Il personale si è dimostrato disponibile e cortese. Colazione buona.

Al nostro arrivo ci è stato comunicato che la Suite Superior prenotata non era disponibile per ragioni "sanitarie" e ci è stata assegnata una doppia standard. Dietro nostra richiesta, come compensazione, la gentile Asma ci ha offerto un massaggio per due persone presso l'hamman interno alla struttura che si è rivelato, però, molto deludente. Altra nota negativa la manutenzione, in un Riad a 4 stelle non ci si aspetta di trovare prese elettriche con fili a vista e armadi maleodoranti...

Déjeuner correct, aurions apprécié un peu de fruits ou yogourt. Autre suggestion : remplacer certaine literie, qui a du vécu.

Atmosfera MAGICA!!! Si entra in un altro mondo e in un altro tempo. Camera eccezionale!!! Arredamento TOP! Spaziosa e pulitissima. Facile da raggiungere. Ho parcheggiato la moto proprio davanti all' ingresso del Riad. Asmaa è super gentile e attenta alle necessità degli ospiti. Da provare il trattamento hammam.

serviettes de bain étaient usées et odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain car pas de siphon au petit déjeuner nous avions du café et du lait et non du thé à la menthe. Quel dommage 2 massages relax demandés : pièce non appropriée 2 tables montées à la va vite. Il faisait froid dans la pièce. Il a fallu demander aux masseuses de mettre une musique zen et non du folklore marocain pour nos 45min de détente.

とても素晴らしいリヤドでした。歴史を感じる設備と調度品で、非常に快適かつ非日常体験ができました。シャワーの水圧とお湯もよかったです。またこちらのトラブルに対しても、すぐにAzizが対応をしてくれ助けてくれました。困った時に対応してもらい、とても感謝しています。ちなみにこちらでpastilla をたべましたが、とても美味しかったです。 次はHammamをゆっくり体験したいと思います。 なおGoogleMapから2ブロックぐらいずれているので、注意してください。

Riad war gross, sauber und sehr gemütlich

What an amazing stay! From the moment you step into Riad Damia, you are treated like royalty in a setting that feels like a true palace.The suites are fit for a princess—tranquil, spotlessly clean, and featuring incredibly comfortable beds. The showers are exceptional with an abundance of hot water, and the WiFi is super fast. As for the breakfast, it is nothing short of a feast! What truly makes this stay wonderful, however, is the manager, Asmaa. She was beyond wonderful and nothing was too much trouble; she effortlessly organised our meals, transfers, and even a takeaway breakfast for our early flight. All the staff are really friendly and so accommodating. We also highly recommend the on site hammam spa—being scrubbed and pummelled was exactly what we needed after two days in the desert. The location is perfect: a stunning setting with city views, easy car access for pick-ups, and a short walk into a safe part of the Medina. This is easily the nicest riad we have ever stayed in while visiting Morocco. We are already planning our return for next year and will continue to recommend it to everyone!

Que salir al centro de la ciudad es tan complicado, y que la gente de alrededor se ofrece a llevarte pero luego te cobra un dineral por sacarte del laberinto que es la ciudad antigua de Fez

Sehr freundliches Personal, vor allem Herr Hassan! Ich habe gestern Abend spontan reserviert. Als ich um 23:00 Uhr nachts am Bahnhof in Fes ankam, hatte ich kein Bargeld mehr, nicht einmal für ein Taxi. Ich habe im Hotel angerufen und mir wurde sofort ein Shuttle organisiert. Auch heute früh klappte die Fahrt zum Flughafen super. Ein großes Dankeschön an Herr Hassan! ​Gutes Riad und günstig dazu. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber.“ Leider war ich nur kurz und musste ich früh nach Flughafen,höffentlich nechsten mal genieße ich den Frühstück auch.

Quando um estabelecimento em Marrocos apresenta uma tabela de preços em euros, isso denuncia uma exploração turística séria. Pedi uma garrafa grande de água; informaram-me o valor em euros e, depois, converteram para dirhams. Ainda pior foi na meia pensão: serviram-me uma tagine de frango composta por uma coxa e o molho, acompanhada apenas por um cesto de pão, sem qualquer guarnição de legumes ou arroz.

This place is fantastic. We were well greated upon arrival and even helped us with our luggage and parking. Hassan our host was exceptional and helped us our reservation for a Hamam and even found a hairdresser for my wife that came to the Riad to get her hair done. I strongly recommend this Riad you will amazed by the decor and service. The breakfast in the morning was exceptional. Thank you Hassan!!

Absolutely lovely Riad, kept in amazing condition- felt like you were back in time in an amazing merchants house.

