ロケーションが良かった。朝食も美味しかったです。

部屋の温泉は、かけ流しにして頂けると、もっと、気楽に入ることができると思いました。

We arrived and the staff was very welcoming. All the facilities were clean. We stayed in the small house outside the main hotel and all was quite new and well maintained.

We told the hotel that we prefer the breakfast to be vegetarian- and they really kindly offered us to have it in the art coffee - saying there are salads, toasts and more options. In reality - the breakfast we’ve got was pretty embarrassing, with one piece of bread and butter aside, and small cup of “salad” with one cherry tomato and a bit of lettuce. We know that they meant for the best, but the experience wasn’t good. I am sure that in the hotel itself the experience would be better. The outside housing place is not comfortable for staying, because the shared space outside the rooms is not comfortable and the lobby of the hotel is also pretty far. It feels like an AirBNB but the property is not yours to use.

Es cuestión mía, no me resulta agradable tenerme que quitar mis zapatos y no tenerlos en la habitación. Entiendo que según su cultura se pongan zapatillas pero podían poner un mueble fuera de la habitación y que mis zapatos no se queden a 100 metros de ella .Pero eso es una opinión muy personal. Por lo demás todo el personal,agradable. También reservé habitación con bañera privada, no utilicé el onse porque no me gusta que me separen de mi pareja ni me gusta meterme desnuda. No comulgo con esta cultura pero la respeto

Location and ability to park the car before the check-in. It is very close to the Sainokawara park. And short distance from Yubatake. The Japanese breakfast was really good.

We stayed at Pedalo and it is not connected to the rest of the hotel. We had to take our luggage on our own down and up the hill walking on the street.

建物が古さがとても魅力的な感じのホテルでした。 お部屋も隅々まで綺麗に整えられていて、とても良かったです。 今度は別のお部屋にも泊まってみたいです！

段差が多かった

温泉街中心から少し離れているので静か。建物がリノベーションされており清潔で快適。 食事も量、質共に良かった。

部屋付きの浴室のシャワーの温水の温度がなかなか上がらなかった。

温泉宿で普通ありそうなお茶（とお菓子）がなくて、フリーのアメニティにも緑茶はなく紅茶のティーバッグのみ。座布団もなし。敷布団がムアツ布団？ 一般的な温泉宿だと思って行くと微妙にずれ感が。

Très beau ryokan luxueux et bien placé dans le village. La chambre avec futons ainsi que le public bath sont très agréables. Le personnel est au petit soin.

館内は落ち着いた空間で、ゆったりと過ごせました。 夕食も朝食も健康的なメニューで、繊細な味付けがとても美味しかったです。特に夕食の和食のコース料理は、良いタイミングで次の料理が運ばれてきて一品ずつゆっくり味わうことができました。 お風呂のお湯も本当に気持ちよく、リラックスできました。

設備全体がとても綺麗で宿の歴史と現代の流行が調和されていた印象でした。

良くない点は無いです。温泉の泉質は良いと思います。可能であれば入浴の都度使えるように、お風呂の入り口に乾いたタオルを設置して頂けると入浴をもっと楽しめるかと思います。

趣きのある雰囲気で朝食が美味しかったです。また、湯畑、西の河原に近く散歩を楽しめました。

Personale estremamente gentile. Onsen comune disponibile senza sovrapprezzi per nulla affollata, disponibilitá anche di onsen privata. Stanza pulitissima ed ampia, ambiente silenzioso e curato. Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro del paese, la via dei negozi ed il parco

Maravilloso. Excelente relación calidad precio. El personal fantástico y muy amable. La habitación familiar estilo japonés con futones muy cómodos y muy amplia. Todo el alojamiento impecable. El onsen es fantástico, tranquilo, limpio, una maravilla. La ubicación es genial. Con servicio gratuito de shuttle para ir a la estación de autobús. Una experiencia increible. Totalmente recomendable.

Il n'y a pas de douche dans la chambre, ni de douche privative dans l'hôtel. Pour le prix nous avons trouvé cela choquant. Le logement est mal isolé.

