Convenient to the Old Quebec City. The host tried to help us when we got trouble. We were enjoined in the staying. All facilities are functional.

Maybe only the raciest security in the residential building at the beginning. I think majority of the Quebecers are friendly.

La struttura si trova in un quartiere tranquillo e vicinissimo al centro storico. Di fronte alla struttura c’è un grande parcheggio e ci hanno dato anche degli sconti da utilizzare e che ci sono serviti. Molto consigliato

El tamaño de la habitación, limpieza y cama cómoda. Aunque no está en el centro turístico, se puede ir andando. Repetiría sin duda.

Llegamos antes de la hora del check-in para poder dejar las maletas, pero durante un rato no pudimos acceder al edificio. Al no haber recepción y tratarse de un alojamiento con self check-in, no tuvimos ninguna alternativa hasta que apareció un hombre muy simpático que nos ofreció la posibilidad de utilizar un locker de pago para dejar el equipaje.

Le studio correspond aux photos, il est propre et bien aménagé. C'est calme et bien situé. Le parking Indigo situé juste en face et le ticket de réduction sont un critère importants. Le personnel est accueillant, aimable et serviable

Proximité des transports en commun. Gare et ligne de bus très proche et très bien desservis.

Les draps du lit étaient un peu juste en taille. Mais le lit était très confortable.

Clean and well-equipped with everything you need. The reception staff were excellent and very helpful. Lockers are available, which is very convenient. The place feels very safe and quiet, and the kitchen is great, with all the necessary amenities. The area is central and close to the grocery store and train station.

A lot of steps to get to Old Quebec, the area felt a little rundown. Not ideal if you do not have a car.

Vieux-Québec è raggiungibile a piedi, ma il tragitto comporta scalinate e salite impegnative. Struttura dal sapore universitario/residenziale, moderna e funzionale ma priva dei servizi di un hotel classico.

Piccolo monolocale accogliente e curato. Pulito. Posizione un po' decentrata ma il centro è facilmente raggiungibile percorrendo un lunga scalinata. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Avevamo la stanza al primo piano ed era un po' rumoroso .

מדובר בחדר סטודיו במעונות של אוניברסיטה. החדר בדיוק כפי שמופיע בתמונה. נמצא במרחק הליכה של כ 20 דקות ממרכז העניינים. הכל היה נקי ומסודק. מטבח מאובזר, מזגן נייד, קצת רועש, אבל עדיף על כלום (לא יצא לנו להשתמש בו, כך שלא יודעת איך יהיה לישון איתו). חדר שירותים עם מקלחת בחדר. הגענו כמה שעות לפני צ'ק אין וחדר שלנו עדיין לא היה מוכן, אז השתמשנו בלוקר שלהם בעלות של 5 דולר, מאוד נוח. האזור מאוד שקט. המקום מומלץ בחום.

Está bien ubicado, el acceso es autónomo y sencillo, el edificio tiene cuarto de basuras, lavandería (aunque creo que hay que bajar una app o algo para usarla...) y la habitación tiene de todo: saloncito con sofá y tele, cocina, baño completo y la habitación con la cama. La nevera hace algo de ruido, pero la zona es tranquila y se duerme bien.

Hay varios carteles con normas y pareciera que tienes que ir con mucho cuidado por si haces algo mal (no freír, tirar la basura cada dos días, no dejar comida en la encimera...). Tienen aire acondicionado con un tubo a la ventana, así que no sé si esta puede abrirse. Pusimos la tostadora y empezó a sonar la alarma del detector de humos; llamamos a un número, como ponía un cartel, pero no conseguimos hablar con nadie. Luego lo dijimos a una persona del edificio y fue muy amable: nos dijo que puede que la tostadora estuviera rota y que nos la cambiarían o que al detector de humos le faltara pila (al día siguiente pusimos el extractor y todo bien).

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment, sehr ruhig gelegen und Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in 5 Minuten Entfernung. Besonders praktisch war die Möglichkeit, vergünstigt im gegenüberliegenden Parkhaus das Auto abzustellen.

Man ist in ca. 15 Min zu Fuß in der Stadt. Die Coupons fürs Parken (8$) sind sehr hilfreich. Die Parkgarage ist direkt gegenüber.

Die Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen.

Résidence très bien située pour visiter Québec ! Il y a des arrêts de bus à proximité mais le centre est accessible en une quinzaine de minutes à pieds seulement. L'appartement était spacieux et confortable. Il y a une très bonne boulangerie à proximité pour le petit-déjeuner.

