Gute Lage im oberen Teil der Altstadt. Dadurch hat man einen super Blick von der Dachterrasse auf der man schön frühstücken kann. 5min Fußweg entfernt befindet sich ein Parkplatz (2€ pro Tag). Die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt sind in 10min zu erreichen. Sehr liebes und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer und Bad war groß

Superbe établissement sur les hauteurs de la médina, au calme et a. 5 mns du centre.. Rafik et Mohamed sont aux petits soins. Tout était parfait, la chambre, le petit déjeuner très copieux et servi sur la terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur Chaouen. Nous recommandons vivement. Merci

J’ai été accueilli chaleureusement par Mohamed et Rafik, dont la gentillesse et la disponibilité m’ont beaucoup touché. L’établissement est d’une propreté irréprochable et son style authentique reflète parfaitement le charme de Chefchaouen. La terrasse offre une magnifique vue panoramique sur la ville. Une très belle expérience que je renouvellerai avec grand plaisir !

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war sensationell und der Blick auf die Stadt ist wunderschön! Mohammed und Rafik haben uns mit den Gepäck geholfen und uns vom und zum Parkplatz begleitet. Herzlichen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Grandes chambres et grandes salles de bain. Excellent petit déjeuner sur la terrasse, et surtout la grande gentillesse et la disponibilité des deux jeunes hommes qui s’en occupent.

L’emplacement tout en haut de la médina de Chefchaouen, ce qui implique de longues montées et d’interminables escaliers pour rejoindre le Riad. Mais c’est aussi ce qui fait l’âme de Chefchaouen. Et puis cet emplacement élevé a un grand avantage: la vue extraordinaire sur toute la vieille ville, le matin lorsque l’on prend son petit déjeuner sur la terrasse.

Propreté de l’établissement, son emplacement proche du parking. Petit déjeuner copieux et terrasse magnifique. Mention spéciale pour Rafiq pour son aide et sa disponibilité.

Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit einem autemberaubenden Ausblick, die Sauberkeit und das Personal Rafiq und Mohammed.

Ausstattung war ok.

Generally everything. The location is good and close to the parking, but you have to climb stairs, so not so easy with heavy bags. But the workers of the hotel do their best to help transporting the luggage.

Maybe only the fact that the hotel doesn't have much common space to sit around, just the roof terrace.

La maison est très bien arrangée, très bon accueil. Petit déjeuner copieux et complet Chambre impeccable, aux standards européens !! Belle terrasse pour la vue. Les 2 hôtes sont très sympathiques et disponibles On aimerait que tous les hébergements soient de même niveau, et ce n est loin de là le cas au Maroc !! Bravo, et merci.

Wir waren verwundert, wie es sein kann dass ein Hotel so eine gute Bewertung hat aber die Bewertung ist absolut zutreffend! Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr sehr nette und zuvorkommende Besitzer und perfekte Lage in der Medina. Frühstück war top. Die Aussicht auf der Terrasse ist wunderschön.

Schöne Zimmer mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sehr sauber und ganz liebe freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wir wurden am Parkplatz abgeholt, beim Koffer tragen geholfen, sowohl bei der Anreise wie auch der Abreise. Wir kommen definitiv wieder

A simpatia e eficiência do Rafik e Mohamed como anfitriões e disponibilidade. Boas indicações para circuitos na zona e restauração mais local. Localização excelente, na parte alta da localidade e com bons acessos via "petit taxi" ou a pé para pessoas em boa condição física. 1 semana excepcional!

Algumas limitações para pessoas com problemas de mobilidade, embora sempre disponíveis para ajudar no que seja necessário.

Das Zimmer war nett eingerichtet. Frühstück über den Dächern von Chefchaouen ist auf jeden Fall sehr schön.

Im Zimmer hat es nach Chlor gerochen. Vermutlich hat man versucht damit den Schimmel im Bad zu entfernen. Leider hatten wir das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Es liegt direkt unter der Treppe im Eingangsbereich. Die Türen und Glasscheiben halten keinen Schall ab. So war der Fernseher sehr deutlich zu hören.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The view from the terrace is great. My room on the groundfloor would have been nice if it had had the "window" opening to somewhere else than the room where everybody comes in through.

Because of the location of my room it was rather noisy and a lot of light got in through the door (it had glass panels and only a thin curtain)

We had a great stay at Casa La Palma. The owners are very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything. The place is clean and well maintained, and the breakfast is truly amazing,fresh and delicious! Highly recommended!

Un lloc molt agradable el Rafik una magnífica persona

Das Riad liegt sehr gut gelegen in der Altstadt von Chefchaouen und nur ca. 200 m entfernt von einem Parkplatz wo wir pro Nacht 20 MAD gezahlt haben. Das Personal vom Riad ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hat uns mit Tee und Gebäck empfangen. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sauber. Morgens haben wir einwirklich tolles und sehr leckers traditionelles Frühstück bekommen. Preis Leistung ist sehr gut.