送迎、出迎え、見送り特別感を感じました。 温泉も気も強く利用出来ました。 館内もお部屋も綺麗でした。 できれば再度利用させていただきたい。 今度は、食事付きで利用したいです。

とても趣きのある外観で、内装はどこも新しくとても快適でした。スタッフも親切で好感が持てました。

スタッフから事前に伝えられていたことだが、古い建物を改装した施設のため、上下左右の部屋の音がよく聞こえました。お互いに配慮し合って利用することをお勧めします。

綺麗で従業員の方々の対応がかなり良かった

とにかくお風呂が素晴らしいです。 とても清潔で、西の河原と万代鉱があって、本当にお肌がツルツル、ピーリング効果がすごいです。

和室だったのですが、改築したと思われる箇所の造作の仕上げが粗く(床柱が一部削れたままになっていたり)残念に思いました。また、お部屋に金庫がないのは不便に感じました。

遠離吵鬧的草津老街，安靜、悠閒

朝食は手作り感満載で、健康に配慮され美味しかった。銘々皿への盛り付けもよく見栄えが良かった。 施設全体的に清潔感があった。 スタッフの対応は感じよかったです。

長湯すると脱水するので、脱衣所に給水器があるとよかった。 アメニティは最小限の装備で、特徴がなかった。

Die Lage ist perfekt! Man kann alle Onsen leicht erreichen und ist sofort in der Innenstadt. Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Onsen im Hotel ist super.

隅々まで清潔で大きく、風情がある。 静かで、街の中心部まで近い。

朝食も、お食事処が広々として、静寂でとても満足しました。テーブルに運んでくださった方は、きっと心を込めて作ってくださったであろう方。優しい笑顔もとても印象的。作り手を感じながら食事を楽しめました。立地も大変良く大満足。ホテルから観光に出る時や、チェックアウト後にも、足湯に入ることで満足感が上がります。チェックイン時も、ホテルに到着する際、植木をお手入れされてる方にもご宿泊ですか？と声をかけていただいたり、チェックアウトではスムーズに靴を用意してくださるなど、行き届いたおもてなしがとても良い旅になりました。

Beaucoup de raffinement, de l’espace, du confort et le personnel tellement attentionné! C’était magique!

飯店提供免費接駁車往返草津溫泉巴士總站，去程我們請巴士站的遊客服務中心協助聯繫飯店；回程則是在入住前有先和飯店溝通隔日要搭9:50前往輕井澤的巴士，飯店貼心安排9:30的接駁車。巴士站到飯店的車程大概僅5分鐘，但部分路段上下坡且無人行道，建議自行評估是否需要接駁車。 環境很好，房間乾淨(只有廁所沒有衛浴設備)，浴場乾淨、有室內外池。 早餐烤魚很好吃，不是生魚片剛好符合個人喜好～ 入住當日是夏季週五晚上，可能遊客不多，沒有特別感覺到隔音不好的問題。

All the details of the property were so considered and it is a lovely design. The onsen was wonderful. Having never experienced one before, this was a great introduction. The staff were so attentive.

I would have loved a little more room with three teenagers but it was surprisingly comfortable given the small space.

Service staff were extremely attentive and remembered my preferences clearly even though they were minor. Room was very spacious and more than enough room for two. The baths were very enjoyable and the water was good. Breakfast and dinner was very good and I also enjoyed the alcohol served. I would say the ryokan experience was excellent and definitely worth staying. Staying in this ryokan is a highlight for my trip to Japan.

The ongoing renovation closed part of the hotel and hence made the place a little confusing. The bathwater at the onsen became quite hot indoors when no one was using it. Otherwise the hotel is a good experience.

部屋に貴重品金庫が欲しい

スタッフの皆さま方がとても親切に対応してくれました。女将さんがお客さん一人一人を把握していてビックリしました。

晩御飯のメニューは良かったのですが、なかでのカモ肉料理は美味しくなかったかな 好みの問題かもしれません… 鍋の出汁はとても美味でした

お部屋も広くて、とても綺麗でした。 お風呂む最高😀 コーヒーのサービスも私達が飲むとき、途中で品切れになったら、すぐに補充してくれました。

全くないです。 リニューアル改装中の部分が早く終わるといいですね。 要望としては、浴室タオルが干せるタオルハンガーが部屋に置いてあるとよいなと思いました。

とても清潔で畳も綺麗で気持ちよかった。スタッフさんが親切で皆感じが良かった。 浴場のドライヤーがRefaなのと、室内に雪肌精のクレンジングから乳液までのスキンケアセットが2つあったのが嬉しかったです。 あと、朝ごはんがとても美味しかったです。

とくにありませんが、寝室にもテレビがあると良いなぁと思いました。

Very nice stuff, very clean super location

Prachtig hotel met een serene rust. Mooie onsen met ook privé onsen waar je samen in kunt. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kamer was prachtig en de bedden uitstekend.