Très bon séjour dans un appartement très bien équipé et très propre. Le personnel est très sympathique et possibilité d’obtenir des coupons de réduction pour le parking en face.

The property exceed our expectations from the moment we arrived when the gentlemen in the office helped us to get through the doors and talking about accessing the property and our room. The room was very spacious, with hot plates to cook, air-conditioning, coffee machine, very comfy bed and large bathroom area with plenty of towels and complimentary products i.e. shampoo, conditioner and body wash. This property far exceeded our expectations and we would recommend the property to everyone.

It is quite a long uphill climb to the old city We took Ubers in the morning and walked back in the evening. You need to walk past where the homeless hangout and sleep so you need to feel comfortable with this!

Very spacious studio with kichen close to the centre of Quebec.

Bien situado, para ir al centro histórico de tardaba unos 20 minutos andando, con un poco de subida pero paso agradable. Quitando el ambiente de la calle principal el resto de la zona tenía buen ambiente. Te dejan unos datos consigna con las llaves de la habitación, si no lees un mensaje previo (que cuando estás viajando no siempre miras como fue mi caso) puedes tener problemas. El problema fue solucionado por el personal que estaba en la oficina. Gracias por la atención.

El primer día no realizaron limpieza, el segundo cuando regresamos hacia las 5 de la tarde del sábado aun estaban limpiando y tuvimos que esperar un rato.

The vibes on the street…..which we knew about well before we rented. We were in the Hotel de Ville area and with “Lyft”…the uphill ascension was resolved.

La résidence est très propre (nettoyage fait aux 2 jours) et bien située, à 10 mins de marche du Vieux Québec, avec un stationnement à prix réduit (8$/jour) situé juste en face, facile d'accès aux grand axes routiers

Le lit: le matelas a du vécu (un creux bien marqué au centre) et est posé sur 2 morceaux de bois de dimensions irrégulières et qui se chevauchent, pas vraiment confortable.

Amenities and overall facilities were great. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels. Kitchen amenities were basic, enough to heat up food but somewhat limited on supplies, but we didn’t plan on cooking! Nice option having 2 types of coffee makers, drip and keurig. Quiet building. Discount parking option was appreciated. Many restaurants, pub and grocery options within a few blocks. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved having AC as it was hot in July week we were there. AC unit noisy to sleep at night but we just used the fan and that worked out fine. One thing to consider is location is at low point below the major attractions, so all up-hill walk (only 20-25 min) unless you take your car. There are buses and we used Lyft one day. As others mentioned, sadly some homeless in the area but we never felt unsafe. We would still stay here again.

Our room was very spacious. Rather than a standard hotel room, it was a studio apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a sofa, a comfortable bed, and a large bathroom. Everything was modern, spotless, and well organized. It was especially comfortable for us, as we were travelling with our three-year-old son. There was plenty of space for all three of us, including his travel cot. The hotel is not located in the heart of Old Québec, but it is in a convenient location: close to the train station and about a 20-minute walk from the historic centre. We also made use of the hotel's laundry facilities, which were excellent and very convenient during our trip.

The only downside was the refrigerator, which was extremely noisy. Falling asleep wasn't always easy because of the constant humming. Unfortunately, it was much louder than expected.

Le stationnement à rabais à proximité. La chambre était entièrement équipée pour la cuisine. Le réseau fonctionnait très bien et il y avait de l’air climatisé.

Fue una experiencia sumamente completa y maravillosa. El apartamento es bellísimo, muy espacioso, excelentemente distribuido y con todo lo necesario para vivir cómodamente (cama, sala, comedor, baño y cocina equipada, con lindos detalles como utensilios y café de cortesía). Además, cuenta con supermercados y tiendas de barrio muy cerca, lo que hizo que cocinar fuera facilísimo. Todo el proceso de check-in y check-out mediante indicaciones fue sumamente claro y fácil de interpretar; y aunque no hay recepción presencial constante, la comunicación a través de Booking fue excelente, con alertas y acompañamiento continuo que te hacen sentir respaldado en todo momento.

¡Nada! Todo estuvo absolutamente perfecto y superó mis expectativas.

El apartamento era espacioso y tenía de todo. Estaba muy bien ubicado. Fue muy fácil acceder con la ayuda de las instrucciones remitidas por el personal.

J'aime toujours profiter des résidences universitaires l'été pour voyager, c'est abordable, mais super confortable et bien pensé. J'ai pu faire du télétravail et profiter de certains de mes endroits préférés de Québec!

L'air climatisé était assez bruyant, heureusement que j'avais des bouchons pour dormir la nuit.
