Je kamer wordt niet schoon gemaakt, prullenbakken en wc worden niet dagelijks schoon gemaakt of gelegd. Personeel is niet helpend en niet zo vriendelijk. Ook is men aan het bouwen naast het complex waardoor er vanaf 8 uur overlast van geluid is.

La habitación sin vistas a la piscina es correcta. Lo que más nos gustó fue que te preparan toallas para la piscina y un bolso con pareos para la playa. Además, se agradece que dejen un spray antimosquistos.

Sin duda, deben mejorar el wc. Realmente no invita mucho a sentarse en la taza del wáter, ya que la misma está llena de moho. Sería altamente recomendable que la canviasen, pues es algo poco costoso y que genera un gran cambio al alojamiento. De lo contrario, da sensación de poco higiénico.

Enfin un établissement propre à la décoration soignée, un lit grand, de bons draps propres et qui sentent bon, une salle de bain dont le pommeau de douche coule parfaitement, des attentions qui semblent simples et pourtant : des bouchons d’oreilles, serviettes de bain de piscine de visage, un livret d’accueil regroupant pleins d’infos, un verre de bienvenu, une belle piscine tout était parfait et vraiment tellement agréable pour un prix même moins cher que certain établissement bien moins accueillant

Hyggelige værelser, dejligt nyt pool område, stille lille sted. Tæt på øst stranden og let at gå/cykle til vest stranden.

Byggeplads pga de var ved at udvide med nye huse. Støv, mure støv alle steder - i poolen, på dit badetøj der hang til tørre mm. Larm fra byggeriet så man ikke gad være ved poolen. Der burde være myggenet ved sengen, når man vælger at have badeværelse med åben til himmel.

Pieno di insetti, addirittura ti offrono una camera con doccia aperta sopra in modo da farli entrare tutti e farli stare al caldo con te 😂 Colazione inclusa ti dicono, ma alla fine quelli che prendi tu non è incluso.. Bastava che lo comunicassero e nessuno si sarebbe trovato sorprese! Pulizia non ottima per i nostri standard.. Da dire però, personale sempre molto gentile!

Parfait ! Accueil chaleureux 😊 Nous avons inauguré une des 4 nouvelles maisons du fond autour de la piscine. C est grand, c est mignon, les éléments on été choisi avec soin et goût. Il y a tout le nécessaire et on est extrêmement bien installé. ! La douche est magnifique, le lit super très confortable, et la pisicne au top. L'hôtel est prêt de rues commercantes et de la plage, tout se fait à pied très tranquillement. Bon courage pour votre magnifique projet ... Et qui sait peut être a un de ces jours ! 🇫🇷🇫🇮❤️

Struttura molto carina, camera spaziosa e accogliente. A 15 min dal porto e vicina a ristoranti, market e a una farmacia! Il personale molto gentile, possono aiutarti ad organizzare escursioni di snorkelling e offrono anche servizio di lavanderia a un buonissimo prezzo!

Nulla. Non era possibile gettare la carta igienica nel wc ma non è stato un grosso problema (il più è ricordarsi quando si è soprappensiero. La piscina non si trova all’interno della camera ma è condivisa.

L’accueil, toute l’équipe 💕, la chambre, la végétation, la salle de bain, les sourires, l’eau à dispo, le lit, la déco, la place pour ranger ses affaires, le nécessaire pour la plage (foutas et sac), le bali Kopi, l’emplacement au calme, on s’est sentis comme à la maison ❤️ merci pour cette superbe semaine ! Caresse aux chats 🐈 😘

Super ruhige Lage mit Pool. Wirklich günstig und direkt um die Ecke eine Wäscherei. Wenn man Katzen mag hat man viel Gelegenheit zum streicheln :) Personal sehr nett.

In unserem Buchungszeitraum war leider eine Baustelle direkt an der Unterkunft. Wäre gut gewesen, wenn sie dies vorher kommuniziert hätten. Aber der Lärm hielt sich sehr in Grenzen, da von 8:15-17 Uhr gebaut wurde. Daher wirklich auszuhalten. Ein Haartrockner wäre noch gut gewesen.

It was very clean and comfortable. All the little touches made the stay even better. The location was great and easy to get around. They helped us with a bike rental and were very quick and friendly.

