Everything was good here! Big rooms, very comfortable beds, very good pressure in the shower, nice staff, ended up extending my stay and even got an upgrade. The location is great! Just in the middle of everything. Would absolutely stay here again if I come back to Chongqing!

As most places in China, a bit of a language barrier. But they use translation apps for help.

-In diesem Gebäude sind zwei Hotels untergebracht. Das Stey ist vom 6 bis 8 Stockwerk. Wir hatten ein 2-Zimmer Apartment im 8 Stock, was uns gut gefallen hat. -Frühstück war ebenfalls gut. -Supermarkt direkt im Nachbargebäude, dass bis 22 Uhr geöffnet hat. -Alles fußläufig in Sanlitun gut zu erreichen. -Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfreich, hatte beim Essenbestellen und Taxiruf (Didi) erst etwas Probleme, sie haben mir gezeigt wie es geht. Danke nochmals dafür. -Klimaanlage konnte man komplett ausschalten! und die beiden Räume separat steuern, wichtig für Europäer

-Die Lüftung im Bad war furchtbar laut und hat sich so angehört als ob er in den letzten Zügen ist. -Das Sofa konnte man eigentlich nicht benutzen, da es sehr ungemütlich für den Rücken ist. Da fehlen große Kissen, damit man dort sitzen kann. -Die Silikonfugen im Bad waren in den Ecke alt und braun, sollten erneuert werden. -Die Fenster haben nicht ganz abgeschlossen, deshalb hat man den Straßenlärm die ganze Zeit gehört. -Die Trennung mit Schiebetüren war sehr sehr schwergängig, mann musste sehr viel druck auf die Schiebetür ausüben, damit sie sich bewegt hat

Das ist mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft in Beijing!! Das Personal war jung und haben uns bei jeder Kleinigkeit weitergeholfen. Waren immer freundlich und Mega Mega lieb! Der Gemeinschaftsraum war auch genial und die Lage war super! Plus man konnte kostenlos Wäsche waschen was auch super ist!!

Well located and clean, this hotel offered a basic but comfortable room that was quiet and well piced. The staff were friendly and the facilities included a communal lounge and laundry.

The location is superb. The staff are all very friendly and speak good English. The hospitality is excellent, with a shared living room and community kitchen that create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel also offers complimentary coffee and soft drinks in the common area, and breakfast includes a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes. Ms Gao, the manager at reception, was exceptionally helpful and handled every issue with great charm and professionalism, which made my stay feel like home. I will definitely book this hotel again. Highly recommended.

The only thing I would mention is that if you are looking for a typical hotel experience, this place feels more like a flat or apartment. It offers a different style of living experience, which is actually part of the unique charm and core spirit of the hotel. I didn’t expect it at first, but I really grew to love this place.

I appreciated the free drinks included in the stay in the fridge downstairs and stylish coffee machine on offer for use. They were helpful especially the young guy on duty having good English being appreciated his help. The location is excellent in a great central place. Bed comfortable and pillows.

The dark blind allowed light in early mornings this needs to hang lower. The room is not cleaned everyday nor towels changed and you had to ask for water which was a miserable amount given. Cleaning regardless should be everyday after all if you cook in there it will become very messy and smelly. This includes no tissues in the room plus no toilet paper so if you run out then it’s up to you to go downstairs to get more. My point is they should just do the room daily including changing of towels that are wet given what you pay.

Good location. Less than 30mins car ride to most tourist attractions (Forbidden city, temple of heaven, wangfujing). Free Laundry washing machine and dryer on level 5(bring your own laundry capsule). Staff are very friendly, approachable and helpful, speaks good English.

Facilities are old, need repair. Sliding door of toilet area was stuck, i could not close the toilet door.

False advertising, it is NOT a five star hotel. It is a three star apartment hotel on other platforms, with tiny reception area and the stars on Booking.com is definitely missing leading. I also paid more than other platforms, under the impression that this was a five star hotel.

