Reviewed Aug 10, 2026衷心感謝酒店員工的專業, 因入住當天的下午我們在別處遊覽時, 家人意外令身體受傷, 我們不懂得怎樣處理, 便決定盡快到酒店, 看酒店能否提供協助。到達後, 酒店職員簡單了解過情況後已即時遞上冰包及安頓家人, 我們想查看附近有沒有醫院或疹所, 他們二話不說便叫我們上酒店車, 他們立即載我們到附近醫院 (幸好幾分鐘車程外真的有間醫院)。而且, 治療完畢他們又載我們回酒店。感謝, 真的十分感謝。酒店房內的溫泉, 晚餐及早餐也十分出色。

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026A truly wonderful stay! We deeply appreciate the hospitality of all the staff. The cuisine provided at the ryokan (we were glad that we booked half board) was outstanding, one of the best during our 3 weeks trip through Japan. We were really grateful that the kitchen was able to accommodate our dietary restrictions since we have some vegetarians in our family and we are aware that this is a very friendly exception. Everything was so fresh and delicious and the kitchen took really care to provide a great experience to all of us. The rooms have a timeless design and the lobby was also very stylish. When one of our rooms suffered from a disfunctional air conditioner, the staff was quick to find a solution and were very helpful and worried about the problem. Everything was provided with great mindfulness and friendliness. Thank you for accommodating us so warm hearted. You blessed us with some unforgettable memories! All the best!

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026從客房的內浴池也能看到大海，可以一邊泡溫泉一邊欣賞日落！ 晚餐的日式套餐料理也是絕品，工作人員都很親切，細心的關心讓我心情非常幸福。 大浴場也真的很舒服，什麼都沒什麼好說的！ 總有一天，如果能在這裡悠閒地過年的話，那就太好了~

Reviewed May 7, 2026My friend and I have been to Obama before, but this was the first time we stayed at Iseya. The hotel itself is comfortable and wonderful, and the location is hard to beat - right on the main strip overlooking the ocean. The food was excellent. I came with a visitor from America who didn't eat fish. The hotel was able to substitute all her fish dishes for non-fish dishes wtihout any problem, and we all enjoyed our meal. The private onsen in the room is a great addition and fits two people very comfortably and 3 people with some difficulty.
Nothing, everything was great and I look forward to coming back to visit again! The only downside could potentially be that it is pricier than other alternatives in Obama, but as they say you get what you pay for.

Reviewed Jan 13, 2026전반적인 음식의 품질이 굉장히 높았습니다 어떤 재료로 어떻게 만들었고, 어떻게 먹어야 가장 맛있는지를 친절하게 알려주는데 말 그대로 일본 료칸에서 맛볼 수 있는 코스 요리 그 자체였습니다 방마다 딸려있는 작은 온천탕도 만족스럽습니다 살짝 매끈한 느낌의 물인데, 온천수 자체입니다 쉬어간다는 느낌이라면 이 이상 없을 훌륭한 곳이었습니다
아무것도 없습니다 이 정도 시설에서 아쉬웠던 점을 찾는 게 더 어려울 것 같습니다

Reviewed Nov 19, 2025J'ai vraiment adoré la chambre d hôtel avec vue sur la mer. La chambre était spacieuse et alliant modernité et tradition. Le gros plus est le onsen privatif dans la chambre, un rêve ! Le petit déjeuner était copieux et le personnel adorable, parlant anglais et essayant de m expliquer au mieux les différents fonctionnements de l hotel
Pas de réel point négatif. Peut être le prix mais quand on voit la prestation, il est largement justifié.

Reviewed Oct 22, 2025Seriously, best experience and completely worth the money. Room with private onsen was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner - experience traditional Japan with course meals. This is a hidden jem which mostly visited by Japanese people in fact we were only foreiners there. Car park free overnight just across the road. Public onsen was great with water comes out straight from ground as onsen set on the hot spring. Highly reccomend, it worth 5 star hotel experience.