No tuvimos agua caliente ningún día, a pesar de haberlo reportado al personal.

Jolie chambre avec salle de bains extérieure qui fait son effet ;) tout est bien équipé jusque l eau potable dans les bouteilles de salle de bains et frigo en passant par les sarongs et le sac de plage très appréciable ! On peut louer des vélos ce qui est un atout pour aller de groupe à gauche de l ile;)

On s est aperçu en arrivant qu il y avait des travaux à côté de la villa un peu dommage pour la sérénité du matin …on a moins ressenti la bienveillance d un membre du personnel par rapport à ailleurs..

Alles super. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber.

Hôtel très bien situé, propre, très cocon, tout est bien pensé, les petites attentions dans la chambre. La piscine agréable, super emplacement pour séjourné sur Gili Air.

Uns hat alles gefallen. Tolles großzügiges Zimmer, und Badezimmer (offen), Bett war bequem, Handtücher ausreichend vorhanden (sarong und Tasche für den Strand gab es auch). Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.

This hotel room was beautiful, the bathroom was gorgeous!

We had a lot of centipedes come into our room which I didn’t like at all. I was woken up at 2am to one crawling over me in bed.

Très belle chambre, bien située, une piscine rafraîchissante, alentours calmes, on trouve tout ce dont nous avons besoin à proximité, des petits chats adorables, un service de machine à laver

Pas de petit déjeuner c’est dommage, les carafes d’eau ne sont pas toujours remplies…, il faudrait changer les serviettes de douche et de plage, le papier toilette n’est pas forcément renouvelé non plus très souvent

Lovely property close to the beach an really great places to eat. The room was very clean and looked after. Upon arrival the gentleman that greeted me was very kind and gave me all the best formation I needed about the island. Daily cleaning is available if needed and the drinks in the fridge is the same price you would pay on the island so don’t think you are paying more because you are not.

The only thing that disappointed me was the pool as the pictures make it look big when in fact it’s small (a little bigger than a jacuzzi) and there were a lot of ants everywhere by the pool which is to be expected when surrounded by grass and trees. However I wouldn’t let something so small stop me from staying here again.

Die Zimmer sind super schön und alles ist sehr sauber. Es ist sehr gemütlich, vor allem abends mit den Lichtern – man kann auch richtig gut draußen am Pool sitzen. Und ich wollte noch hervorheben: Das Personal ist einfach unglaublich toll und hilfsbereit. Super lieb und aufmerksam und als ich auf Krücken war, haben sie uns sogar kostenlos geholfen, unser Gepäck zum Hafen zu tragen!! Ganz klare Empfehlung, mein zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

Es gibt keine Fahrräder im Hotel zu mieten. Der nächste Verleih ist aber nicht weit weg.

Wir hatten eine große Spinne im Zimmer und der Mitarbeiter kam sofort um sie weg zu machen! Alle waren sehr freundlich und es war ein wunderschönes Zimmer

Everything!! Perfect location, super clean and beautiful.

Clean, well located in the middle of the village so it’s easy to access both sunrise and sunset sides of the island. Staff are friendly and there’s always someone around so it feels safe and supported. Beach towels they provided are a plus and I’m happy that Mr Andy is kind to cycle to the harbour to return something I left behind that they found after my checkout, even though I didn’t need that item to be returned. Very kind souls!

The fridge made a sound so I unplugged it and it’s absolutely quiet to sleep well in the night. Nothing that can’t be resolved so no biggie!

Puedo decir que este ¡ha sido uno de los mejores alojamientos en los que hemos estado en Indonesia! Cuidan cada detalle al máximo, ¡hasta te ofrecen bolso y pareos para disfrutar de la playa! Un absoluto acierto 🤍

Everything! The cosy room, the beautiful garden, the swimming pool when it is too hot, quiet location and close to everything, especially with the bicycle! And thank you for warm welcome and smile! We highly recommend.

Lovely big room, great Ac and comfortable bed. Good blackout curtains. Only a 6min bike ride to any beach on the island which was brilliant. Really nice touch having sarongs/ beach bags etc for use during the stay! Room and surrounding area kept well maintained and cleaned daily.

Belle chambre propre et calme au coeur de l'ile, à 2 minutes à pied de la rue principale et 6 minutes de la plage. Très belle salle de bain, mignonne petite piscine. Très bon rapport qualité / prix ! Le staff est également très sympathique.

