Nice and kind family members, the room is clear, the location is good.

Location which in in middle of town.

No fans no ventilation, cheap Chinese100rs fans on beds which gives no air. Even for towel they ask 100 npr. Mainly they are interested in boating tour packages which gives more profit.

The owner and his son are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are a great bargain. It's a great location, right on the quiet edge of the lakefront walk

Die Lage war sehr gut. Mein Zimmer blickte auf einen Garten. Bett war sehr bequem. Der spinnt war geräumig und abschließbar. Freundliche Vermieter.

Das Aquarium an der Rezeption gehört mal geputzt. Ich rate ihnen die Putzer Fische anzuschaffen. Sie essen gern Algen. Schade das die Terrasse nicht hergerichtet ist. So schön.

The property is in a fantastic location, very close to the lake. The owner is extremely hospitable and always ready to help, which made the stay even more pleasant.

Top Unterkunft in Pokhara. War 4 Nächte im Frauen-Dorm, welches sehr hell und freundlich ist weil es einen Balkon hat. Das Zimmer hat nur 4 Betten und ist geräumig. Sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer ist ausserhalb gegenüber und ebenfalls immer sauber. Vorhänge, Leselampe und genügend Ablageflächen bei jedem Bett 🗄️ grosse Spinde für die Rucksäcke. Die Lage ist sensationell, etliche Cafes und Restaurants im der Nähe, der See nur 3min zu Fuss entfernt. Trinkwasser kostenfrei vorhanden. Das Privatzimmer ist ebenfalls geräumig, super sauber, Hell, und gemütlich. Ausgestattet mit einem Wasserkocher, Duschgel, Shampoo, Zahnbürste, Tee. Die Besitzer sind super freundlich und sehr sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für alles 🤗🙏

The family who is managing the place is lovely. They are very responsive and always kind. It was a pleasure being there. The location, near Fewa Lake, is a must. Also near the main shopping road, restaurants etc... The hostel is well maintained, beds are confortable, all the areas were clean.

I did not like having to leave. This place was perfect for a 6 nights stay in Pokhara - easy wandering, happy rest. Hope to come back and to see you all again.

Nous avons adoré nos multiples séjours au Good Earth Hostel. Il est idéalement situé au cœur de Pokhara lakeside, dans une rue plus calme que la rue principale. La famille qui tient cet hostel a été très accueillante et nous a aidé à multiples reprises. Bishnu nous a donné de précieux conseils pour notre trek. Nous avons pu laissé des affaires avant de partir en trek et aussi faire des lessives. Les dortoirs de 6 et de 4 étaient tellement confortables, particulièrement les matelas. C'est l'hostel où nous avons le mieux dormi de nos 2 mois au Népal ! Plusieurs douches (avec eau chaude) et toilettes sont disponibles et toujours propres. Nous recommandons vivement cette pépite au coeur de Pokhara lakeside.

- staff is amazing (really kind) - you can book hikes and activities, owner is a mountain guide - girls room really nice and bed is cozy - nothing bad to say about the place but see what I didn’t like.

- cheap so expect cheap foreigners who don’t respect their environment - showers didn’t drain so water on the floor - toilets made dirty by foreigners (I didn’t feel safe because of men tourists so I left)

Hostel ambition was too excellent ... Very clean from inside to outside ... Their welcoming behaviour was excellent... Uncle and their family members were good in nature... very cooperative and helpful. The location was excellent. I love the stay ... Very positive and high energy place to stay.

Some facilities were not there like in winters an electric kettle is necessary... Hangers were not there to hang clothes. In the bathroom some racks are necessary to put certain bathroom accessories... Bucket n mug are necessary which are not available. These things are a loop hole of the place otherwise it was an excellent place to stay.

I really loved my stay at the hostel plus it was homely environment there, the owner were friendly. Overall it was a great experience. I would like to mention about a Grandma there, I really adored her company, always smiling and welcoming plus they have a pet Cat Minu, she was too cute and adorable <3 It lives up to its name - The Good Earth

I love this hostel. Super comfy bed, big room, nice pillow and duvet, I had a balcony, a desk, a chair, hot water, a wardrobe to put my clothes and a little safe door, Bisnu was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location also excellent. Wifi great. Really comfortable stay, he even lent me walking sticks and let me keep my stuff here.

Located just down from Centre Point so easy to navigate to. Off the main Lakeside road so a bit quieter. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Has a work station if needed. Good a/c. We had a deluxe room and it had a balcony with a view of the lake and maybe the mountains (unfortunately we had cloudy rain). Washing (machine) service available (cost same as other places). Good restaurants nearby.

The rooms, bed, showers, washrooms were clean. Bishnuji at the front desk is a super helpful person. Comfortable bed for a 6'1" person, hot water in the shower, clean sheets, drapes for privacy with the beds.

Hostel Good Earth is in prime location of lakeside Pokhara. The owner is very kind and knowledgeable of local attractions. The rooms were clean with soft beds and cosy linen. Very hot water in the bathrooms also. Great place to stay!

One of the great value for private room in Pokhara! The whole building looks decent. My room is clean, comfortable. Bathroom got hot shower. The rooftop is huge! Can see the lake. The boss Mr. Bishnu assist me alot, including laundry service. I like his Nepal mountain stories. They did very good breakfast. Location is exactly the main street! Lakeside. It's a family business, all staffs friendly and helpful. Thanks for everything!

Best hostel I stayed in Pokhara, and I tried a few. Very spacious and clean rooms. Super comfortable beds. The owners are always so kind. Great location right in the centre of lakeside Pokhara, the street itself is more quiet which is great since there is not much noise at night. Showers might take a few min before getting warm but there is hot water, which is nice. It was not busy when I stayed there, I had the whole dorm to myself. Ended up staying way longer than planned, because I felt so at home here!

I'm from Bangladesh and I recommended to everyone if you are looking your holidays in paokhara lakeside view and good hotel you can choose it.

Hostel is located near by the Lake and you can enjoy water raids restaurants and have a walk in just less than 500 meters. I like how they kept rooms clean, they and beautiful.

Actually Nothing. Don't expect food from the owners. you can get delicious food near by at a very minimal cost.

I think 2 toilets and showers for the whole floor could be too less if fully booked. Also there wasn’t always toilet paper. It’s cool that there was a mini fan at each bed, but you could either use that or charge your phone.

The location was fine.

I saw with my own eyes the cleaner threw down from the top bunk the blanket and the pillow onto the floor, then proceeded to straight the bottom sheet without changing it with a clean sheet, then folded the blanket on the floor and placed it and the pillow for the next guest. That means I might also have had soiled sheet, blanket cover and pillow case. And it's not the cleaner's fault. He was just following instructions.

I had a late night check in, but the host's family were very kind and accommodating. I felt very well taken care of at this hostel. The dormitory room was very spacious and cozy at the same time, apart from being very neatly set up and clean too. There was plenty of natural light, ventilation and a fabulous view. The bathrooms were cleaned regularly, and very comfortable to use. It was the finest hostel experience I have had anywhere in the world so far. And it came with great warmth from the hearts of the host Bishnu and his family.

Most comfortable and chill hostel that I've stayed in. It's a family run hostel who are extremely friendly and welcoming, felt like home. The owner will do his best to help you in any queries. Has a really nice roof top too and close to Lakeside.
