Wir waren bereits letztes Jahr hier und haben dieses Jahr kurzfristig wieder einen Stopp hier eingelegt. Die Zimmer, der Pool und das ganze Personal sind einfach super. Das Frühstück ist top, es gibt eine große Auswahl und schmeckt sehr gut. Bis zum Turtle Beach sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß

My stay at this hotel was great, the rooms were spotless and the shower never ran out of hot water, there also really nice pool to go swimming in as well. The breakfast was also great and I was served various different options. I was surprised to see how beautiful the property is, the place looks much nicer in person than it does in the pictures. I would like it if they could take pictures that are a little more high quality, it would attract much more guests.

A pleasant and clean hotel, located in a central yet quiet area. The pool and the surrounding area are very pleasant and well maintained.

Sometimes the hot water pressure was a bit low.

Su ubicación, limpieza, la habitación es moderna al igual que el baño, con todo lo que necesitas, muy muy completo. Sachi es súper amable y servicial, te facilita mucho la están, está atento a todo y servicial preocupa por hacer la estancia lo más agradable posible. El desayuno buenísimo y muy completo.

The hotel was a little tired, but it looked like renovations were going on whilst we were there as it was “low season” when we visited.

Excellent villa, excellent staff, everything worked in the room, only sometimes the water was NOT hot, but it was not very annoying in the heat. Breakfasts are similar, but good; more vegetables could be better. The location is fantastic – it's not right on Galle Road, but off to the side, so it's quiet at night. For example, at the Dolphin (near the beach and the road), the noise would have been unbearable. The pool is a huge plus for the villa; there aren't many like it there. It was great to take a swim at lunchtime, and the kids were especially happy. We usually ordered lunch from the menu right at the villa, so we didn't have to go anywhere in the heat. The menu is the same as at the restaurant on Galle Road, but sometimes the presentation was different. The portions are large; we often got one for two kids. Beach towels are available by the pool and were always available. Cleaning is available upon request; we didn't ask for it every day, but ours was spotless. We went to different restaurants for dinner, or bought fish/squid/shrimp at the market, and they cooked it for us at the villa for an extra fee, but the price was reasonable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We treated them to Russian sweets, and they even gave us Ceylon tea upon check-out. THANK YOU to all the staff and to my wife for choosing this villa for our vacation! We will definitely recommend it to our friends!

Todo. Son muy agradables, las habitaciones son espaciosas tienen terraza, aire acondicionado y lo más importante la cama y almohadas son muy cómodas. El lugar es muy bonito y pese a estar al lado de la actividad principal de la ciudad/playa es muy tranquilo. Además estaban reformando parte y no nos enteramos de nada. Recomendamos 100% ir.

This hotel is amazing. Beside the price, the staff, the room and the cleanness is remarkable ! Absolute a 11 out off 10. If anyone is doubt because it's not on the sea, know that if you buy a ticket for the pool at Hikkatranz and add it to this price you are still having a great deal! We would choose this one over any of the 4/5* hotels! Because those all you can eat are also filled up with the noisy tourist from R****A

Gute Lage. Sehr ruhig gelegen und ca. 5 Minuten Gehweg zur belebten Strasse. Restaurants sehr nahe. Super Frühstück (Toast mit Butter&Konfitüre, Eier in allen Variationen, Pancakes und Früchteteller. Zimmer geräumig mit Klimaanlage und Ventilator. Reinigung einfach melden und dann wird es gemacht.

Einige der Angestellten waren nicht sonderlich freundlich, fast schon angefressen. Zu Beginn fühlten wir uns nicht sehr willkommen - als wäre es mühsam, Gäste zu haben. Es wurde mit der Zeit etwas besser aber das Personal spielt lieber auf dem Handy, als sich um Gäste und Hotel zu kümmern. Das Poolwasser wirkt sehr trüb. Wasserdruck der Dusche war schlecht.

Ruime kamer, groot balkon, lekker ontbijt. Dichtbij hoofdstraat met restaurants.

Airco maakt best wat geluid.

I loved everything about this place: the location in a quiet street yet close to the beach, the lovely and comfy room, the staff. I highly recommend this place in Hikkaduwa.

Der Poll ist eher als Familien freundlich mit vielen Kindern an zu sehen. Keine Ruhe, eher laut und stressig.

My room was very small and not large enough for 2 people. The room was dark with bars on the windows and smelt of damp. The smell was so bad I had to buy incense sticks to try and mask the smell. The bathroom was large with a very good hot shower, however it was not overly clean and kept flooding as the drain was blocked with previous residents hair!

Loved the staff the pool the set up the space the food.... overall very satisfying.