Hard to complain ! The walk to the main Souq was about 15 minutes, but that provided a great insight into the back allies of the Medina - like everyone, I got a bit lost on the return journey, but that is the fun of exploring !

Il nostro soggiorno presso la struttura è stato eccezionale! La gentilezza, la disponibilità di tutto lo staff è da 10 e lode. Bellissimo riad appena dentro le mura della Medina e comodo per ogni spostamento. La camera era supr spaziosa con un bagno molto grande. Tutto l'ambiente era pulito e la colazione buonissima e abbondante. Ciliegina sulla torta la bellissima terrazza sui tetti di Fes. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura!

Das Zimmer war stark von Schimmel befallen. Ein Übernachten in einem solch verschimmelten Zimmer birgt grosse Gesundheitsrisiken. Solche Zimmer dürften gar nicht angeboten werden. Es wurden uns alternative Zimmer angeboten, die aber alle ähnlich muffig und schimmelig waren. Sehr schade, weil das Gebäude ist eindrücklich und das Personal ausserordentlich freundlich. Wir haben uns letztlich dazu entschieden, nicht in dieser Unterkunft zu übernachten.

Room was very tidy and comfortable. We had a wonderful night. The roof top is very romantic and has the nicest view. Hassan was very nice and helpful. He recommended a very good restaurant and organised the best tour guide for the old Medina. Could not have been better.

Außergewöhnlich aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Immer ein offenes Ohr oder eine kleine Hilfestellung für den Gast. Sehr gutes Frühstück und Essen. Mein Zimmer war herrlich. Abendessen auf der Terrasse ein echter Urlaubshöhepunkt.

l emplacement proche de la porte sud de la médina est très pratique. Le riad est magnifique et la chambre digne d une suite. Une terrasse couverte était appréciable avec la fraîcheur d avril. Le personnel hyper attentionné pour le service et les repas sur place et le massage de Doumia divin. L accueil parfait !

Il faisait un peu frisquet dans le hall mais difficile de faire mieux. La salle de bains pourrait être rafraîchie.

Gostei do atendimento da moça que nos rececionou no check-in, ela foi muito atenciosa e simpática e falava inglês muito bem.

Na noite anterior à saída eu pedi para prepararem meu breakfest um pouco mais cedo às 8:00 além de não ter sido atendido, fomos os últimos a ser servido, eles serviram primeiro todas as outras mesas e nos deixaram por último.

Sehr schönes restauriertes Riad. Wunderbare königliche Suite ganz oben mit Fenstern nach außen und schöner Aussicht auf die Berge. Dachterrasse direkt oberhalb der Suite. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber.

Sehr freundliches Personal, großes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. Das Riad liegt innerhalb aber am Rand der Medina. Die Motorräder könnten sicher direkt am Hotel abgestellt werden.

We really appreciated the traditional charm of the accommodation and the thoughtful decorative details throughout. The room was large and spacious, which made our stay very comfortable. Additionally, the location was very convenient and well-suited for exploring the Medina.

There was a persistent unpleasant smell both in the room and in the breakfast area on the ground floor, which seemed to be coming from the plumbing or toilet system. I’m not sure whether this is related to the age of the building or a more general issue in the Medina, but it was quite bothersome during our stay. Additionally, our room was located on the ground floor, and the only source of natural light came from the door and windows facing the reception and breakfast area. For privacy reasons, we had to keep them closed most of the time, which made the room feel very dark. We also requested some fresh fruit for breakfast. Although we were told it would be provided the next day, this did not happen. Lastly, we would not recommend the massage and spa experience. We booked a package that included a hammam and massage, but the hammam was not warm enough, and the massage itself was of rather average quality.

Asma and the other employees were incredibly helpful!!! So lovely and accommodating of our needs. They helped us book taxis and prepared an earlier breakfast for when we needed to leave super early! We felt safe and well looked after, thank you!

Le personnel est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos demandes. Nous avions un biberon à chauffer toutes les nuits et nous avions accès à la cuisine sans problème pour le faire. Nous avons aussi demandé des petits déjeuners comme c était sur les photos ( avec yaourts et fruits et des jus d oranges avec de vraies oranges, ce qui n était pas le cas au début), et cela a été fait dès le lendemain. Le personnel est réactif et très sympathique.

Riads will be our favourite Morocco experience. We felt like we were in a palace and our room was the royal suite. The host Asmaa was extremely helpful and friendly. The location close to Bab Ziat makes it easy to access by taxi. The rooftop terrace is the highest in the Fes Medina.

We dont mind stairs. Make sure you ask for a ground floor room if stairs trouble you.