Wat tegenviel was het avondeten. We zaten in een grote zaal waar het menu erg snel achter elkaar geserveerd werd. Ook de kwaliteit en smaakbeleving vind ik matig voor hotel van dit kaliber. Ontbijt was verzorgd maar wel erg Aziatisch wat natuurlijk ook geen probleem is maar een broodje of id was wel lekker geweest.

Absolument tout. l’emplacement est super, le personnel au petit soin. C’était vraiment un service impeccable. L’hôtel est magnifique, le Onsen publique de l’hôtel est aussi très beau et très moderne. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel à cet hôtel et dans la ville. Nous nous attendions pas à un standing pareil au vu du prix très abordable. Ce séjour à l’hôtel nous laissera un souvenir impérissable. Merci encore à tout le personnel pour ce service de qualité, leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse. Je vous le recommande vivement les yeux fermés.

Le personnel était vraiment très accueillant et disponible ! Nous avons profité du onsen (non mixte) en soirée et ce fut très agréable. La chambre était sublime ! Une vraie expérience à la Japonaise ! Il y a un parking à l’arrière et l’hôtel se situe littéralement à deux pas du parc et du centre ville.

It is a wonderful Japanese style hotel with very friendly staff and nice facilities such as indoor and open air baths. Since we only stayed one night, we almost felt like there was not enough time to enjoy it! Would love to come back. It is conveniently located in the town.

It is difficult to find fault with anything, but if you really tried, maybe one could say it is a bit loud in the building, and sounds travel easily. However, other travelers were quiet, so it was not an issue for us.

なかなかきれいでした。

サウナが無いのと部屋のお湯とエアコンがイマイチでした。

館内もお部屋もすみずみまでとても綺麗でよく手入れされていました。 スタッフの対応も丁寧で居心地が良く、コーヒーサービスがあったのでひと休みすることができました。 お料理も品数豊富で美味しかったです。別注文のケーキも甘すぎず美味しくいただきました。 足湯も気持ちよく、最初から最後まで草津を満喫できました。

お湯がとてもよかった。ご飯も美味しかったし、量もたっぷりで満足です。スタッフさんも外国の方がほとんどでしたが、皆感じよく快適に過ごせました。

お刺身には丸くて白い洋皿など、 せっかく美味しいお夕飯の「食器類」が全て残念でした。

Ontbijt, net zoals het geheel van het hotel/ryokan, is op en top japans. Verwacht geen westers ontbijt, maar volledig japans, net zoals het optionele diner. Interessant, uitgebreid en van hoge kwaliteit. Wel vantevoren reserveren! De kamer was heel erg ruim, met gelukkig 2 comfortabele bedden. Let op: er zijn veel kleinere kamers ook met futons waarbij je op de grond ligt. De kamer had ook heel comfortabele luxe stoelen, zelfs voor langere mensen heel prettig om in te zitten. Rust wordt gewaardeerd, ook omdat de deuren nauwelijks geluidswerend zijn. In de kamer liggen ook yukata's en is het de bedoeling dat je deze ook draagt naar het ontbijt of diner.

De informatievoorziening over de Onsen. Het water heeft een heel lage pH waarde (1.6) waardoor je er zeker niet lang in moet liggen (max 5 minuten). Het restaurant is niet heel erg gezellig ingericht: een grote zaal.

L’esprit de la tradition. Le calme et la pièce suffisamment grande et agréable. L’Onsen a été un vrai plaisir. Les personnels ont été de vrai professionnels.

Superbe hôtel idéalement situé, à proximité des commerces et des principales attractions de la ville, facilement accessibles à pied. Le personnel est attentionné et très soucieux du détail. La chambre tatami est charmante et spacieuse. Le onsen, de grande qualité, est particulièrement appréciable pour se détendre après une journée de visites.
