Ist kein Personal vor Ort, daher Bewertung auf sehr schlecht. Online-Checking mühsam. Drehschalter, um Code ei zugeben, ist bwi der Eingangstüre im 5. Stock nicht gross sichtbar. Das muss man wissen, dort den Code einzugeben

Unlocing the capsule was challenge, it was not opening sometimes, bathrooms were not clean, towelmwas.not replaced. They should also provide keys for the luggages.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Since pods were so cramped it was helpful to have the shared cowork space downstairs to organize clothing. Pods were very dark and quiet for sleeping.
Maybe I’m just not a pods person but I didn’t enjoy such a confined space. Shared toilet and shower stall meant very wet and steamy bathroom space.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026I loved a lot how calm is the place and organized it is, very close to the city center and to the train station, very quite and easy to reach.
My first experince in a capsule hotel and will probably be my last as i discovered i am quite claustrophobic, i do not recomend it if you are someone who struggles beinf in closed small places like me.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Toilets and bathrooms were adequate for the number of guests. Codes made it easy to access the building, hotel floor, and individual capsule. Location was fine.
This capsule hotel was essentially a hostel. Luggage and personal belongings in the shared spaces. Capsule was quite narrow and lockers were too small to accommodate my rollerboard, which is a standard carry-on size.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026First time in a capsule hotel. Was very VERY impressed. The way the capsules are decorated, with backlit green foliage panels, a huge mirror, and great light and ventilation, IT DID NOT FEEL CRAMPED!! I was incredibly and pleasantly surprised
The bathrooms are a bit on the small side. But they were very clean, and everything worked fine

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026We loved that our pods were close to each other. It made our stay more convenient and enjoyable, especially since we were traveling together.
Unfortunately, we didn't have the best night's sleep. Several guests were loud well after quiet hours, and the lack of air conditioning made the pods extremely hot and uncomfortable. We tried sleeping with our pod doors open to get some airflow, but that meant dealing with bright lights and even more noise. Overall, it made for a pretty miserable night and significantly impacted our stay.

Kapselen er lite lydtett, så man kan høre når folk snakker eller romsterer utenfor i fellesområdet. Det følger heldigvis med ørepropper hvis man ikke har det med selv. Dette er et lite minus opp mot alt det positive med overnattingsstedet.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Have stayed in a few capsules placed around the world, this ranks in the top two. Very clean and comfortable. The check in app is convenient and the staff/support team is very responsive on WhatsApp.
Nothing in particular. They dont offer pre-storage of bags before check in, which makes sense for the model in which they operate where there are no staff onsite.

Nunca me enviaron el codigo para ingresar a las habitaciones. Lo reclame por todas la vías posibles. Nunca me lo mandaron. No hay personal que resuelva urgencias. Los teléfonos y líneas de wsaap no funcionaron para pedir el codigo de ingreso. Pase la noche en un sillón de la recepcion sin poder ingresar a mi habitación. Una lastima. Varios huéspedes tuvieron mismo problema. Las instalaciones se veían bien

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026The capsule hotel was just a few minutes away from the city center. It was no noice from the street or from any other capsules. The bed was comfy and the room has AC. The stand responed quickly to my messages on WhatsApp. Overall a 10/10 for the pricerange. Would absolutely recommend staying here.
I did have some trouble with check in. I did not get the codes needed on email, but the staff were helpful

無人なのでチェックインがオンラインで複雑で、時間かかったし分かりにくかった。 無人ならもっと簡単にしてくれないと困る人沢山いると思います。
