Exceptional staff that made my stay very comfortable and also offered me masala tea several times. The room is clean and spacious as well as the bathroom. Nice views of the lake.

Location is a bit far from attractions. Chicken in both dinners (different dishes) was either overcooked or tasted like it was made a previous day.

All rooms face the Ponmudi reservoir. The rooms are very spacious with all amenities and the most beautiful view. The resort is surrounded by lots of green cover and excellent hospitality. We enjoyed walking just outside the resort. Even though the resort is tucked away in a calm corner, the nearest town is just 5km away. Breakfast was good with lots of options. We even enjoyed the high tea.

Lunch and dinner options were good but could have been better especially since there are no other restaurants around this place.

The location is far away from the major tourist destinations. Of you are looking for quiet relaxing place, away from town center then this is a decent place to be.

Loved our private bungalow with pool. Beautifully authentic, spacious and calm.

I would have liked my massage (shoulder and neck) to be lying down rather than sat on a wooden chair.

Beautiful views and the sweetest staff

The view, my god it was breathtaking, we could’ve stared at it the whole trip. The staff were wonderful and super accommodating. The food was delicious and varied Indian cuisine.

It’s abit out of the way from Munnar but we love exploring and hiking so it worked for us. We walked to the nearest town Rajakad (around 2 miles away), then got an auto/tuktuk to munnar which cost us around 800 rupees each way.

La vue est sublime. Le personnel est serviable souriant et attentionné. La piscine très photogénique. Les chambres sont propores et grandes.

Séjour décevant dans l’ensemble. L’entretien est clairement insuffisant : la salle de sport est sale et plusieurs équipements sont cassés. Les chaises longues sont également sales et endommagées, ce qui rend les espaces extérieurs peu agréables. L’hôtel ne propose aucune activité organisée, et il est situé loin de tout, ce qui limite fortement les possibilités sur place. Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé, il n’y a pas de véritables chemins de randonnée à proximité, à part le long d’une route, ce qui n’est pas agréable. Concernant la restauration, la nourriture est correcte mais sans plus. Un buffet standard matin et soir, sans grande variété ni originalité. En soit, ne correspond pas du tout à ce que le site internet propose.

I loved my stay at Ragamaya. It is perfect for a relaxing retreat in the nature, the location is amazing, with a stunning view over the valley and lake below. I suggest going for the Deluxe View room, so that you can enjoy the view from your own balcony.. The swimming pool is fantastic, stuff is kind and friendly, liked restaurant and spa.

Worth every penny, I say. We were welcomed warmly, valet took care of baggage and car. We had a welcome drink, garlands, smooth check-in. We didn't get to try, but the place offers complimentary high-tea, everyday campfire etc. The infinity pool with the views of the valley was breathtaking and so were the views from the hotel, just wonderful. Room service was great, food in the restaurant was great. Just amazing sunsets and sunrises, if you are lucky cuz it can get quite misty. But definitely, coming back again!

some of the team members weren't really nice to us the second they understand that we're not come to spend more money. for example, the only texi we could have take was the hotels taxi and it was unnecessarily very expensive then it should have. also, there was not enough hot water for shower.

We had an amazing stay at Ragamaya Resort. The view was very impressive. This hotel is great if you want to relax and enjoy the nature. The restaurant was really great, we enjoyed our stay from the beginning till the end. Staf was very friendly.

Too many staff doing not a lot - property needs maintenance and refurbishing to bring it back up to speed - we had slightly damp room with strong mould smell in the wardrobe ...great location but poorly managed hotel.

Manager Manish is making sure guest return with a complete satisfaction. He takes care of your breakfast, dinner arrangements and was attending each and every guest with the equal dedication. Thanks for your service.

First thing about the location, it was absolutely stunning view and January month the climate was awesome especially in the morning and evening after tea, cool breeze and relaxing in that location was heaven, second the swimming pool even for non swimmers they can enjoy, Food was decent even with the price was reasonable, staffs were helpful and did a perfect job

Buffet did not have a widespread menu. Whatever food was there it was great but they could have included some more varieties in the buffet, especially when you are going to a place in Kerala u expect to try and taste a lot of Kerala authentic foods and if you are not getting much of Kerala dishes it's kind of disappointing.

In reality it is not a 5 star property. The rooms and amenities are good but not excellent. However, the view from the rooms makes up for that.

We loved everything! xd The view from the rooms and restaurant was amazing. If you like indian food and trying new dishes: their restaurant was so good, especially the local Kerala dishes! The staff was so friendly, correct, hospitable and they had a very good atmosphere around them: the resort is not so big, so their team is also kinda small which give them a really warm family vibe. The resort is some way into the country (imo), but the area is so beautiful I lack words to describe it, despite being in the country, there are many activities in the area and the service the hotel provides when it comes to taxis, guides is perfect and as Belgians we thought the prices to be fair. Visit the falls, do the Zipline ^^ We had a few very minor "bumps in the road" during our stay, but the service and help of Kiran and her team made every problem disappear like snow before the sun. The team is really open and their main concern is your wellbeing! We can also recommend the spa With Dr Krishnaveni! She is really passionate and dedicated about her ayurvedic treaments! We can really recommend paying her a visit!

Rooms is too tigth for 3. The furniture is old and needs to be replaced. The bathroom is also old, but it has been restored and renovated.

Staff were heighly cooperative friendly especialy manesh in restaurant and in the reception my booking was four nights paid but I cancelled two nights and they returned the money of the two nights , good hospitality every things were excellent excellnt thank you for them
