It was nice and a good place to spend our anniversary

Once we got what we had asked for, we asked for a large double instead of a twin and on arrival was presented with a twin room, they did move us to a king-size bedroom that wasn't even listed as a plan, the king bed wasn't an option on its own and was always lumped with something else. The dinner package that we booked was the buffet only and we had to pay extra for the restaurant, which is what we originally wanted. It would make sense for them to have this listed as a separate plan as this could lead to problems if the restaurant was not available on arrival due to over booking. The bar was barely staffed, it opened at 5pm but we had to keep asking to the reception staff to go and find the bar tender every time we wanted a drink. Generally short staffed for a large hotel and not receptive to understand the mistakes made. I know it is not peak season for them but neither is it off season like Hakuba is. Slightly more attention to detail and a few more staff and this would have been far better.

今回３回目の利用です　ちょっと慣れましてとても快適でした　まだ利用してない施設もあるのでこれからも楽しめます 朝食がグレードアップしていてどれも美味しかったです　８月もお伺いする予定ですよろしくお願いいたします

The rooms were absolutely perfect - very spacious, with very comfortable beds and the perfect temperature. Definitely the best stay we've had in Japan so far. Our kids loved the kids room. It was great to have an onsen right inside the hotel.

It was a little out of the way, not much around this area but we knew that when we booked. We didn't get a chance to explore the grounds as it was raining heavily the whole time we were there but despite the remote location I think it would have been a great place to explore the outdoors.

ホテル内外が大変清潔感があり綺麗。静かで落ち着いており、ゆっくりと過ごせた。スタッフの方の対応も良く、宿泊料金も安く大変良かったです。

This a really beautiful property sitting next to a golf course with a view of the golf course and the forest behind it. If you planning to do the Alps and have to reach Ogizawa station then this property is just 15 min drive from the station. The breakfast buffet is good.

Good room design layout, spacious, green and quiet

Staff English is poor and reluctant to help us guests. I asked the staff to make phone call to my car hire company to extend one more day, but they seemed reluctant to help, until my repeated requests. They pretended not to understand my request.

Het hotel heeft alles wat je maar kan wensen. Een zwembad, onsen, kid's club, twee restaurants, comfortabele kamers. De kamers waren groot, mooi en proper. De bedden waren de beste die we gehad hebben tot nu toe. Het personeel was heel hulpvaardig en vriendelijk en hebben geholpen met onze valiezen naar het volgende hotel te versturen.

Het hotel ligt redelijk afgelegen en bussen rijden infrequent waardoor je wel zo'n beetje bent aangewezen op de restaurants in het hotel. Daarvan maken ze dan uiteraard gebruik om de prijs hoog te houden. 6500 yen pp voor een buffetrestaurant is wel een beetje overdreven.

We were in the new wing , the room was large with a beautiful bathroom , a balcony and very good feeling overall. The hotel has many facilities, a onsen , a swimming pool , fitness room and generally has a good vibe to it.

The Hotel management is a bit off as they don't seem to know how to manage Restaurants. We attempted to make a reservation in the Dining Room ( can't remember the name of it) only to be told they were booked solid ( sold out their term) I argued, took a picture of empty tables and then they "found" us a table? Strange. The server was extremely nervous, only wanted us to take the Set Menu. My son took the set and I wanted the alacarte , well the server was attempting to tell me that was not a good idea as food is already prepared for the Set Menu. In the end I got what I wanted but not without alot of confusion.

The location is excellent and very convenient for visiting the Japan Alps. The hotel has everything you need, and the staff in every department provided outstanding service. I traveled with my family and we were very impressed. We will definitely stay here again.

チェックインの時に案内された夕食のレストランが間違っていて、それを訂正する電話の日本語が雑で，間違ったことへのお詫びを感じられないいい方だった。 チェックイン時にカードを出したが、このカードが使えるかどうかを確認すると言われた。こういう言い方をされたのは初めてで驚いた。

Room was big, clean and cozy. Staff are helpful. Various breakfast and dinner. They have kid-zone for children.

High price for dinner.

Kids liked the pool. The public onsen was nice, unfortunately due to construction the outside bath was only open from 17:00 -22:00. Breakfast was amazing! There during an earthquake and the staff did a good job making every feel safe and calm. Also did multiple checks of the hotel.

Buffet dinner is expensive (the most we have spent on one meal our entire month in Japan) but if you don’t have a car you have to eat at the hotel.

