Les équipements de la salle de bain n’était pas de très bonne qualité et très salissant. Et la piscine était très froide.

Terrible. The shower still had objects and haurs from other customers. The adult only is a lie as the Sunday afternoon kids were everywhere in the pool and some came knocking on our doors while we were resting. The owner had a private party, in that case I suggest not renting the place while it is the case!! The people working there are not very helpful. Our worst stay in Indonesia.

Tolle kleine Unterkunft in der mitte der insel. Alles ist schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichteten Zimmern, in toller Lage, von der aus alles gut erreichbar ist.

Das Frühstück war okay, könnte aber noch etwas besser sein. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Pobyt w Villa Bagus był niesamowity. Wszystko bylo idealne. Domki były super czysto pachnąco i klimatycznie. Personel spisywał się perfekcyjnie. Bardzo mili,sympatyczni i pomocni w każdej sprawie. Śniadania bardzo dobre. Serdecznie polecam.

A relaxing escape, central location to easily walk all over the island. Staff friendly, helpful and always on hand. An added perk of using sister hotel beach facilities. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing, we had an amazing stay

The location and atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful. The staff Han, Mery, Sopian and Jumadil was amazing and breakfast was punctual and really good!

Vi uppskattade vår vistelse mycket på Villa Bagus. Bra läge, nära gatan med butiker och restauranger, nära till havet och ändå avskilt och lugnt, grönt läge. Vi uppskattade frukosten, så god och välgjord. Uppskattade poolen och det gröna området som boendet låg i. All service som Merly och hans kollegor bidrog med. Fräscht, fint inrett, mysigt. Vi skulle absolut bo här igen, när allt och fram för allt lugnt och bra service.

Es muy bonito, personal muy amable, si necesitas alquilar bicis te las llevan directamente al hotel. Tiene acceso a un restaurante al lado de la playa.

Por decir algo, el último día teníamos que coger el ferry temprano y no pudimos disfrutar del desayuno. Si es verdad que el día de antes nos pusieron un plato con fruta en la habitación, pero estaría bien que tuvieran una caja para llevar el desayuno ya que está incluido en el precio.

Chambre adorable et tres confortable. Excellente literie. Tout est tres propre et en excellent etat (chambres, piscine, cadre,...). L hotel dispose d une plage privée à quelques minutes à pied où des transats sont disponibles gratuitement, coté Est de gili air ce qui est parfait pour faire du snorkling en partant de la plage. Le spot est excellent (facile d accès, coraux superbes et de nombreux poissons et tortues). La position centrale de l hotel est aussi excellente et tout point de l ile est rapidement accessible à pied. Le personnel est d une extreme gentillesse. Bref, nous serions bien restés plus longtemps.

Très sonore avec la mosquée qui est juste à côté. Très sonore entre les chambres aussi. Très cher pour la prestation par rapport au tarif d Indonésie Des pbs d eau qui ne sont peut être pas liés à l hôtel mais au pb d eau sur l île. Mais on a pas forcément de douche tous les jours !

The door of our room was faulty and since it was reported in other reviews, it must have been an ongoing issue. Toilet seat was broken when we checked in, it was promptly replaced when we informed the staff. Both things should be sorted, not waiting for guests to pick them up, not at this price point at least. Very low shower pressure. Breakfast could definitely be improved; juices were fresh and good, sourdough bread was very good. French toast on the other hand is made with white bread so pretty average.

We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend these charming boutique bungalows. Tucked away in a peaceful spot, the property feels like a hidden oasis with a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. The bungalows are comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and beautifully maintained. The location is perfect just a short distance from the beach and surrounded by great cafés. While the breakfast menu isn't extensive, every option we tried was fresh and delicious. What truly made our stay special was the wonderful staff. They made us feel right at home, and every question or request was met with genuine kindness and helpfulness.

Tutto. Lo staff gentilissimo, ho passato lì il mio compleanno e mi hanno svegliata con le candeline. Servizio refill acqua h24, abbiamo usato la lavanderia, con 10€ ci ha lavato una valigia intera e stirato tutto. Il primo giorno siamo arrivati dopo un volo aereo e 4 ore di traghetto, ad aspettarci dalle 19 alle 20 un massaggio Balinese di un’ora in camera nostra ad un prezzo eccellente. Colazione speciale, location speciale, sia i bungalow sia la zona relax attorno alla piscina e la zona di relax privata esterna a ciascun bungalow, dove noi abbiamo sempre fatto colazione. Speciale, consigliato!

Chatki wymagają odświeżenia bo widać już ząb czasu. Dla mnie łóżko był za twarde ale to kwestia gustu.

Only one person from staff speak English good, if he was not working it was a bit difficult to communicate for more complex topics.. Big humidity in bathroom and smell not the best. Also there was a lot of spaces in bathroom with which geko and mosquitos get inside. No sound isolation.

Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war in Ordnung. Alles schien notdürftig repariert zu sein. 🫣

Der erste Eindruck war gut, da die Anlage sehr schön aussah und der Empfang sehr freundlich war. Wir hatten Bungalow 1. Wir hatten dort leider Probleme mit der Toilettenspülung, die Armaturen waren stark korrodiert und die Tür zum Bad ließ sich nur halb öffnen. Obwohl wir baten die Tür zu reparieren geschah nichts. Leider haben wir erst aus den Rezensionen erfahren, dass man Liegen am Strand hätte benutzen können. Bis auf das Frühstück waren wir zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Bei anderen Gästen hatten wir gesehen, dass sie Mangosaft bekamen. Uns sagte man zweimal das es keinen mehr gibt. Am dritten und letzten Frühstück kamen wir früher. Nach uns kam eine Gruppe junge Frauen, die sofort die Aufmerksamkeit der jungen Männer, die hier arbeiten, auf sich zog. So wurden die Frauen vor uns bedient und bekamen Mangosaft. Erst als die Frauen zu Essen und zu trinken hatten wurden wir bedient. Wir fragten ob wir Mangosaft bekommen. Uns wurde gesagt, dass es wieder keinen gibt. 😡 Wir haben uns dann im Markt nebenan selbst Saft gekauft und zu unserem Frühstück getrunken.

Super schöne Unterkunft. Tolles Team. Wir waren über eine Woche dort und haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage ist super. Gili Air ist klein und nichts ist weit weg, aber trotzdem gibt es Unterschiede und diese Gegend mag ich am liebsten.

Todo nos pareció excepcional. La ubicación es inmejorable, en el centro de la isla. Esto nos permitía estar relajado sin ruido, como el que puede haber en otras ubicaciones en la zona de la playa. El trato del personal fantástico, serviciales, atentos. Los desayunos estaban muy ricos. El bungalow de buen tamaño y el baño también, ademas de estar todo muy limpio. Nos recomendaron sitios para comer/cenar algunos de ellos con descuento por ser del mismo dueño que el bungalw. Nos gestionaron el alquiler de bicicletas con ellos mismos y la excursión en barco privado para hacer snorkel en los puntos de interés de la zona con gopro.

Le calme du lieu, chaque bungalow dispose de sa propre intimité. Le lieu est magnifique avec une grande place laissée à la nature, aux arbres, aux plantes (ce qui est loin d'être le cas dans d'autres hotels de Gili air, où l'optimisation de l'espace est recherchée, et où tout semble être cimenté). Le petit déjeuner est de très bonne qualité : jus de fruits frais, pain excellent Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours disponible et souriant La piscine est un vrai + pour se rafraîchir, et elle est souvent à l'ombre pendant la journée Le bungalow est très spacieux. Je m'y suis sentie très très bien !

We loved our stay at Villa Bagus! Han and the other staff were so lovely and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. We loved the tranquility of the place, and its location in the central part of the island made it easy to get around. Everything was clean and comfortable and we would stay there again next time we go to Gili Air.

The room was comfortable and the property was peaceful. The best part about my stay was Merry and the staff. They were so kind and helpful and kept my room sparkling clean. Breakfast every morning was great.

The water in the shower was hot but the pressure was a little low and sometimes there was an odor coming from the water in the sink.

De ligging, een erg leuk ingerichte bungalow op een kleine resort in een schitterende tuin.

De gebedsoproepen vanuit de moskee zijn hier meerdere keren per dag goed hoorbaar, begint al om ongeveer 05.30 uur.

The staff was super friendly and kind and attentive. They did a really nice decoration in my room with balloons for my birthday which was a nice surprise. Also the Breakfast was nice and fresh. Location was very close to everything is walking distance

Bardzo kameralne, spokojne miejsce. Lokalizacja idealna, blisko na plażę żółwi. Śniadania doskonałe, obsługa wyjątkowa , bardzo pomocna. Mary zorganizował również świetną wycieczkę na kilka wysp. Polecam skorzystać. Można wypożyczyć rower na miejscu. Idealna miejscówka aby wypocząć, poczuć klimat wyspy. Pokoje bardzo komfortowe, basen idealny, wystarczający aby się schłodzić. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie zatrzymam się po raz kolejny jeśli odwiedzę Gili air.

Lokalizacja, spokój i komfort z dala od zgiełku. Bardzo spokojne miejsce.

Dit is echt een parel op Gili Air! De huisjes zijn ruim en schoon, het personeel is waanzinnig vriendelijk en het ontbijt is er heel goed.

Absolute gem! I loved staying here, I wish I could have stayed longer! My bungalow was charming, nice decoration too. The staff is very thoughtful and helped with everything- bike rental, laundry, had a warm welcome. Breakfast was delicious too, I’d stay here again too for sure!

Super nette Angestellte , sehr aufgestellt , immer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend . Sehr ruhig gelegen , trotzdem nicht weit weg von gutem Schnorcheln . Zudem praktisch das ein Hotel am Strand dazu gehört wo man seine Sachen deponieren kann wenn man schnorcheln geht , und auch sonst alles gebrauchen kann ( Dusche , Toilette etc . )

Great location. The little house is cute, clean and bed is comfortable. It has it's charm and I'm happy we stayed here. Staff was friendly and helpful, a bit chaotic but what isn't chaotic here.

I would appreciate a bin which can be closed in the bathroom. I'd work on breakfast service, breakfast could be much better. And also I'd replace sodas in the minibar because ours were expired.

The staff were extremely friendly , and did everything in their power to make you feel comfortable . They also have connections to local services including bike hire and snorkelling trips , which makes things easier too

The stuff was nice, they try to do everything right. Good location, close to the beach with turtles.

There were some minor issues with cleaning the room. They tried to manage it somehow.