Je dirais juste que c'est un peu dommage que la chambre soit un peu sombre. Il y a une grande baie vitrée qui donne sur la terrasse mais le toit + végétation atténue la lumière naturelle. La salle de bain quand à elle est super lumineuse !

Tolle, süße, kleine Unterkunft ! Ich war schon zum zweiten Mal dort. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und man hat alles was man braucht. Man merkt, dass sich der Besitzer viele Gedanken gemacht hat und man spürt die Liebe zum Detail und zur Nachhaltigkeit. Es gab 4 Strandtücher welche man mit zum Strand nehmen durfte inklusive einer kleinen Strandtasche, sowie Flaschen, welche man sich befüllen konnte und mitnehmen konnte. Es werden jeden Tag Räucherstäbchen im Vorgarten angemacht und das Personal ist sehr bemüht und super freundlich. Der Pool ist mittlerweile auch fertig und ergänzt die Unterkunft perfekt. Dadurch, dass Amel House am anderen Ende der Insel liegt, ist es extrem ruhig, wodurch man super durchschlafen kann. Neben der Unterkunft ist direkt unser Lieblingsrestaurant Pituq, welches soweit ich weiß dem selben Besitzer gehört. Das merkt man sofort daran, dass sich auch dort das Thema Nachhaltigkeit durchzieht. Wir waren jeden Tag dort essen und jedes einzelne Gericht war sehr lecker !

Einzig und allein der Duschkopf hat nicht mehr gehalten, was sich aber leicht beheben lassen wird. Es hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Macht euch außerdem auf einen “längeren” Weg vom Hafen gefasst (ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß). Für uns kein Problem und genau das, was wir gesucht haben (dort ist es deutlich ruhiger als vorne am Hafen).

There is a beautiful entrance to the room with lots of plants. The room even has a fridge and the outdoor bathroom is nice too. The staff is incredibly kind and even picked us up from the harbor. I really liked the towels that they provided for the pool, beach, shower… The owner helped organising the snorkelling trip for my friend. And the bikes were nice to get arround the island.

The fridge was a bit loud but the noise was consistent. Therefore they provided earplugs. The water pressure of the shower wasn’t the best but it was okay.

Very clean, beautiful and modern accommodation located in a calm area. Shower was like a spa. Good snacks also available in the room.

There was a power break so the AC stopped working, but I guess the problem was in the whole island.

Ce logement est vraiment magnifique !! Nous avons passé un super séjour : bien placé, tres propre, personnel au top, piscine très agréable, eau gratuite à volonté Merci pour tout !!

Der Raum an sich, das Außenbad und vor allem die Liebe zum Detail: Wir hatten sofort das Gefühl, dass sich hier mit richtiger Hingabe gekümmert wird. Kleinigkeiten wie 2 Kleine Mülleimer, Wäschekörbe, Moskitoreppellent, extra Strandsarongs usw. geben einen das Gefühl umsorgt zu sein. Es war insgesamt deutlich ruhiger als am Strand und daher empfanden wir es als sehr angenehm. Andy und das Personal sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Dat ze aan alles hebben gedacht! Van leuke strandhanddoeken, tot muggenspul. Kamer was best ruim en het personeel was ook heel aardig, ze hielpen met de backpacks verplaatsen met de scooter, omdat we niet oké voelde bij het gebruiken van de paarden. Ook fietsen gehuurd bij de accomodatie wat fijn en goed geregeld was.

Het zwembad was klein, maar dat zag je al en genoeg strand in de buurt!

Het was goed schoon en voelde erg fijn.

Airco deed het iets minder goed dan anders, maar werkte wel voldoende.

De airco werkte niet heel goed, ik begreep dat het te maken heeft met limiet van elektriciteit op het eiland waar Amel House weinig aan kon doen.

El alojamiento estaba súper limpio, el chico que nos atendió fue un amor con nosotros. Nos habían dejado agua en la habitación y la cama era súper cómoda. Me encantó el detalle de las frases típicas y su traducción para ayudarnos a comunicarnos y aprender algo durante el viaje. Los chicos que trabajaban allí estaban siempre limpiando y manteniendo todo limpio y bonito. Súper recomendable, nos encantó!!!
