Reviewed Aug 29, 2026立地が別府温泉のど真ん中みたいなところで、道路からモクモク温泉の湯気が立ち込めていて、これぞ温泉宿という感じでした。歩いて温泉を回れるとのことでしたが、暑くて無理でした。女将さんがとても気さくな方で、フランクに接してくださいます。部屋は２つのうち、どっちがいい？と泊まる部屋を決めさせてくださいました。また、夕食の場所、温泉に入るならというアドバイスも下さって、結果とても良かったです。お隣の公衆浴場（宿の札で無料で利用、タオルも貸し出し）が個人的には一番良かったです。
部屋選びの際に、TVが見れる部屋ということで選んだのですが、なぜかテレビが映らず見れませんでした。（直接お伝えしていません、すみません）。二間続きのお部屋でしたが、エアコンが一つしかないので、寝室部分だけ冷やされていて、もう一部屋ではあまり過ごせませんでした。 設備は古く、共同トイレなので夜トイレに行くのに勇気がいる感じです。夜に子どもに起こされませんように！自分も目が覚めませんように！と祈りながら寝ました。結果、大丈夫でしたし、これも夏の思い出です。

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026The ryokan is a fantastic place to stay when staying and exploring Beppu. The rooms were very traditional, extremely comfortable and well presented. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the Onsen town and surrounded by baths. Our host was absolutely amazing and gave us plenty of information about the surrounding areas, including her recommendations on where to go and what to eat - I could not recommend this hotel more highly!

全般的に不潔。毛布にしらみのような虫がついており、私と幼児がかまれた。風呂に使用済みの歯ブラシが置きっぱなし。直前の人が使ったものではない。そもそもユースホステルのような雰囲気で、安いので外国人には人気のようだ。

Reviewed May 8, 2026Ngôi nhà truyền thống, rất đẹp, mọi thứ gọn gàng và yên tĩnh. Chiếu tatami sạch sẽ, nệm futon tinh tươm. Tôi đặt phòng 5 người cho gia đình. Chủ nhà nhiệt tình, dễ mến,còn tặng đồ ăn sáng onirigi home made rất ngon và chúng tôi rất ấn tượng cách đối đãi của chủ nhà. Chỉ là phòng ko có nhà tắm, chỉ có toilet,do đó mình trải nghiệm nhà tắm công cộng ,onsen gần chỗ ở chỉ 2 phút đi bộ. Khu vực kanawan đáng để quay lại và sẽ ở chỗ này lần nữa.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026The owner really makes you feel at home (especially if you can speak a little Japanese). She gives everyone little riceballs for breakfast every morning and leaves them at your door. The building is basically like an apartment connected to an old house. The location is walking distance from the 5 “Jigoku” attractions. The other 2, I decided to walk, which took 30 mins but you are normally supposed to ride a local bus. There are natural steam vents near the building as well which is cool.
Keep in mind, it’s a very narrow road system in this area. If you have a rental car, you need to be very careful because the roads are only as wide as your car plus a couple feet. Trying to find the proper parking spot required me to ask the owner on a rainy (low visibility) day and circle around. Building itself is older and creaky, but honestly thats part of the charm unless you’re not into that.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026女将さんがとても親切でした。雨が降っていたので観光地まで送って下さったり、翌朝は、高速バス停まで送って下さいました。 朝ごはんにおにぎり2種もご用意して頂けました。 また、薬草の蒸し風呂、100円の温泉などはすぐ側です。
高級感を求める方向けではないと思いますが、湯治場として、とても居心地がよいです。

Его хозяйка, Михо-сан, сердце и душа этого уютного дома. Благодаря её заботе, щедрости, сердечности, вниманию наше пребывание было сказочным! Дом традиционный, необыкновенно чистый, удобный, уютный, тёплый. В распоряжении гостей полностью оборудованная кухня и онсен. А спать на футонах под тёплыми одеялами очень приятно. Мы с удовольствием рекомендуем пребывание здесь всем, кто хочет испытать опыт настоящего японского гостеприимства.

