Localização muito boa perto da estação e do cais de barcos, perto do centrinho da cidade também. Praticidade no check-in e check-out, máquina de café, boa cama e chuveiro, boa Internet. Tudo self-service mas bem organizado.

Tamanho do quarto, um pouco apertado, mas não desmerece o restante do serviço oferecido.

Great location for walking around Lucerne, but noticeable was some vagrant people hanging around the park next door. No issues, just a little more vigilant when walking back at night. Very close to river sites, watchtower and lake. Moderate walk to the train station and ferry with suitcases, even ones designed for rougher paths.

Room was very basic. Didn’t engage with staff at all. All self serve check in / out,which didn’t bother us, but had more of a hostel vibe than a hotel.

O quarto era muito espaçoso e moderno, com linda e calma vista diurna do jardim e igreja franciscana. Boa cama, bom banho. Apesar dos eventos noturnos no bar, não nos sentimos incomodados. Muito próximo dos maravilhosos: Kapellbrücke, rio Reuss e ruas centrais.

Apesar do edifício ser antigo e lindooo, o elevador é super apertado e o depósito de bagagem sem segurança.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful with ideas of where to go in town. The room was small but comfortable and well set up. The air conditioning was most appreciated in the hot wheather. Self checkin was smooth. Breakfast was excellent and served with a friendly smile. Location was very close to the central railway station, old town and river with many restaurants nearby.

Staff was amazing; the guy from breakfast was ultra-friendly with us! The location is more than perfect! And I would stay in the same hotel again in future.

Fantastic location.

We stayed for 4-5 nights- no one came to change our bed- collect towels

After several trips where we had accommodation quite far from the center and/or local means of transport, this time we had an ideal location of the hotel in relation to the city center, the train station and the port at Lake Luzern (from this point of view it was probably our best accommodation since we have been traveling together as a couple). The very short distances exceeded our expectations (in one minute you are in the city center and in 10 minutes you are at the train station or at the port). In conclusion, we warmly recommend this hotel both to those who come to visit the city and take a boat ride on the lake, as well as to those who want to make day trips to the spectacular mountains in the area. If you add to all this the feeling of peace and calm that the neighborhood in which the hotel is located gives you, you have all the conditions for a successful vacation in Luzern. One thing we especially appreciate on our travels and mention whenever it is present: the shower conditions. These were also exceptional here: generous space, adequate water pressure and temperature.

The vegan breakfast was excellent and one of the highlights of the stay. I really enjoyed it.

The room was very small and quite basic. The bathroom also felt old and dated.

The room is very clean and the restaurant in the ground floor is very convenient. Good place to a short stay.

It’s a good place to spay, but considering it’s a self checking suite with no staff available, if you have any problem you need to consider it’s can take longer than a normal hotel. I have problem with my checkin code when I arrived, and spent more than an hour trying to figure it out. I messaged and called to the emergency number and it was not working. A person from the restaurant helped me and call to the “owner”, and only after that I have my checkin code.

Die Lage ist natürlich super! Check in sehr praktisch. Einfach, aber alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.

It is in a centrally located area. It’s walking distance to the train station, grocery store & plenty of restaurants and shops. Also, on that same block there is a pharmacy!

Self check in didn't work. Impossible to reach the staff. Room was dirty (mould in bathroom and hairs in the bedsheets!). Room was much smaller than it looks on the pictures. Very misleading pictures. Very noisy from the street.

Perfect location, close to the old town and easy walk to the train station. The room had everything I needed and was super comfortable and had air conditioning. Everything was well thought through, user friendly and super practical and had charm and humour. Staff were friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay again.

Good location. Self check-in hotel, have to remember entry codes. Once was stuck in the lift because the strap of the bag was caught in the door. Called the number of service offered but no one answered. Pressed the emergency button for a long time, luckily some guests from the first floor bar heard and opened the door from outside. The room was spacious and clean. The location is excellent. This was our first time going in a hotel without reception but everything went very smoothly. They sent us the codes and checking in and out was very easy. Coffee and extra sheets and towels were provided. We enjoyed our stay there. Beds were very comfortable. We did not see any staff but we were provided with whatever we needed. We'll done to management.

Our room was on the 5th floor. The very small lift only went to 4th floor. In the lift only one person and one luggage fitted. One of us had to take the stairs.

Es war ein suuuper heißer Tag in Luzern, mitten in der Hitzewelle. Als wir im Hotel ankamen, war die Klimaanlage schon angestellt und man konnte sich einfach ins Bett fallen lassen. Wirklich wundervoll.

Das es keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort gab. Es wurde zwar alles über What’s App geregelt, aber das war glaube ich dann auch KI gesteuert und es gab wenig Personalität dadurch.

Great location in the heart of Luzern. Clean and functional with nice small touches, like ear plugs and plenty of coffee. This was the first hotel that had a *cold* refrigerator.

The check-in was a little difficult. We couldn’t add everyone to the website, and contacting the property resulted in what seemed like an AI chatbot. The door code initially did not work, and we were lucky that someone was exiting when we arrived.

The place is centrally located yet is super quiet. The check-in was a breeze. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Location was great. Close to bus stops, bakeries and restaurants.

It felt much more like a budget hostel than a historical building. Rooms were musty and the shower head was so tiny that showering took such a long time. Bathroom was absolutely basic with dirty shower curtains.

No daily cleaning, we only had two nights but would expect fresh towels and light clean after first night.

NEED TO TELL PEOPLE THE A/C IS INEFFECTIVE IN THE ROOFTOP ROOMS. It was oppressively hot even after running A/C for hours. The A/C does not reach from the hall into the room. There was no option to make it cooler than a certain point. Said fans were available in self service closet but they were not. The room was OPPRESSIVE. We specifically stayed there b/c it had A/C and we might a well have stayed somewhere with no A/C. We don't even like it freezing--just cool enough so we are not sitting there dripping sweat. The person at the bar got us a fan, thank goodness--it helped us get through the night. Bar downstairs not open during stated hours and was always empty. Rooftop room is tiny with no seating area for two people.

Loved the location in the town square and a block from the river. Great sized room and great staff. Very helpful.

The room was very narrow and there was barely any space to walk when we put our luggage. The loft is also very narrow but serves it's purpose; however multiple trips are needed if you have big luggages.

Le jeu de l’offre et la demande fait monter les prix mais quand on paye 240 chf ( 260 euros ) par nuit sans petit déjeuner, on est un peu plus exigeant et je trouve que plusieurs équipements cheap prennent un peu plus d’importance: Taille de la chambre minuscule Système d’aération de la salle de bains extrêmement bruyantes Oreillers très fatigués et un seul par personne Pommeau de douche qui fuit, la moitié des picots bouchés par le calcaire. Pare douche premier prix. Des prises pour charger son téléphone que d’un côté du lit ( ou alors pas de lampe de chevet) Encore une fois, ce ne sont que des petites choses qui ne demandent pas beaucoup pour être améliorées mais lorsqu’on paye un prix élevé, on est un peu plus exigeant
