The hallway was not so nice

very nice Japanese style dinner and breakfast. Good service for calling hotel shuttle bus between bus terminal and hotel.

Only don't like the room got a wooden partition in which you can slide to separate room and bathroom. It makes an unexpected bang sound from the next room.

お部屋は綺麗で大浴場はコンパクトでしたが、綺麗で良かったです。

本館と別館を移動するのに外に出て移動するので、雨で足元濡れてしまった。

海外出身と思われる受付の人が一生懸命顧客対応をしているところが良かった。他の草津の宿泊施設と比べて車の出入りがしやすいという印象。

元々東北方面のツアーを予約していたのですが数日前にあった地震の影響で2日前に中止になり、急遽、湯畑から歩いていけるこちらのお宿が空いていたので予約しました。 こじんまりとしていたけど綺麗で夕食も朝食も美味しかったです。 姉妹館の広いお風呂にも入れたのでゆっくりくつろげました

夕食は姉妹館まで外に出て歩くのがちょっと、次回は本館で泊まってみたいですね。 ２名で利用したのですがバスタオル2枚のうち1枚だけすごく使い古しのバスタオルだったのでそれだけ残念でした。

まあ、コンパクトにまとまっていたのは良かったです 夕食も朝食も、美味しかってです。 特に朝食は満足していますが、夕食はもう少しだけボリュームが欲しかったです 後立地的に湯畑へのアクセスが思ったより近かったのが良かったです

一番に思ったのは、お部屋にあるハンドタオルとバスタオルが、ヨレヨレで使い古し感がありました。 姉妹ホテルのバスタオルはしっかりしてたので、同じ物にして欲しかった。 後温泉ですが、男女共コンパクトなのは承知してましたが、一つの方露天風呂が樹脂製の丸い風呂は雰囲気がなく寂しかったのと、やはり脱衣所が狭かったです！

朝食バイキングが、どれを食べてもとても美味しかったです。

23時頃になると大浴場の床の排水が悪くて、水浸しになっていたのが、とても残念です。

The receptionist can speak English. Everything is clean, I can get all toiletries items in the hotel.

Have to take off the shoes before entering the building but there’s no place to clean the luggage wheels.

Great location-close to the city square and across the street from a great large public onsen (Ōtaki no Yu). Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice, free laundry available, friendly staff, and lots of extras provided (like yukata, towels, waters, toiletries, etc.). Had a great stay.

食事の際、会場が広い割にスタッフが少ないのか、目が行き届いていない。デザートをお願いしたが、かなり待たされ、結局来ないまま。 他は良かったので残念。

清潔感がありあまり不愉快な感じはありませんでした。 スタッフの方々も一生懸命で好感が持てました。

たまたまですが、部屋のエアコンが前日に故障したとの事でした。 部屋を変える事も出来ないと言う事でヒーターを置いて対処して頂きました。 そのお詫びと言う事で近くの温泉施設の招待券を頂いたのですが、私の滞在中はメンテナンス中で役に立ちませんでした。 対応してくれたスタッフの方(海外の方)に文句を言うと言うよりは、温泉に入りに来てるのですから そう言う情報は客にも現地のスタッフにも共有できる様にして頂きたかったです。 正直言って損した気分になりました。

Heerlijk ontbijt en binnen 5 minuten sta je in het centrum van kusatsu. T.o.v. hotel een fijne publieke onsen.

Dat je slippers aan moet binnen maar dat je de koffers zonder schoonmaken mee naar binnen kan nemen.

Away from the main road but easily walkable

部屋は落ち着いた感じでした。 食事は大変美味しく、ボリューム満点お腹いっぱいになりました。 お得感があります。 駅までバスで送っていただきありがとうございました。

和える宿高松、喜びの宿高松は一緒の宿であったので紛らわしいです。 夕食、大浴場は外に出て行き来しないといけないので寒い季節は不便です。 支払手続きですが、スタッフの間違いで最後に不快な気分になり凄く残念でした。以後気をつけて下さい。 またバスタオルが二枚あると良いと思います。 売店に、部屋のお饅頭が売ってあれば買えたのに残念でした。

少し部屋が狭かった。 本館へ食事に行くのが足の悪い私たち夫婦には少しつらかったです。

Sehr schöne, moderne Unterkunft mit großzügigen Zimmern. Das Hotel verfügt über eigene Onsen, die sehr gepflegt sind. Das Abendessen im Nachbargebäude war exzellent. Sehr freundliches Personal, kostenloser Shuttle-Service zur Busstation.

食事の内容も多彩で量も多く食べ来てなかった。

強いて言えば夕飯は本館まで歩いて行かなくてはならないのでもし雨だったら少し面倒だと感じたかもしれません。

草津溫泉和宿 高松是相當新穎的旅館，整體環境舒適優雅，令人驚豔的早餐十分精緻美味，溫泉池雖然不大，但不遠處的姐妹館有大浴池可用，服務人員親切周到！

房間的廁所冲水時聲量過大，晚上使用會影響睡眠！

I went for the private bath on balcony and it was fantastic. The customer service was also great. On my last day they even gave me an umbrella for my walk to bus station. I wouldn't say that's a perk to expect every time, but just shows how much customer service is a priority for them

Lovely hotel, looks very new and combines traditional with modern features. The connecting twin rooms are great for families with children. Beds are comfortable. The onsite Onsen is very nice, clean and easy to use. Lovely home-made breakfast.

Rooms and especially bathrooms are a little small.

施設が新しい。 スタッフの対応が丁寧（夕飯が終わって帰ろうとしたら、提供状況を把握している様子で「デザートまだある」と教えてくれた） 草津の観光スポットへのアクセスがしやすい。 ネット接続が十分高速。

The only positive I can say about AeruyadoTakamatsu, is the onsen. Due to this altough we had booked four nights, we left after staying three. Staff are very helpful, but have poor english thus hard to communicate with. They provide pastries and tea/coffee in the afternoon, which is nice after the onsen.

The rooms are extremely small, there is no space to put your suitcase, the bathroom is so small "you can't swing a cat", luckily with the onsen we didn't have to use it. Breakfast has a very limited selection, you have to select type of eggs, sides the day before.

Staff was really kind and literally across the hotel in 1min walk you can find one of tthe largest onsen in town which is also my favourite one! Breakfast at this hotel is a must! Yukata and the jacket that was provided was really nice, soft and warm. Everything was very clean!

The staff was attentive and welcoming, the onsite breakfast was superb and the dining in the sister building was good. The room was comfortable and the private onsen was so relaxing. I would highly recommend this onsen a short walk from all the beautiful attractions and shopping.

It's not that I didn't like it, but I would not recommend the dinner option rather I'd would try the local restaurants, but defiantly get their breakfast...

This hotel is a big joke. The room was supposed to be soundproof but then you won't sleep because a train runs from 2am every 10 minutes. The noise is so loud it's like you're standing at a station. The bathroom is so small you can't use the toilet because your foot touches the wall. But the hit is to order a massage. The masseur can only come to your room but without his bed, he will massage you on a hotel bed!!! which reaches halfway down your calf!!! shock and disbelief