Excellent location and facilities. The staff we very professional and the both, breakfast and dinner was amazing with a variety of Japanese and continental options. The open air bath is a must overlooking the trees.

The WiFi is unstable

Everything is excelent. Good breakfast and dinner, friendly staff, nice pool and onsen.

The place is very elegant and the staff are nice and gentle. The room is clean and comfortable. The dry room (for ski equipment) is also very clean and tidy. The Onsen is also clean.

The location is a bit far from any ski resort. Need a car.

The hotel has beautiful surrounds, clean facilities, a great breakfast assortment, and friendly staff.

We stayed here for our first wedding anniversary, unimpressed with the size of the room and bedding configuration. I contacted the property well in advance requesting an extra large double bed, the hotel not being able to guarantee this request should have been a key indicator to book elsewhere. Room fees for the size is well overpriced, we were unable to store our luggage and constantly stepping over everything.

Good location, breakfast, staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Far away from major tourist attractions. You can take city bus to visit the ski area. Bus access from hotel is very good to Nagano station and nearby ski area. Family with small children will have good time

Dinner buffet options are limited. Far from any restaurant. Unless rental Car, will be difficult for outside dinner options. Dinner options inside are expensive.

Great hotel, clean and comfortable, breakfast has many options, both inside and outside onsen, gym 24/7 and very large rooms with daily housekeeping.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. We stayed in the family room and it was large and comfortable - it felt like an apartment. we all enjoyed the kids club, onsen and buffet breakfast. everything was warm and cozy, staff were great. the food in the bar was great. we recommend this property!

a couple of the cocktails at the bar were below standard - i'm not sure if all the staff knew how to make them properly. the negroni was sometimes good and sometimes not good - the margarita was not good.. perhaps more training or better ingredients needed. please add espresso martini to your menu. Beer/wine selection was fine :)

The staff were friendly and helpful. As an English speaker with limited Japanese, sometimes communication was a challenge, but for the most part it was fine. That is more on me, than staff.

The property is really nice. It is a little ways out of town, so access to dining and activities is a challenge without a vehicle. In the winter, shuttles for skiing are available, just limited.

L’hôtel est superbe. Nous avions une voiture de location, parking gratuit. A seulement 20 minutes des pistes avec le Pokémon center pour les enfants. Personnel très aimable et serviable. Onsen, extérieur bain chaud naturel, exceptionnel sous les étoiles. Salle de jeux pour enfants très agréable. Chambres spacieuses. Petit déjeuner buffet très varié et excellent. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Great resort with Onsen and indoor pool during winter. Restaurants were good and staff were very attentive.

It’s a little out of the way. Shuttles are available for skiing, but limited in to locations. Planning is important. We had a car, which was helpful.

露天風呂でねっこがり森をのんびり見てたら小鳥のツガイを観てたら大変癒されました。 夕食も朝食もゆったりと食事が出来スタッフのサービスも良く快適でした。部屋もゆったりできました。

薪があったので バーの横で暖炉にあたりながら一杯飲めたらと思いました。

景色が良かった。スタッフの対応も良かった。

夕飯のメインがハンバーグとローストビーフしかなかったが、豚ステーキや鶏肉料理があると嬉しかった。 掃除が行き届いてなかった。トイレなど。

Beautiful mountain location with full facilities. Pool, gym and restaurant. Staff were exceptional. Excellent buffet breakfast. Lovely suite in the new wing. We hired a car so drove to the ski fields each day or there is a shuttle bus available. Staff even helped us with a flat battery on our day on departure. Many thanks

Would have like more vegetarian dinner options at cafe as Buffet dinner was not on during the week.

家族でゆっくり過ごせました。 小さなスキー場へは10分弱でいけて小さな子も安心して楽しめるスキー場です。 温泉とプールも楽しめました。

温泉の脱衣所にベビーベッドが無かった為赤ちゃんと2人で入るには大変でした。

The old winng - small rooms

The property is well maintained, rooms are very spacious and very clean. The onsen is very nice. Overall hotel is good - we stayed at the old wing so room was a bit worn down but still very nice. Big plus that it is very warm in the hotel and rooms.

Food - we had breakfast & dinner included, it was buffet and we were served same food daily - no variety. By the end of the stay we went elsewhere for dinner as we couldn’t handle eating same food daily. Location - hotel is in the middle of nowhere, we did have a car so wasn’t an issue but I would imagine it will be if you don’t have one - they do offer shuttle buses (limited timings).

Service was great and the rooms were good sized and enough for a family of 4
