鄰近的景點距離較遠，晚間較適宜待在飯店內休息或泡溫泉

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026The location was excellent -- very close to the main onsen streets and gassho village, and just a bit of a walk from the train station. The staff was very helpful and even made a dinner reservation for us at a local restaurant prior to our arrival. They also gave us good tips about shops to visit and onsen-hopping opportunities (which we largely skipped due to the hot weather). The facilities all seemed quite clean and new.
The breakfast was quite basic, as advertised, though tasty -- but if this helps to keep the costs down, it's worth the tradeoff.

沒有不喜歡，是建議早餐可以多增加蛋白質類食物，果汁換成新鮮水果更棒。

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026La simplicité avec le grand charme de ce petit ryokan où le staff qui parle bien anglais t’accueille de manière vraiment douce et gentille. L’onsen privé à payement mais tellement agréable surtout le soir avant de se coucher ! Du pur bonheur ! D’autant que les onsen publics que j’ai fait pendant la journée étaient plutôt vétustes comme leurs hôtels …. Le eyokan te donne yucata et panier 🧺 pour les onsen et tu peux te balader ainsi dans tout Gero ce qui est hyper relaxant 😌
L’odeur persistante dans la chambre de nourriture. J’ai dû aérer longtemps pour la dissiper à moitié seulement. Le petit dej. L’idée du panier a retirer le matin directement dans la chambre est très bien, par contre ce qu’il y a dedans est vraiment hyper basique et bcp trop industriel. Dommage pour l’endroit qui mériterait + d’attention dans ce détail important du petit déjeuner. Simple oui mais davantage artisanal et de qualité.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026The place is absolutely awesome! We opted for it because we wanted something as close to a Japanese style as possible, and it was just that. We slept in a tatami room on futon beds and in the morning we had a basket with miso soup and some other stuff. Everything was really clean. The private bath was nothing less than fantastic and Gero, in general, is a quiet and relaxing place. 100% recommend. Also, the staff was very nice, explained everything very well in English and really kind and friendly overall.

Reviewed May 12, 2026The hotel was exactly as described. I was looking for exactly this type of accommodation. I must say I found the futon really comfortable (it was my first time). The staff was very helpful, even with my late arrival.
Finding the hotel was a bit complicated, I would add an updated photo of the exterior during the day and at night. I would like to point out that the hotel sauna is only available for a fee.

There is a bath available at additional cost, otherwise vouchers are available for discounts at local bathhouses and hotel onsens. Breakfast is a basket of items (soup, croissant, roll, juice) that you collect yourself and enjoy in the privacy of your room. This is a small but quiet hotel away from the noise and size of other hotels in the village.

ユニットバスなのでどうしても洗面台が小さく狭く感じた ホテルのスタッフもどんどんいろんな宿の温泉に入ってみて感想などをお客様に伝えられる様になるとよいと思った

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026La habitación era muy bonita con tatami y asientos bajos y la cama era cómoda (elegimos cama para descansar mejor). El baño correcto, disponen de un pequeño baño privado que puede reservarse por un suplemento y que era muy relajante. El personal es muy amable y prestan yukatas y sandalias todos muy limpios para usar durante la estancia.
El desayuno está incluido pero es un poquito escaso, aunque correcto teniendo en cuenta que es un ryokan.
