少し古いのでコンセントとか洗面所とか仕方ないとは思いますが、良くない点と言うほどではないと思っています。

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Ryokan in zona kannawa, vicino ai primi 5 inferni quindi in zona molto comoda. Tre onsen nella struttura, all'ultimo piano una vista mare e una vista montagna e quella nel piano seminterrato. Abbiamo optato per la mezza pensione, cibo ottimo, personale gentilissimo, stanza spaziosa. Perfetto!! Comodo parcheggio disponibile.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026こじんまりとしていて、ゆっくり静かに過ごせました。 ２１時までのウェルカムドリンクには焼酎やソフトドリンクの他にアイスクリームもあって、堪能できました。 貸切の露天風呂も時間割の管理をされており、シーサイドビューは温泉煙と貴船城の景色が天空の城みたいな感じで素敵でした。
特にありませんが、窓はカーテンの方が陽が差し込むこともなくなるかと思います。

有一些設備比較老舊但是乾淨的，地下一樓旁邊倉庫沒有遮起來

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026全てにおいて非の打ち所がなく、これまで滞在した旅館の中で間違いなくナンバーワンです。 丁寧な接客やサービス、味はもちろん視覚的にも美しいお食事、素晴らしい温泉はもちろん、館内のデコレーションやBGMに至るまで細やかなこだわりが感じられ、本当に心地よい時間を過ごせました。 正直なところ、海外からの旅行客の方々を含め、これ以上有名になってほしくない、我々だけの隠れ家にしておきたいと思ってしまうほどのクオリティです。別府を訪れる際は、必ずまた宿泊させていただきます！ありがとうございました。
基本的に大満足の滞在でしたが、唯一、贅沢を言わせていただけるなら、部屋に移動する際の館内が少し暑く感じられました。共有スペースの冷房や、露天風呂の脱衣所に扇風機などを導入していただけると、湯上がりもさらに心地よく過ごせて完璧だと思います。

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026お部屋は清潔でオシャレでした。 全部で10室くらいなので、お風呂も混雑することもなく 快適でした。 朝食付きにしましたが、とっても美味しかったです！ スタッフの方々も丁寧でいい方ばかりでした。 また利用したいなと思う旅館でした。
お部屋の座椅子がもたれるには、低く おしゃれなのですが、ちょっとくつろぎにくい感じでした。 それだけが気になりました。

Not value for money. I .booked a room for USD475 but after I checked in, I just realised there is no bathroom in the room and I admitted that I missed it when I did the booking. But it is so unexpected that a room costed USD 475 but with no private bathroom. The onsen on B1 is old and wear. The private onsen on 2F is so open that people can see you naked from far. The tatami is very thin, not comfortable at all.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026とにかく温泉が気持ちよく、食事もとても美味しかったです。お米が光っていました。地獄蒸しも、自由に24時間使えました。卵を16時間ほど蒸したところ、味玉のように飴色になり、塩味が着いてとても美味しかったです。フロント近くのコーヒーメーカーがちょうど導入されたばかりで、とっても美味しくてビックリしました。アイスも嬉しかったです。スタッフの方も優しく、素敵な時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございます。

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026住宿位置很方便，周邊幾個主要景點都可以步行前往。工作人員非常有禮貌，服務親切。整個住宿期間環境十分安靜，打開窗戶就能看到鐵輪溫泉區四處升起的蒸汽，很有別府特有的氛圍。 房屋雖然有些年代感，但維護得很好，房間乾淨整潔。館內設有頂樓及底層浴池，可以體驗不同的泡湯環境。附近還有步行可達的大型超市，購物十分方便。從別府車站搭乘公車大約20分鐘即可到達。 整體來說，是一間交通便利、安靜舒適、溫泉氛圍濃厚的住宿，非常適合想要深入感受鐵輪溫泉的人。