She found us walking around a little early and brought us in to give us information about all of the main hells, local eats, and tickets (discount when bought through her). The stay is very comfortable and clean. Nice fridge and comfortable shared washing/ onsen area. In the morning, she left rice onigiri and onsen egg at the door for breakfast. For the price, the stay was great.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026Miho was so kind and generous! She gave us a lift to get breakfast, gave us snacks, let us check in very early and gave us lots of advice. Thanks so much Miho! The ryokan is old but quaint and we had a big, clean, warm room with extremely comfy futons. As per many ryokan there is no bathroom but we used the local sento/onsen. It's very traditionally Japanese. There is also a kitchen to prepare food.
The toilet/sink area could have been cleaner.

L'emplacement est parfait en plein centre entre les sources à visiter, les onsens publics et les restaurants. On peut tout faire à pied et le lieu est sublime
Tout était parfait je n'ai rien à redire. Si ce n' est que Beppu nous manque déjà.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2026ひろみや Toji Stay Hiromiya真的是太棒了，位置也相當優越，附近公車站牌很多，要去別府地獄湯都非常方便。當天入住快到民宿門口，就剛好遇到民宿主人Miho，Miho非常熱情招待我們進去，入住時Miho也介紹很多在地景點，甚至帶我們去旁邊的鉄輪むし湯體驗稻草蒸浴。入住雙人房，地板是塌塌米，非常乾淨整潔，而且Miho還幫忙準備暖爐，真的非常感謝，床墊鋪在塌塌米上，整晚都睡得非常舒適，空間也非常大，甚只有一個小客廳，窗外可以觀賞到蒸汽孔柱，早晨起床看到溫泉蒸氣緩緩噴放，景象真的非常夢幻，非常感謝Miho的招待，狗狗也非常可愛，希望短期內可以再次造訪如此美好的民宿。

・GoogleMapの案内では、近くまでしか辿り着けないので注意が必要 ・部屋に鏡はないので、メイクをする女性はそのつもりで

Reviewed Jan 25, 2026鉄輪温泉を満喫するには最適。建物は昭和な、雰囲気ですが、とにかく場所が素晴らしく鉄輪温泉のド中心で鉄輪でもココの前の道路ほどモクモク湯気で風情あるところはないくらいに素晴らしいところで、無料、100円温泉5つ巡って入るのに１時間少々でできてしまうくらいに素晴らしい場所でした。女主人さんの心配りが的確で実質的。割引チケット各種をくださるし、鉄輪温泉の温泉歩きにバスタオル、タオルを準備くださるし、食事についても的確に案内くださります。畳にひかれた布団はふかふかで寒い雪降る中でもぬくぬく安眠。具体的旅程へのアドバイスが簡潔かつ的確です。地獄めぐりには最高の場所です。 大切にされている17歳のワンちゃんいました。

Reviewed Jan 12, 2026The home is massive, we didn’t hear any of the other guests, it was very calm. The traditional japanese room we stayed in was clean, warm and comfortable. A private onsen is available inside the house. The lady running the house was the nicest, bringing us gifts and driving us around, helping us a lot. She definitely made our stay in Beppu very special. Amenities (onsens, convenience stores, restaurants…) were very close by, as well as the Hells of Beppu.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025鉄輪温泉の中心地にありたくさんのお風呂が徒歩圏内です。地獄めぐりも歩いて行けるので観光もしやすいです。オーナーさんがとても親切で、鉄輪むし湯に行く浴衣とチケットをセットで販売してくださったり、ひょうたん温泉の割引券もありました。お部屋も広く子連れでも泊まりやすかったです。

Reviewed Dec 17, 2025The best part was access to their private onsen. But overall we felt so welcomed, and it was so very cozy and our room was spacious. We were given a ton of local recommendations, and everything was so close by.