Verschimmelte, stark heruntergekommene und übel riechende Zimmer. Bad war in so einem desolaten Zustand, dass das betreten nur mit Schuhe möglich war. Die Oberflächen klebten oder man sah die Flaschenabdrücke der Vorbesitzer. —> Sauberkeit ist ein Fremdwort. Nach einer Beschwerde wurden uns drei alternative Zimmer angeboten, keines war jedoch besser. Habe schon viele Asienreisen gemacht, mit deutlich günstigeren Zimmern, dies war aber mit Abstand das schlimmste Hotel.

The hotel sits about 200 yards up a side road quite central to town, so positioned quite well. The room were quite spacious and comfortable.

The staff didn’t seem half as friendly as alot of the other hotels we’ve stayed in. You struggled to get there attention for menu, drinks. Anything really. No real conversation, a bit different to what were used to in Sri Lanka.

Huge room, cleaned daily and bottles of water in the room. Pool was clean and sun loungers comfortable. Great breakfast - I loved the option of poached eggs and juice! Friendly staff and easy check in and out process. Only 5 minute walk to a choice of beaches too and 3 minute walk to all the restaurants/ shops! Would have loved to stay for longer.

Het beddengoed was klam, dus om dat droog te krijgen moesten we de airco op een lage temperatuur zetten, waardoor het koud was. Zwembad zag er voor ons niet aanlokkelijk uit om in te springen, en daarom hadden we dit behoorlijk prijzige hotel geboekt. Per ongeluk, want ik dacht dat de prijs voor twee nachten was. Achteraf gelukkig daar maar 1 nacht gebleven.

Great location, just off the main street and although it is behind the railway line you aren't disturbed by the noise. The rooms were as per description and photo's. Daily cleans and the air con is effective. Staff were helpful. Good selection at breakfast. Great value for money. Would stay again.

Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Frühstück war sehr gut, gute Auswahl an Früchten, Eiern, Säfte. Die Lage war top, nicht weit zum Strand.

Zuerst bekamen wir ein Zimmer das sehr muffig roch und wo sich Schimmel bildete. Ich habe dies gemeldet und wir haben sehr schnell ein anderes Zimmer gekommen. Das zweite Zimmer war viel ansprechender, direkt im Zimmer roch es nicht muffig, im Bad schon etwas.

Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Leider gab es keinen Zimmerservice und auch keine neuen Wasserflaschen auf den Zimmern. Diese konnte man sich zwar ohne Probleme selbst an der Rezeption abholen aber wir waren 4 Tage dort und unser Zimmer wurde nicht einmal gereinigt. Keine frischen Handtücher, kein frisches Wasser, kein reinigen des Zimmers.

Очень хорошее местоположение: очень близко море, кафе, магазины, но при этом очень тихо и комфортно, нет шума. Приветливый и заботливый персонал, чистый номер, удобная постель, хороший завтрак.

Был слабый напор воды на 3 этаже, но горячая вода была и помыться можно. В шкафу не просмотрена штанга с вешалками для одежды.

Accoglienza eccezionale Colazione molto abbondante e molto varia I proprietari sono davvero delle persone splendide, abbiamo avuto dei problemi con il nostro volo e loro sono stati molto disponibili e ci hanno permesso di proseguire il nostro soggiorno qui Vicinissima alla spiaggia di Hikkaduwa e anche alle rotaie ideale per fare foto bellissime Mi sono sentita come a casa!

Schöner Pool, freundliches Personal, großes Zimmer

Frühstücks „Buffet“ bestand aus Toast, Eiern, Pancake, Obst und Kaffee/Tee, wovon die Hälfte jeweils eig nicht verfügbar war. Das WIFI war auch eher schlecht. Im Badezimmer ist der Wasserhahn vom Waschbecken fast abgefallen. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und 1 von 2 Deckenventilatoren hat nicht funktioniert

Прекрасный персонал, который молниеносно приходит решать возникшие проблемы, в нашем случае на 4 этаже не работал или не ловил вайфай, в первый день нам сотрудник принес и оставил свой телефон для раздачи интернета, на второй день нам подключили новый роутер) Большая классная комната, 2 большие кровати, большой ТВ, всё большое)) просторная ванная комната. Горячая вода. С нашей БОЛЬШОЙ террасы был виден океан. Хороший теплый и чистый бассейн, дети из него не вылазили. Мощный кондёр. Чисто.

Скромные завтраки, не хватило чего-нибудь мясного (сосисок, бекона). Собаки в округе периодически начинают перелаиваться. Все подушки плотные и твердоватые оказались для нас, но в общем и целом спать норм.

Завтрак

Все понравилось, хозяева очень доброжелательны, во всем помогают, при наличии мест могут заселить раньше. Недалеко от пляжа 5 мин, отличное и недорогое кафе в отеле, рыбный рынок, магазины в пешей доступности. Отличные завтраки. Могут приготовить морепродукты купленные на рынке.