Eigentlich nur eine Sache Die Madratze in unserem Zimmer hätte etwas weicher sein können. Sicher ist das aber Geschmackssache.

Amabilidad por parte del anfitrión, nos mandó ubicación para aparcar ,ya que se encuentra en la parte alta del pueblo , quedamos en el parking y nos ayudó con las maletas , habitaciones muy limpias , el chico te ayuda con cualquier cosa . Buen lugar para visitar Chaouen . Un saludo

Todo estaba perfecto y los anfitriones,muy atentos y cercanos y dispuestos a ayudar en cada momento.Encantadores. Las vistas desde la terraza mientras desayunábamos,le ha dado un punto extra a la estancia.

除了位置比较高，需要爬点台阶，不在中心区域，对于我们只是住一晚这个民宿几乎完美。 老板和服务员都非常尽心尽力，房间很大， 暖气很足，我没有洗澡，感觉水可能不够热。 早餐虽然简单但果汁鸡蛋薄荷茶都有了，出门就是涂满蓝色的巷子。当然舍夫沙万真的不算摩洛哥的比到景点，不太明白为什么那么多人来，这个民宿住一晚，周边拍照打卡，算是一个性价比很高的住宿选择。

L’ambiente è pulito, semplice e tipico, in perfetto stile marocchino: un po’ spartano, ma autentico. La struttura si trova in ottima posizione e il centro della medina si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi. Il ragazzo che gestisce la struttura è stato davvero gentilissimo: ci ha accolti con un buon tè alla menta e ci ha aiutato con le valigie sia all’arrivo che alla partenza, affrontando insieme a noi una lunga scalinata e una salita piuttosto impegnativa.

Nota negativa: in camera il riscaldamento non funzionava, e questo ha reso la notte un po’ scomoda. Nel complesso però un buon soggiorno, consigliato per chi cerca un’esperienza autentica e accogliente.

Le personnel très sympathique et attentionné. Le riad est bien situé et le petit-déjeuner est très correct.

Le prix un peu élevé par rapport aux autres offres de Chechaouen

Properly is located at to the top part of the town. Has amazing views of the entire city. A short, though steep, walk to all the major sites in the town. Hosts assisted us to carry our luggage from our parking spot which was only about 6 min away from the hotel but because of the hilly nature of the town required some effort. Hosts were very friendly, informative and kind. Our room was clean and comfortable. we extended our stay an additional night. The breakfast was simple but tasty—they gave us different items from one morning to the next, which was a wonderful change from the repetitive breakfasts we’ve had at other hotels. It kept things fresh and enjoyable.

Pillows were a bit hard. A suggestion for the hosts is to include the google map location in their instructions guiding future guests to the parking location.

Les marches pour accéder au Riad ! Mais tous les riads sont compliqués d'accès à Chefchaouen. Celui-ci pas plus qu'un autre.

Staff gentilissimo, ci hanno offerto il the all'arrivo e ci sono venuti incontro al parcheggio per aiutarci coi bagagli, sia all'andata che al check out. Colazione ottima. Meraviglioso terrazzo che si affaccia dall'alto sulla medina. Camera spaziosa con finestra e bidet in bagno! Posizione comoda: nella medina, con qualche scalino ed in 5 min arrivi alla piazza principale.

Casa La Palma est en haut du village ce qui permet d'être au calme la nuit et d'avoir une vue exceptionnelle pour prendre ses petits déjeuner! Attention beaucoup d'escaliers (comme partout dans chefchaouen). Notre hôte a été adorable toujours le sourire, aux petit soins. Le petit déjeuner fabuleux! Nous avons très bien dormi honnêtement rien à signaler, pour ce prix foncez.

La disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale. Colazione abbondante e posizione buona se si ha la macchina. È possibile parcheggiare e accedere alla città attraverso delle scalinate. Fondamentale e super gradito l’aiuto dei proprietari nel trasportare i bagagli.

Literie un peu raide.

Très jolie maison, bien décorée. Terrasse avec vue magnifique sur la ville et les montagnes, et où on peut prendre le petit déjeuner. Proche d'un parking facile d'accès et de tout. Personnel très agréable et serviable, en particulier Rafik. Thé à la menthe à l'arrivée. Sont venus nous chercher au parking et nous ont porté les bagages. Idem au retour. Une très bonne adresse.

Pour moi tout était bien. Pour des personnes ayant de la peine à se déplacer, il faut juste savoir qu'il y a pas mal de dénivelé pour aller au parking ou au centre ville.

Overall, very happy. Especially appreciated the location. Although it's on the opposite side of town from the bus station and up the hill from the main tourist thoroughfare, there are benefits. If you are fit and ok climbing a lot of stairs through town, you are rewarded with a neighborhood that feels authentic and lived in by local families. We loved this. At the property, there's a two-level terrace. One where most do breakfast when the weather is nice. Then the upper terrace whose view over the entire city is spectacular. Room 2 bed is firm, but we really liked this and slept well. Well enough to climb Mt. Tissouka during our stay.

