We travelled to Hawke's Bay under difficult circumstances because we had to deal with a family medical emergency, but the warmth, compassion and kindness of the staff made this difficult event easier to bear. We greatly appreciated the response of everyone at Te Mata Views Resort. Highly recommended, I have to give top marks all round. Thank you to everyone at Te Mata Views Resort.

I couldn't stay longer and utilize the facilities a little longer. Not a negative, but a little more lighting to find the Large Hot tub in the dark, was pretty eerie - great when you did find it, but needed phone torch to find my way.

Got quite hot in the room at night (easy fix opening double door up to private back area) and the wifi connection wasn’t that great so tv wasn’t playing anything. (Also not a big deal as we didn’t care to have tv on and there was a speaker we could connect to, to play music)

Loved the pool and the spa and the lovely staff kept it open a little later for us as it was a 36 deg day! Havelock north is down the road and there’s beautiful wineries all around to visit

I didn’t love that the sauna was advertised but it wasn’t flagged that it was an extra charge. And that the charge was $50 - I feel like that’s quite a bit.

Er was geen keuken in de unit, zoals in de omschrijving aangegeven. de kleine kamer, geldt ook voor de badkamer. Er was een buiten terras wat niet gebruikt kon worden omdat er geen zonnescherm was. In NZ ga je niet buiten in de zon zitten. Er was een gemeenschappelijke keuken zonder fatsoenlijk kookgerei. Het was een warme unit met een fan aan het plafond, geen airco. Asolutely no value for money.
