従業員さんが人間味溢れるアットホームな印象です。外国人の従業員さんも一生懸命従事されておられました。 設備はとてもきれいでした。

動線が複雑でした。ツインに泊まりましたが、部屋の中に荷物置きがあると良いなぁと思いました。お部屋からの眺めはちょっと残念でした。

Room and Facilities are very Clean! Staff are very passion and polite! Location is peaceful and have good view!

フロントスタッフのおじ様達がとても親切で、いつもニコニコされててとてもいい印象でした。 お風呂やお部屋も真新しい！という感じではないですが、とても清潔にされていました。 料理は朝のバイキングのみしか知りませんが、気になるのはドリンクバーのジュースが薄かった事くらいで満足でした。

フロントの方がとても親切で気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。

Great rooms, great onsen

Lovely attentive staff, delightful traditional Japanese rooms. Great views and Onsen, close to the bus for Alpine route, though not much else nearby in terms of shops or eating. We would happily return. Only improvement point suggested is that we could not contact the hotel in advance by email, web form or expedia to find out if dinner was available - we got no reply. The answer is that they can do dinner if you order it that morning. For us this was an unusual wide ranging Japanese meal for I think Y5000 each, meeting our vegetarian needs (sometimes difficult in Japan!).

部屋が広く清潔でした。雨が降っていたので、窓からの景色がどうだかわからなかった。

ホテルの従業員の方の配慮が行き届いていて、とても快適に過ごせました。特に駐車スペースの確保を外出するたびにしてくださり、とても助かりました。 部屋も広く快適に過ごせましたし、それなりに混んでましたが温泉も広々ゆっくり入ることができました。

とてもいいホテルでした。 また利用させていただきます。

黒部ダム観光のために利用。施設は古いが清掃が行き届いており不満なし。温泉は広さも泉質もかなりよいが、貸切風呂かサウナがあればさらによかった。朝食のみのプランで泊まったが大町温泉郷はだいぶ寂れており徒歩圏内に飲食店はほぼないので、次回利用するなら夕食をつけようと思った。

This is really a country small town which is located and many resorts & hotels were closed. The hot spring in the hotel is really nice, but other than that just okay. The air conditioner cannot be adjust degrees and room and falsities in the hotel are old. But it is really clean in every corner inside the hotel.

部屋ふろがカビていたのが気になりましたが、大風呂しかつ使わないので問題ありませんでした。 費用も安く良いホテルだと思いました。

部屋は広く快適 大浴場も広くキレいで露天風呂が気持ちよかった 食事は量は多いくらいで信州ならではか味は濃いめ 従業員の方は配慮もありよかった

フロントの方を含め、従業員の方の対応が素晴らしかったです。 施設全体としては活気がないと感じるところもありますが、一方で静かに過ごすことができました。 朝食もおやきなど、地元料理があり満足でした。 これはホテルの問題ではありませんが、周辺に飲食店がほとんどないため、中心部まで移動して食べるのが少し大変でした。

黒部ダムを観光するため、家族で泊まりました。 スタッフの方々、とても親切でした。 お部屋や施設内も、綺麗でした。 朝食バイキングもいろいろな種類あり、良かったです。 夕食はホテルの外で済ませましたが、近くにあまり飲食店等ないので、ホテルで頼まれるのをおすすめします。

部屋は広く清潔、お風呂も広くのんびりと入浴できました。大晦日直前に急遽予約した為夕食なしで外食したが、近場のお店は流石にお休みでした。近所にも良い店があるはず。

The perfect stop-off after crossing the Alpine Route from Toyama. Baggage-forwarding service from Toyama delivers directly to hotel. Spotlessly clean, located close to forest, very tranquil - spa hotel with own onsen - all traditionally Japanese, so if you want the Japanese experience, not the 'standard western hotel' experience, this is perfect. "Western-style" dinner options are limited in town, but there is a beautiful family Ramen restaurant nearby. Helpful and accommodating staff.

The hotel is clearly catering for Japanese tourists and there is little signage in English and none in other European languages. Only a few hotel staff speak some English, but they are very helpful. The hotel is about 10 min walk from the bus stop that provides a link to the major town Omachi. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the bus stop on request.