The property was misrepresented and not as described. It was advertised as a 5-star accommodation, but in reality it had no official rating and was of very poor quality. The apartment was in third-class condition: the bathroom was rusty, there was no proper bed (only a sofa bed), and basic amenities such as a TV, tea, and coffee were not provided. Most concerning, there was a legal notice at the property stating that the landlord had initiated legal proceedings due to unpaid rent and management fees. This notice warned that guests could be required to vacate at any time, which put our safety and belongings at risk. This information was not disclosed in the listing. I am therefore requesting a full refund as the accommodation was misleading, unsafe, and not as advertised.

住宿地點超級方便, 地鐵站出來走路5分鐘就到了. 住宿前台24小時服務, 房間的鑰匙是使用密碼, 不用另外攜帶房卡外出 還有提供洗衣房, 可以隨時洗衣服, 洗衣液前台也有零售, 非常方便!

اولا المكان جدا نظيف و موقعه رائع قريب من كل شيء المنطقه ممتعه .. كذلك تعامل الموظفين راقي خاصه البنات الموظفات هناك متعاونات بشكل لايوصف واي شي تطلبه يوصلك اشكرهم واشكر لهم طيب الاقامه. ملاحظه : لمن تطلع لهم في الدور الثالث بيكون الوصول لهم غريب بعض الشي ومابعد ذلك بيعطونك مصاعد مريحه ومباشره للأسواق .

The location is super, close to Sanlitun. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I arrived early in the morning, and they let me to rest in the lounge and get refreshed with a Nespresso coffee. The room is well designed and the bed is very comfortable. I will definitely come back!

If you want to go gym-then you can only get in with chinese SIM card-:(

剛好住在大馬路旁的房間，景觀漂亮但是早上會聽到汽車按喇叭的聲音

The location is good, and the subway is just around the corner. It is a shared building, and the hotel's sign is not easily visible. If you want to take a taxi, you need to type in the name of the other hotel, which is more famous.

The receptionist should at least learn how to guide tourists around their hotel areas. This hotel is more for the locals for long stays. Not really meant for tourists, or they just started to open to tourists. My suggestion is that all receptionists should know the areas near their hotel.

The property is really good. There is a lot to do around there. A lot of shops and a lot of restaurants. It’s in the middle of the centre. Also easy to take a taxi. And order the other hand it’s also quiet in the building that’s really nice. There were also a lot of options to take a bank. Atm nearby. That can be sometimes hard for tourists who don’t have Alipay. The people who working here are amazing they’re all speak English and they are really helpful.

I liked that the room was not serviced every day so I could rest sometimes and not bother about the cleaner coming. But the staff were a bit unclear when it was going to happen and I was interrupted one day when they said I wouldn't be,

slightly weird system of toggle switches which I never really worked out, but that was better when I found a master switch in the cubby hole by the bed. Worst thing was the WiFi was very sloooooow and OK for web pages but I had a video conference to do and I had to stream it using my phone as a WiFi server,

Management is poor. I checked out earlier than planned. Since they had taken all payment at check-in, They said they would refund it at first working day. After then i ve asked maybe 15 times but there has been 3 weeks and they still haven’t refunded. Each time they are saying tomorrow.

Очень удобная кухня-столовая общего пользования. Есть много кухонных принадлежностей: холодильник, морозильник, электроплита, духовка, микроволновка, чайники, тостеры и много другого. Есть даже ледогенератор! Есть лаунж зона с кофе машиной и разными капсулами. Есть стиральные и сушильные машинки. Метро очень близко в 3 минутах ходьбы. В этом отеле останавливаемся второй раз.

La zona è splendida, ci sono negozietti e ristoranti facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Le porte si aprono a combinazione, nessuna chiave o scheda da portarsi dietro. Ottima colazione e servizi disponibili, inclusa lavanderia e noleggio power banks

La posizione del letto che blocca l'armadio, gli interuttori che ogni tanto accendono/spengono le luci come fossero posseduti e avrei gradito uno spazzolino per il bagno, anche se credo d'aver capito che in Cina non si usa...

Super good for business stay in central Beijing

Decent size room with kitchenette and en-suite. Nice view of the city and traffic outside! Bed was comfortable. Nice communal area with free tea and coffee. Condition and cleanliness could be improved. Close to Sanlitun shopping area and metro outside the door.

The hotel was spotless, with well-maintained facilities and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Its location was excellent, surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants, and conveniences. The complimentary cookies were absolutely delicious and such a wonderful touch!