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Near bus stop, I love the Kannawa neighborhood which was perfect to have an onsen-focused experience. We were able to drop off our luggage a few hours prior to check-in. Staffs were very kind! From the moment we checked-in we felt that we were welcomed and taken care of. For women, Many beautiful yukata to choose from. Room was spacious and beautiful and it has a private shower and toilet. The view from the room…wow! We could see the infamous steamy view of Kannawa and the mountains and oceans both. Walkable to Umi Jigoku and several eateries. We enjoyed our stay!!!
Unfortunately ryokan was not serving food during our stay. On one of the mornings, no coffee service was provided. The private onsen only has 1 shower facility so we had to take turns showering before hopping in the onsen.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Location is great within walking distance of all 7 hells of Beppu and in the middle of some awesome locations. You get given yukatas to wear around the hotel and in the lobby is free shochu and some boardgames and manga to entertain yourself with. The breakfast was fantastic. The private baths are fantastic and very relaxing.
The view from the private baths are a little disappointing but understandable as when you are in the bath you cannot see anything as the glass is blurred to prevent you from being seen by others but I do feel like another method to make the stunning views more visible from the baths would be awesome! I do wish the futons were a little thicker as when sleeping on the side my hip did dig into the floor and this was with two futons stacked on top of each other.

온천 물이 너무너무 뜨거워서 몸을 편안히 담글 수가 없다. 다른 곳은 그래도 온도 조절이 되거나 들어가서 릴렉스 할 수 있는데 이곳은 도저히 담그기도 힘들고 담궈도 금빙 나와야하고 온몸이 너무 뜨거워서 빨개진다. 여기 직원분는 그 온도기 좋은 거라는데 이론적으로 좋은 것보다 손님이 편안함을 느끼고 즐길 수 있는게 더 중요하다고 본다. 온도는 좀 낮출 필요성이 있어 보입니다.

予約(2泊3日)した際、メッセージで食事の予約をして確認の返信があったにもかかわらず、「素泊まりのご予約ですね」と言われました。チェックイン日(火曜日)は夕食の提供をされていないということは知っていたのですが、次の日の朝食は準備できないとのことでした。それ以降の食事は準備していただけたので良かったです。

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Das Ryokan hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist nicht das unscheinbare Gebäude, sondern unser kleines charmantes Appartement mit eigenem Onsen. Dort haben wir uns sehr zuhause gefühlt. Die beiden öffentlichen Onsen des Hotels sind ebenfalls schön. Auch war der Manager hilfreich, als es darum ging ein Auto zu mieten. Das umliegende alte Bäderquartier hat einen gewissen dörflichen Charakter erhalten und faszinierend sind die dampfspeienden Thermalanlagen.

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026한적한 골목길에 있긴한데 벳푸에 지옥온천에 엄청 가깝게있어서 나름 위치가 좋았습니다. 가까운거리에 5분거리에 24시간 운영하는코인세탁방, 편의점, 드러그스토어등 다있어서 위치가 좋았어요. 특기 지옥온천순례에 도보 10분거리, 렌트카로 1~2분내외로 도착할수있는 위치여서 좋았어요! 주차장은 료칸 바로 앞에 3대정도 주차가능하고 바로옆 공터에 편하게 주차가능해서 주차도 문제없었어요! 그리고 저희방엔 개인온천탕이 있긴했었는데, 체크인할때 예약제로 운영하는 프라이빗 온천도 너무좋았어요. 50분정도 사용가능해요! 다음에도 또 방문예정입니다.
체크인 시간이 10시인점이 너무 아쉬웠어요. 더 있고 싶었어요!

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026The staff were really friendly and helpful. The Ryokan itself was beautiful, and the traditional breakfast was excellent. The private onsen really topped the whole stay off. I unfortunately only had one night there, but immediately wished I had stayed in Beppu, and this Ryokan, longer. Many thanks to the staff for a great stay.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Emplacement parfait. Une belle chambre avec 2 futons confortables, très beaux taramis. Un petit-déjeuner typique absolument ravissant et délicieux. 3 types de onsen sont proposés (extérieur privatif rez-de-chaussee mixte, intérieur bains séparés homme-femme, privatif sur le toit sur réservation mixte).

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026The best Private Onsen title either Sea or Mountain views, 50 min complimentary session. We booked a family suite to spoil ourselves 1 night. We have a 2 level room. Upstairs living room has several tatami which were very soft and comfortable; if sleeping on the floor is the traditional Japanese style you do not mind experiencing. The bathtub is and onsen with spring water running. Very luxurious.
It was expensive but I needed a relaxing night which I was ready to pay for.

Very spotty hot water in shower or sink. Afternoon shower or morning sink, wildly fluctuating hot and cold water. Strange in a hot springs town.
