Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Centrale ligging, schone kamer, prima ontbijt. Airco op de kamer was super fijn. Uitzicht vanaf het gemeenschappelijke dakterras is echt fantastisch. Personeel is erg behulpzaam, we werden met een theetje vriendelijk ontvangen. Iedere dag werd onze kamer schoongemaakt.
De harde bedden waren niet fijn.

Onze airco maakte enorm veel geluid waardoor oordoppen nodig waren om te kunnen slapen. De douchekop kon niet hangen, de douchedeur kon niet dicht, het doucheputje zat vol met haren waardoor de douchebak volliep.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026De vriendelijkheid van het personeel was uitstekend! De locatie is ideaal, midden in de mooie (winkel/ foto) straatjes. Het ontbijt was lekker. Geen last van gehorigheid. Er was ook een super mooi uitzicht vanaf het dakterras op de stad.
De bedden waren wat harder en sommige dingen zijn wat verouderd, zo maakte de airco bijvoorbeeld veel lawaai. In de nacht was de airco echter niet per se nodig, omdat het in de avond en nacht afkoelde.

The location is perfect in the old town close to all sites. From the moment we arrived to check in we were treated to moroccan tea and were told to take our time and relax while we cooled down. The room had a beautiful view of the city and the aircon was very much appreciated! Beds were comfy, bathroom had all we needed including a hair dryer. The breakfast was really good, we were served a mixture of different foods, coffee, Moroccan tea and orange juice. Chefchaouen is a beautiful place and if I ever make it back there, then I would definitely book this hotel again! Thanks to all the staff who were polite, respectful and helpful!

De kamer was mooi en de badkamer was heel schoon. Het dakterras waar het ontbijt ook geserveerd wordt is een groot pluspunt. De locatie midden in de medina is ook top.

The property is significantly overpriced for what it offers and, in my opinion, does not meet the standards of a 3-star hotel. A 1- or 2-star rating would be more realistic. Upon arrival, I found that the property did not match the information provided in the listing, which led me to request the cancellation of my stay. Unfortunately, the staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. They refused to offer a free cancellation despite the discrepancies and insisted on charging the full reservation amount. This was one of the most disappointing and unpleasant accommodation experiences I have ever encountered, and I would not recommend this property to other travelers.

Das Zimmer war schön und hatte alles, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist bestechend gut und auch nachts nicht laut. Highlight war das Frühstücken auf der Dachterasse und die Aussicht von dort. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Очень понравилась терраса, на которой подают завтрак: вид оттуда великолепный! Завтрак достаточно сытный и вкусный. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый. Мы брали номер эконом, поэтому комната была очень маленькая, с минимумом мебели, но достаточно уютная. Самое главное, что в комнате было окно, выходящее на улицу, что не всегда бывает в риадах. Нам удалось посмотреть на комнаты категории стандарт, и там уже было попросторнее, чем у нас: в них присутствовал шкаф и либо кресло, либо диванчик.
Очень мало места в комнате. Нет не только шкафа, но даже вешалки. Негде разложить вещи. Но при остановке на одну ночь, это не так важно

Reviewed May 10, 2026Locatie was perfect aan de rand van de Médina, je liep zo de drukke straten in en pittoreske plekjes. Hele mooie kamer, precies wat je nodig hebt. Personeel was vriendelijk en stond vroeg voor ons op voor een ontbijt!

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026Fomos bem recebidos: chá de boas vindas muito saboroso. Foi uma viagem de família dividida por 2 quartos. Quartos com wc, água com boa pressão e a uma boa temperatura. Bem localizado, no coração da medina. Bom pequeno almoço.
Apenas um pormenor: o terraço onde servem o pequeno almoço pode ser um pouco melhorado

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026Super freundlicher Empfang. Wir hatten weit entfernt geparkt( Navi war schuld) Ein junger Mitarbeiter ist mit uns zum Parkplatz und hat uns zu einem näheren Parkplatz gebracht. Leckeres typisches marrokanisches Frühstück auf der Dachterasse. Auch konnten wir unsere Wäsche umsonst waschen! Das haben wir noch nie erlebt.
Es gibt nix zu beanstanden..