Room 2 claims a "city view", but the window is tiny and looks out on stone and grass. As a result, ventilation in this room was not great. Opening the bathroom window out into inner atrium/courtyard helps.

Fully echo all the positive comments regarding Rafik and Mohamed. They were wonderful hosts, always ready to help and willing to go above and beyond. Bedroom on the first floor was spacious and comfortable and the roof terrace a real winner, with outstanding views. For me, the property was superb. Thank you Rafik and Mohamed.

We loved the panoramic view from the terrace upon. The room was beatiful and clean and the hosts are incredibly nice people. Also, the place is close to the public parking where we left our car. We'll be glad to come back!

Quiet. We had the best sleeping in a 11 night trip to Morocco.

Access is a bit difficult with a lot of stars but thats a small price to pay for being in the old part of the town. Also no view from the room bit nice from the terrace.

Hosts are exceptional: very friendly and helpful. Location is very good: not far from parking and in a less crowded part of the Medina.

Breakfast was quite basic. We received the room on the 1st floor, which doesn't have air condition and windows, and is quite small. It also deserves to be better lit.

Honestly this is one of my best stay I had in my 16 days morroco trip. The location is at the high spot of the city so better come by car. You can also walk up but indeed a lot of stairs. The room is very clean, all facilities are there, if you want a hair-dryer you can borrow, hot water is good enough for shower. Hosts are really nice persons and help with the suitcases. They also fetched us at the parking. Breakfast at the terrace is a huge plus! Probaly the best accommodation here I guess!

The staff are very nice. He gave clear instructions how to reach the property and came to car park to help us. The room is not big, but clean, cosy, comfortable bed. The bathroom is considered big when compared with other properties we stayed in. The property is very close to city with only a few minutes walk.

Perfect location at the top of the medina and a 1-minute walk to the car parking above (taxis can stop there too). The view from the terrace for breakfast, with the whole town below you, is priceless. Breakfast itself is delicious and abundant. I stayed in two rooms (had to change) and both were clean, comfortable, reasonably sized and nicely decorated. The hosts offered good tips and were always available -- without being too "present", as it can sometimes happen in small/family-run accommodations. I decided to stay an extra day; this was really a nice place to say! (The beds are comfortable but on the "firm" side; if you like a soft mattress this ain't it. Not necessarily a bad thing, but FYI).

Great terrace view for breakfast, fantastic location off the main strip and quiet at night, very clean and spacious accommodations.

We came by taxi and it was convenient to walk down. Better ask the manager to meet you as it’s still not an easy to find first time. After that everything is easy going and nothing is to much for Rafik and Mohammed to make your stay perfect! The house and the rooms are beautifully decorated! The terras is a highlight where you can eat breakfast or just chill with the great view down the old town. Rafik and Mohammed are excellent hosts. They helped us with everything and we especially appreciate their help to take our luggage back to taxi spot next day. I wish we booked two nights. It’s a great place to enjoy the blue city. The rooftop breakfast, very clean and tidy room, they made our bed everyday. The staff were super nice and courteous. The place is better than the pictures.

The low doorways for my 198 cm husband. But if you're not that tall, you should be fine.

The terrace upstairs was amazing. The room cozy and the toilet clean and with a good shower.

Everything was perfect, Rafik and the guys are the absolute best, they are really friendly and helpful, we spent wonderful time around thanks to them. The view from the hotel is outstanding (you just need to pay the price by climbing to the top of the medina hehe, as the hotel is situated on the top of it, I would not recommend it to people out of shape). We would definitely comeback here sometimes in the future for sure!

The riad is perfectly located with a beautiful view. A few minutes walk from the main medina streets, and a few minutes from the parking as well. The riad itself is much cuter in real than in the pictures. Rafeeq and crew were super hosts. They accompanied us to and from the parking. Gave us a quick overview of what to do, where to eat and the likes. They serve a cute breakfast as well, and do so with very warm smiles. Absolutely loved our stay here.

Incredible staff. Rafik is an terrific host and an all around wonderful person, you can tell right away. Despite the English language barrier (he speaks Spanish and Arabic), he showed us tremendous hospitality and made lots of recommendations for sightseeing, restaurants, cafes etc. He got laundry done for us when we asked (same day job) and even refused to charge us for it...of course we insisted and paid/tipped, but that was an incredibly heartwarming gesture. The breakfast views on the terrace every morning were great. The whole experience felt more like a homestay rather than a hotel, due to the cozy/homey feel of the place as well as the warm hospitality of Rafik and his colleague. You can approach them with anything and they seem eager to help and accommodate.

Not a negative but just a caution: the property sits towards the top of the hill so there will be some steps involved but as long as you don't have physical handicap or challenges, it's not bad at all. The positive of that is you also have a unique terrace view that very few around town do!
